LyKai with Moments Remembered Events was the best decision we made when coordinating our wedding! She went above and beyond with coordination and supporting us in making decisions. We are from states away and were traveling to California for our wedding with family. Even then, LyKai was phenomenal at supplying recommendations for nail salons and things to see and do around San Diego. She carried the load on our wedding day without issue and helped coordinate a crew of people. She worked within our budget to help make the best decisions we could. She responded quickly and helped us navigate any snags we expereienced. We could not have done it without her and could not recommend her services more!

We had the pleasure of working with LyKai through the day of coordinator package, and she and her assistant DeeDee ensured every part of the day ran smoothly. She regularly met with us throughout the planning process (starting many months in advance) to discuss event flow and space layout/decor, and had many suggestions that made our day look super polished and flow beautifully. She introduced us to many incredible vendors that she could recommend from prior experience, which was such a helpful vote of confidence and made booking high quality services super easy. Her wonderful experience shows up in everything she does! She took lead on vendor communication about a month out from the ceremony, including facilitating a venue walk through with the venue and catering reps, and ensured the vendors had all the info they needed to do their best work — many said she made the best day of timeline they’ve ever seen! She was on site with DeeDee from 10AM onwards, setting up the decor exquisitely, and was on site until the last box was loaded in a car at 11PM. Her expertise, attention to detail, and leadership made all the difference, and we would strongly recommend Moments Remembered for anyone planning a wedding or other event in San Diego County. Our wedding theme was definitely not easy to work with which essentially was a multi-cultural carnival to represent our diverse ethnic backgrounds. She has incredible creativity and vision. Her prices for services are VERY reasonable for what she does and provides to your wedding planning. We paid for her "partial planning + day of wedding coordination" service in which she was available via email + phone. We already had our main vendors we needed help with design, decor, details, and of course day of wedding coordination. She went above and beyond for us and would recommend her for any big events.
