In a journalism class at the University of Maryland, College Park, Caitlin Krebs realized she was more passionate about weddings than politics. Caitlin completed internships with Bayside Bride, The Knot, and WeddingWire before being offered an Editorial Associate position with WeddingWire. Caitlin worked for WeddingWire for over three years. Caitlin went on to work for U.S. Utility Corporation as a Senior Administrative Associate and started Caitlin Krebs Events, a boutique event planning business.

Experience

Caitlin was offered an Editorial Associate position with WeddingWire after completing multiple wedding-related internships in college. Caitlin regularly wrote wedding ideas articles, managed real wedding submissions, served as the lead real weddings editor, and attended New York Bridal Market. Caitlin was then promoted to Senior Editorial Associate. Caitlin’s favorite projects were first-hand accounts from her own experiences. Caitlin then moved on to U.S. Utility Corporation where she worked as a Senior Administrative Associate. Caitlin started Caitlin Krebs Events in 2016 and services couples in Baltimore, Maryland.

Education

Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park.
