We cannot say enough amazing things about Jenna. From our rehearsal dinner/welcome party to our wedding day, she went truly above and beyond in every way. As a very detail-oriented bride, I was able to place our entire weekend in Jenna’s hands without a single moment of hesitation. She is everything I could have ever asked for in a coordinator: organized, calm, communicative, and always ten steps ahead. She handled the last-minute weather changes absolutely seamlessly. Because of her, our day remained every bit as beautiful as we imagined. Our weekend was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and Jenna played a huge role in making that perfection possible. If you’re looking for someone you can trust wholeheartedly with the most important moments of your wedding, Jenna is the one. We’re forever grateful for her.

What an angel. Where do I even start. Lauren was such a blessing just wow. If you planned your wedding and need someone to come in and make it all work...she is EXACTLY the person you want on your team. She took care of everything and so much more than I ever could have asked for. I really couldn't reccomend her more. I feel like I got away with highway robbery at the rate she charged vs the value she brought like I just have no words left for this review I just want to say... if your doubting your descion to hire a day of cordinator ot if your debating between coedinators just choose Lauren. She is everything and more that you need on your wedding day 💛 💕 I almost didn't hire a day of coedinator and am so so so so so thankful I chose to go with her and you will be to. The best descion I made for my wedding.

As a wedding DJ with over 8 years of experience and more than 400 events under my belt, I’ve worked with many coordinators, but Nicole Shadoan is one of the absolute BEST. We recently teamed up for a client’s wedding ceremony and reception at an outdoor venue in Vista for about 175 guests. From Nicole’s first email to the bride and groom’s sparkler grand exit, she made everything seamless and stress-free for me as a DJ and MC. Nicole is incredibly organized, sticking to the timeline and keeping vendors informed of any changes on the wedding day so we could adjust accordingly. She communicates clearly, sending detailed timelines well in advance and staying available for questions. I especially appreciate how she reviews cues and the ceremony processional order, which is critical for nailing the music—something lesser coordinators often overlook. What stands out most is Nicole’s team-oriented approach. She strikes a perfect balance between leading and being a reliable, patient, and thoughtful team player. She treats everyone with kindness, always approachable and never micromanaging. Nicole values my professional input, making me feel heard and respected as a seasoned wedding pro. We are so grateful for Trivia and the incredible work she did for our wedding. She helped us pull everything together in a very short period of time, handled all the vendors seamlessly, and consistently gave thoughtful, spot-on recommendations. She was always responsive, calm, and organized, which made the entire planning process so much easier for us. Her floral arrangements were beautiful, and having her there on the wedding day brought a level of coordination and structure that allowed us to be fully present and stress-free. She was truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I’ve had the pleasure of working multiple weddings with Gina as the lead planner. She is a kind, respectful, professional who will get things done in an efficient and timely manner making sure everything is flowing smoothly. If and when something goes wrong, Gina remains calm, cool, and always solution-focused. If you want a fun, stress-free wedding, she is your girl.

5 stars is nowhere close enough to what Ann deserves!!! From the first moment I communicated with Ann I knew I was going to be in better than good hands for my dream wedding. Ann was always kind, personable, thoughtful of my opinions, and also transparent about suggestions that I wouldn’t of even considered as a first time bride. Ann felt like a big sister walking me through such a big moment in our lives leading up to our wedding day. Her coordination with the venue and all vendors was incredible and helped me feel less pressure of getting every single thing done. Her ability to create such seamless timelines for rehearsal, to ceremony, to reception is chefs kiss! I can’t forget about how my heel strap literally BROKE off and Ann came to the rescue with her mini sew kit, and I was able to dance the entire rest of the fight and my heel strap did NOT budge. Also, Ann absolutely nailed exactly how I envisioned the decorations set-up for ceremony and reception. She respected how much our cats mean to us and how we wanted them integrated in our wedding. I honestly could not imagine how our wedding experience could have gone without Ann.

I cannot recommend Creative Affairs Inc. enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure our daughter’s party was a success. Their attention to detail was outstanding—they answered every question I had (and trust me, there were many!) and, when they didn’t have an immediate answer, they quickly got the information I needed. It was such a relief to have a vendor who was proactive and communicative throughout the entire process. They also provided invaluable guidance on the best ways to plan the event, offering suggestions that made everything run smoothly. On top of that, they gave me a list of other recommended vendors for food, rentals, decor, and more, which saved me so much time and stress. What truly stood out was the personal touch they added. On their own time, they even made my daughter a beautiful gift box, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Additionally, they took the time to help me fully understand the contracts I had with other vendors, making sure I was comfortable with all the details and avoiding any surprises. The list of things they helped with goes on and on—honestly, they exceeded all expectations and truly made the planning process a breeze. If you’re looking for a vendor who is not only professional but also caring and detail-oriented, Creative Affairs Inc. is the one to choose. We couldn’t have pulled off such an amazing event without them!

We absolutely love Allie Applegate! She was incredible in every single way possible for our wedding in December 2023. We had an intimate (read: small) backyard wedding. Allie was able to absolutely transform the space into something that fulfilled our dream wedding. She was so great to work with; she managed things beautifully; she has wonderful design; she was on top of it the entire way. Our wedding was completely atypical in the best way possible. Allie made everything a reality, and it came together flawlessly (Always Flawless = very apropos!). Allie is a rare mix of so fun and kind, so capable, and so great to work with. We interviewed numerous wedding planners, and she really stood out. She delivered our dream wedding, and she did magic for us. Thank you, Allie!!!

We worked with Taylor for both day-of coordination and florals, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made! We honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Taylor and her team. From our very first inquiry call to the final hour of our wedding night, Taylor was attentive, professional, and incredibly supportive. Even though Taylor hadn’t worked at our venue prior to our event, she went above and beyond—visiting it in advance to get a better idea of the layout for us and collaborating closely with the venue coordinator throughout the planning process. For florals, we had a specific vision for a Tuscany-inspired sunset palette. Taylor met with us regularly and worked diligently to bring that vision to life. The decorations and florals were stunning, and we received countless compliments thanks to her execution and creative eye. On our special day, Taylor made us feel completely taken care of, allowing us to let go of any worries and truly enjoy the moment. We cannot recommend Taylor and her team highly enough. We couldn’t imagine our special day without her guidance and expertise—she is simply fantastic at what she does!

Heather was an absolute dream to work with. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and she always seemed to be anticipating exactly what we needed before we even said it. She truly listened, offered thoughtful guidance whenever we asked, and kept every part of the day running smoothly. I couldn’t imagine going through the planning process without her. Christophe was phenomenal as well. His upbeat, positive energy made the whole experience so fun, and even with the challenging weather, he captured an incredible amount of gorgeous photos. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. I would recommend Heather and Christophe without hesitation—10/10 experience all around.
