My wedding morning was the most stress-less, calming, and relaxing morning all because of Jen. All of my worries were at ease because I knew she had everything taken care of. I couldn’t even tell you if anything went wrong during my wedding day because she took care of it for us!

We used Jenifer for our wedding coordinator back in November 2025. We had a crazy wedding experience that turned out amazing because of Jenifer.

We were originally suppose to get married in Big Bear at an outdoor summercamp. We had issues with a large road closure that year. Jenifer helped us with difficulties with vendors and details which helped out a TON.

However, during our wedding week, we unfortunately had to cancel our wedding venue 3 days before the wedding due to a large storm and flooding. We didn't want to change our date so we needed to find a new venue ASAP.

The following day Jenifer didn't hesitate and told us she was on board with everything. She walked the new wedding venue with us and we told her our plan to turn our outdoor mountain wedding into indoor warehouse wedding. Jenifer had tons of ideas and made the whole day come to life.

Jenifer is professional, creative, and organized. Even with the hectic venue change and having to replan a whole wedding in 3 days, Jenifer's help gave us ease and we were able to have an amazing and memorable wedding day. Everything turned out FANTASTIC.

From the very beginning, she guided my husband and me through the entire wedding planning process with patience, expertise, and so much care. We came in with endless ideas, Pinterest boards, TikTok trends, and a million directions we thought we wanted to go — and honestly, we were a little overwhelmed. Jen helped us take all of that inspiration and turn it into a clear, organized vision. She got us focused, kept us on track, and made the whole process feel manageable and exciting.
Her communication and organization were absolutely spot on. Anytime a challenge came up, Jen already had ideas and solutions ready. She thinks outside the box, knows the wedding industry inside and out, and has this incredible ability to stay calm while making things happen.
We also had several “unconventional” vendors — amazing artists who brought so much creativity to our wedding, but weren’t necessarily familiar with the communication and timelines that come with weddings. Jen handled everything behind the scenes, worked seamlessly with everyone involved, and made sure all the moving pieces came together perfectly. Because of her, we didn’t have to stress in the months leading up to the wedding or on the actual day. We were able to just enjoy every moment.
Beyond being incredibly skilled at what she does, Jen is also just a wonderful person to have by your side. You want a wedding planner who is professional and gets things done, but you also want someone who feels personal, warm, and genuinely invested in you — and Jen was exactly that. She felt like a friend almost instantly. She kept us calm, cool, and collected, which is priceless on your wedding day.

I am the bride referred to in the cake debacle 1-star review. Let me just take the blame on this one: this was not Jen’s fault. I had a verify specific, cute idea to incorporate my rambunctious Rottweiler in the wedding since he couldn’t be there in person. I had sent both my aunt and Jen the inspiration for the cake (which was to have him have frosting on his nose and a chunk missing). The day before the wedding, I gave the figurine to my aunt with the same instructions, and confirmed with Jen that is what I wanted since she’d be setting up the display. (I didn’t get a chance to see the cake before the ceremony). The day of the wedding, I was so busy and told Jen she knew our plan for EVERYTHING, and I gave her permission to handle whatever came our way. I never conveyed this to my aunt, and so it’s my fault there was a miscommunication. Either way, my dog looked adorable with his very frosted nose, and I was happy with the result! 

Overall, Jen was an amazing wedding planner, and I can’t say enough good things about her. We had a lot of hiccups a long the way on our end, and Jen was a godsend in helping us when we couldn’t physically be there. The wedding was absolutely perfect, and I wouldn’t change a thing! She’s the best!

Jen was a godsend and we would not have been able to pull off our wedding without her! We hired her late in the game, but she had no problem stepping right in and getting our event on track.

She was extremely professional, responsive, and competent. She has a vast connection of vendors and had great working relationships with all those used for our event.

We planned our own wedding but knew we needed a day-of coordinator to handle logistics so we could actually enjoy our big day—hiring Jen and Classic Style Events was one of the best decisions we made!

Since we were planning remotely, Jen's support was invaluable. She met with us virtually multiple times and even did a walkthrough of our venue, which gave us so much confidence in our setup. She put together an incredibly detailed run of show and executed it perfectly on the day.

Jen took over all vendor communication in the weeks leading up to the wedding, ensuring everything was coordinated flawlessly. She made sure every space was set up exactly to our specifications, recommended vendors we hadn't sourced yet, and even picked up our print materials for us—going above and beyond at every turn.

Meeting Jen day one she listened and took notes as to what we were looking for. She helped organize all my thoughts. We live full time in Arizona and had our wedding on Mission Beach in San Diego. She helped schedule vendors, met with us in person when we were in town and scheduled Zoom meeting when we weren't. She became more than our wedding coordinator but also friend we dearly love. As a bride I had no worries that my wedding would be anything but perfect because I had Jen by my side making sure it all went smoothly. I highly recommend her for any celebration! She was more than what I was expecting. Our wedding was exactly as we had dreamed!

Jen was absolutely incredible to work with, and made our wedding day feel seamless, magical, and perfect. She was super easy to communicate with and was the key to our day going off without a hitch (or at least we think so - if anything wasn't smooth, we have no idea because Jen handled it :)).
