People say something will inevitably go wrong on your wedding day...but our wedding was flawless (at least from what my husband and I knew!) Other than a tardy limo driver, that was the only slip of the day...and even that's a stretch (pun intended...wah wah). For many of my younger cousins, this was the first wedding they have ever attended (as I mentioned, I'm the oldest/first of 15 cousins to get married)I and my aunts are telling their kids, "not every wedding is REMOTELY that fun/awesome...this was not normal, so don't get used to it!" Everything....everything was amazing! But most importantly, everyone had an absolute BLAST! I highly recommend Bre and her team for your wedding! She was responsive, sweet, flexible and super professional. THANK YOU BRE!

Jacque, Did a wonderful job planning our wedding. She was very thorough in the details of the wedding and the cost of every single expense. She helped us work out our budget and kept us on budget through out our entire planning process. She was very knowledgeable of her vendors and the cost associated with the event. We were so relieved to have her on our side, negotiating our contracts. She went well beyond our expectations. I would highly recomend her for anyone who wants the perfect wedding. We are so impressed with her we plan on using her on all our future events.

Krista knows what she's doing, so listen to what she says!!! We were somewhat hesitant at first about going with a wedding planner, wondering (as many couples do) if it was REALLY necessary to have a planner…. by the way, it IS! Having a wedding planner, or at least a wedding planner like Krista with Orange Blossom, makes life so much easier! She works amazingly with other vendors…she organizes, coordinates, and simplifies everything. In a nutshell, she gets things done!! She gets answers, and she communicates information promptly. I saw another review on here saying that sometimes she would answer questions before they could even ask them…and I would have to agree! Krista would keep us updated regularly on everything going on, and literally answer questions before we had a chance to ask. She even had answers to questions we didn't even know we needed to ask! We are so pleased that we had the opportunity to have Krista help us on our wedding day, because we know it would not have gone so smoothly without her. Once Krista took our wedding into her hands, we felt a great sense of ease. We would highly recommend Krista and Orange Blossom Events to plan/coordinate your special day. Courtney and her team were perfect. Full stop. From start to finish, they exuded calm, professionalism, and creativity. She took the stress out of wedding planning and made sure, at every step, that our vision was centered and our worries addressed. Day-of, our coordinator Thomas navigated what might have been nightmare scenarios (i.e., a surprise visit from EMTs) with grace and humor. We honestly cannot imagine our wedding without them. And separately, let us just add that as a same-sex couple, we cannot overstate how fucking fabulous it was to work with a planner who gets it. Courtney helped us hone a vision for a wedding that was perfectly us––not just a sanitized, same-sex version of a straight wedding. She guided us as we identified traditions that worked for us, discarded those that didn’t, and dreamt up fun ways to stitch it all together.

Jacquelyn was an absolute dream to work with for our May 1, 2025, wedding at Moonlight Beach Overlook! From the moment we booked the $9,500 all-inclusive package, she took charge with professionalism and warmth, making the planning process seamless and stress-free. She coordinated every detail—vendors, décor, timeline, and more—with such care that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The ceremony and reception were beautifully executed, with the décor perfectly matching our Moonlight theme and vision. Jacquelyn’s communication was prompt, and her suggestions, like ensuring a backup microphone for the oceanfront ceremony, were spot-on. She truly went above and beyond, making our day unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend Jacquelyn to any couple looking for a coordinator who I believe is now our trusted friend!

