One of the best parts of our wedding was that my husband and I were able to just be in the moment. We didn't need to worry about a thing, because Stacy had it all covered for us. So we were able to take in all of the special moments that are now our most cherished memories. The most special part of our wedding was having our entire family there to celebrate with us. We were worried because some of our guests were older, but Stacy took extra care in making sure all of our guests were accommodated. We chose Stacy to be our Month of Coordinator not only because she had a lot of experience working with our venue, but also because of her kindness and expertise. After meeting her we realized that her naturally calm energy was a perfect match for us! She truly kept our nerves at ease the entire wedding. Many of our guests have told us how wonderful she was during the event. There are a lot of Wedding Planners out there, but Stacy is a true gem. She is genuine, down to earth and beyond talented at what she does. We are so thankful and grateful that we found her and truly credit her for helping deliver a day we will always remember as being perfect.

Kelsey is an absolute star and I cannot recommend her enough. She is professional, attentive, and truly cares for us. We hired Kelsey for a full service planning and she delivered just that and more. She provided us with the best selections of vendors and gave us honest and valuable inputs when we didn't know what to do. She was conscious of our budget and really helped us wherever she could. All of our friends would tell us that they would've never known we were planning a wedding because we did not feel stressed at all. That was all thanks to Kelsey! Fast forward to wedding weekend, Kelsey again went above and beyond. From the beginning, she handled the dress rehearsal with grace: giving important reminders to the wedding party and making sure everyone knew that they needed to do. On the day of the wedding, she also had two assistants that made everything go so smoothly. We had a location change between the ceremony and reception and she handled the logistics with extreme care and ease. She made sure everyone was taken care of and had the most positive and caring attitude.

Elizabeth Worrell was an absolute lifesaver. After interviewing a handful of planners, her can-do attitude immediately set her apart — she strikes a rare balance of being genuinely warm while also being someone who simply gets things done. My husband and I are based in Dallas and wanted a San Diego wedding, so having someone local to be our eyes and ears on the ground was essential. We'll also be the first to admit we were not easy clients — both of us work 60-hour weeks with heavy travel schedules, neither of us had a vision board or even knew what one was, and we needed someone to truly take the reins. Elizabeth did exactly that. She patiently walked us through every decision we needed to make, never once making us feel overwhelmed. From the start, we told her our handful of non-negotiables: delicious plated food, an ocean view, and a premium open bar. She delivered on all three. Rather than flooding us with endless vendor options, she vetted everything within our budget and presented only the best of the best — which was exactly the level of involvement we needed. Her responsiveness was impeccable. She always replied within 24 hours, and even when dealing with personal matters, she made sure we were always updated and taken care of. Beyond the wedding itself, she handled our rehearsal dinner planning (no easy feat) and even helped us navigate a room block situation that ultimately didn't get used — without a single complaint. In the week leading up to the wedding, she shifted into another gear entirely. She arrived with a rockstar team that anticipated every need before I even had to open my mouth. The entire weekend — from the rehearsal dinner through the last dance — was as close to perfect as I could have imagined. Honestly, it's been bittersweet since the wedding ended, because I miss having her in my corner. If you're looking for a planner who will make your vision a reality — even when you don't quite have a vision yet — I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough. I can't imagine having done this with anyone else.
