Shannon stood out from the very beginning. She was professional and knowledgeable but above all she was the most down to earth and genuine. Throughout the wedding planning process itself, she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly responsive to texts, emails, and calls. She kept us organized with realistic checklists and timelines. She connected us to several vendors within our budget and advocated for our budgetary needs with said vendors without compromising the important elements of our wedding. Her expertise was essential to bringing our vision to life. On the actual day of the wedding, we did not have to worry about a thing. Not. A. Thing. We truly enjoyed our day and let Shannon do her magic. Everything just went smoothly. She made sure we had food and drinks. She made sure any hiccups were solved. And she was absolutely great with our guests and vendors. Our only wedding regret is not including her in the fun that she made possible that day.

If you are like me and were really really not excited about planning a wedding and were hoping for someone who could deal with that, Swathy can handle it and even turn it around and make you feel good and okay about it, because she's got it handled. She can handle 1) night-before-the-wedding emergencies 2) being considerate of a lot of family members 3) managing the differences of opinion between mother and daughter, both of whom she's effectively communicating/planning with.
