Lauren has dreamed of working for a wedding magazine since she was a child. During college, she spent two years as an intern in The Knot’s Art and Photography departments.
After graduation, Lauren returned to New York City as a Real Weddings Editorial Assistant for The Knot, working primarily on the brand’s local and national print magazines and TheKnot.com. She then worked at PopSugar for two years with a focus on trends, parenting, weddings, and travel. She is currently a Deputy Editor at CafeMom and Mom.com, where she supervises parenting and lifestyle news coverage. She contributes to a variety of other media outlets, including Brides, Bridal Guide, and NBC News.
Education
Lauren graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Magazine Journalism and minors in Psychology and Spanish.