Simply put, Sassy Little Bee is the reason we had our wedding in Southern California, and was the single best decision we made!!! Her experience, thoughtfulness, enthusiasm, attention to detail, amazing list of vendors/friends, and love for what she does didn’t just complement our wedding - it defined it!! As New Yorkers, for several months after our engagement we flirted with the idea of a destination wedding, but were overwhelmed by the choices and the prospect of managing a list of vendors from across the country. After one conversation with Amanda, our trepidation disappeared and was replaced with pure enthusiasm for what we could do together. With zero hesitation, we signed up for a “Full Service Wedding Planning” package and never looked back! Pretty quickly into the process, Amanda assessed our vision, and introduced us to a tremendous group of vendors, helped us lock in our venue (Darlington House in La Jolla), and provided a roadmap to help us understand what the road ahead would look like. Each month, for over a year, we had monthly calls with Amanda that were collaborative, productive, oftentimes therapeutic, and in an era of pinterest-inspired fads and whims, kept us focused on our original vision. One of the most amazing qualities about Amanda is that she communicates extremely well with different personalities, has an instinctive awareness of her client’s needs, and provides room for the process to be as collaborative or as done-for-you as you may want. Amanda went above and beyond in every regard for our wedding, and her commitment to us having *our* perfect wedding was unyielding. Over the course of planning our wedding, we made a couple trips out to California, not because we needed to, but in part because we were so excited to spend time with Amanda and the amazing vendors she introduced us to. A few months into our wedding planning process, we were so enamored with and impressed by Amanda, we even asked her to officiate our wedding. This was a testament not just to our extreme trust and faith in her, but how safe she made us feel throughout the process, how well she got to know us, and how obvious it was she was just as invested in our big day as we were. Turns out, it was a great decision; she was a phenomenal officiant — truly magical and so incredibly thoughtful. (Not a surprise!) Throughout the wedding journey, we met and hired many super talented vendors, and could not have been more pleased with the results, but the singular credit for everything being as magnificent as it was goes to Amanda, her ability to communicate with our team of vendors, unite everyone behind a clear vision, and ensure it was executed precisely, with love and joy from all those who were involved. When you work with Amanda, you don’t just get a wedding planner. You get a wedding visionary with the ability to take everything up a notch (or 10!) She works with love, coaxes it out of everyone involved, and truly embodies and executes on the ideal of a heart-centered wedding. Without reservation we recommend Sassy and her team for anyone looking for a unique, special, genuine, and/or well-executed wedding. We are forever grateful for Sassy Little Bee!

Lindsay is the absolute best!!! Having her as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and always there with guidance, reassurance, and answers. She made everything feel manageable and walked us through every step. Our wedding day was absolutely fabulous, and if anything went wrong, I had no idea. Lindsay handled everything seamlessly from start to finish, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment, completely stress-free. On top of being incredibly organized and professional, Lindsay is so nice, so fun, and we genuinely loved spending time with her. Wedding planning never felt stressful because she had everything covered, and she truly felt like a friend throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend her enough!

We hired Beatific Events for day-of-coordination (at the recommendation of our venue in Carlsbad) and I am SO thankful we did. Valerie and Kristyn made sure that our wedding went as smoothly and perfectly as possible without a hitch, and at an extremely reasonable price! We received so many compliments from our guests about how we hired real professionals who were on top of everything, every step of the way, from planning through execution, and kept things running efficiently throughout the event. The excellent, thorough communication and meetings from the initial consult to the day-of put me at ease knowing that I could trust she and her team would not miss any details and would handle a lot of the behind the scenes work to take unnecessary stress off of the bride and groom. I can't thank them enough for the support and excellent organization of the vendors and timeline. Because of Valerie and her team, we were able to focus on our friends and family and really enjoy the day without any worries that something might go wrong or fall out of place! She directed our wedding party to where they needed to be and when, and not once did I have to worry about something not going as planned. We will always look fondly upon the day in no small part thanks to Valerie/Beatific Events' excellent guidance and services, and highly recommend that you hire them for any wedding planning/day-of-coordination in the San Diego area! There is absolutely nothing bad we can say about Unity & Vine. We worked with Allie primarily leading up to wedding day, and then Sara was our Coordinator at the wedding. Our planning got so easy the moment we hired them. Their responsiveness and accountability is unbelievable. It was truly a magical and stress-free day. Allie & Sara worked well together and are truly gifted. Even our families after the event told use how amazing and organized it was. Thank you so much Unity & Vine for making our day so beautiful.
