The cost of a marriage license is around $30 in Idaho, but varies from county to county and most counties require payment in cash. Bring your birth certificate, a government issued ID, and your Social Security number. Idaho does require that you read and sign an AIDS education sheet, but you'll receive your marriage license the same day and there is no waiting period. Your license does not expire.
