From day one, Kisha was rock-solid with communication, always keeping us on track and stepping in exactly where we needed help to make the planning process feel smooth and manageable. Brandi was just as incredible—handling vendor communication like a pro both before the wedding and on the big day, making sure every single detail we dreamed of was executed flawlessly.

Our Dream Team Coordinators

Kisha and Brandi helped us with our planning and day-of coordination! We originally were looking for just day-of coordination but Kisha and Brandi went above and beyond during the months leading up to the day with thorough calls and detail planning. They were absolutely quintessential in our perfect day. We do not think a single thing was missed or overlooked! The day itself was perfect from set up to break down. They coordinated vendor set up to the day-of timeline to breakdown. They made the day flow so easily and fit right into our party. I cannot imagine a better team of event planners and coordinators. Thank you a million times over!

Absolutely incredible!!!

I hired Rose & Poppy as our day of coordinators and I wish that I could give them 100/5 stars. They were everything I wanted from our wedding planners and more.
Kisha was incredibly detail oriented and focused, that was immediately clear and very important to me. Even though they were day of coordinators, she made herself available throughout the year and scheduled regular check ins. She provided vendor referrals, offered to look into certain things for us, and always had our back at all times making it clear that she was here for us.
Kisha and Brandi completely took over everything the month before the wedding. Read through every email exchange we had with our vendors and handled all communications with them moving forward. When issues came up, she gracefully handled them and held our vendors accountable - she ensured they provided exactly what they originally promised to us and we were very grateful to have them handle the awkward conversations for us like the pros they are.
A month before the wedding, Kisha also caught a mistake we made - we shared the wrong date with our videographers and she saved us from an epic disaster which we were so also incredibly grateful for.
On top of all that, Brandi also went out of her way to pick up wedding items from our house and drove VERY far to pick up late night pizzas to save us time and allow my husband and I to road trip together to our event location instead of taking separate cars.
They ran everything like a well oiled machine. I truly don’t know how anyone can manage having a wedding without day of coordinators, they did SO much and there’s no way I could have enjoyed a second of our wedding without them.
They also helped transform our venue into a beautiful fairytale. I provided all of the items, told them my vision and asked them to use their best judgement of how things should look in real time. It turned out like a fairytale and that was the word all of our guests used to describe the event. Everyone said it was flawless.
The best part was the peace of mind they gave us. It was clear that they are experts at what they do and that we were in good hands. My husband and bridal party all commented on how wonderful they were.
I highly recommend you hire Rose & Poppy for your event if you want an expert team that’s detail oriented, great vibes, and will always have your back.

HIRE KISHA!!! 🩷 (Palm Desert, CA wedding)

I cannot say enough good things about Kisha from Rose and Poppy Events. She was our partial planner and same-day coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond in every possible way.
From the very beginning, Kisha was incredibly responsive, always taking our calls and replying quickly to texts and emails. Whether I needed advice, fresh ideas, her opinion on contracts, or help navigating vendor relationships, she was always there with thoughtful guidance and reassurance. Her calm support made all the difference, and she was absolutely invaluable!!
I had already secured most of my vendors before working with her, but Kisha seamlessly stepped in to coordinate vendor communication. Not having to manage endless emails saved my sanity in the weeks leading up to the wedding (I seriously cannot stress this point enough lol).
She also attended our venue walkthrough with the venue director, which was extremely helpful. She asked all the right questions and made sure everything would meet our expectations. As we got closer to the big day, my fiancé and I had regular check-in meetings with Kisha, which helped us stay on track with our planning timeline and feel confident that everything was coming together.
The day before the wedding, Kisha met with us to pick up all the items that needed to be displayed or used at both the ceremony and reception locations. She handled all of that and also attended our rehearsal, walking through the ceremony to ensure everything was perfect.
On the wedding day itself, Kisha and her assistant were completely on top of everything!!!! Because of them, my husband and I were able to fully relax and truly enjoy our day without worrying about a single detail (and our family and friends could relax too and enjoy being guests).
I would 1000% recommend Rose and Poppy Events to any couple looking for a planner or coordinator who genuinely cares and delivers exceptional service. Kisha was an absolute dream to work with, and I cannot thank her enough for being there for us every step of the way.

October 2025 Lake Arrowhead Wedding

Best wedding planners ever!!! I had my wedding October 2025 in Lake Arrowhead and it was under 100 people but with LOTS of detail and Keisha really helped me execute everything! There were always scheduled phone calls throughout the year+ of planning making sure I was on track and didnt forget anything! There was an issue with the deck I was supposed to use as our dance floor the day before our wedding weekend and Keisha helped solve the issue and really made sure I felt heard and supported. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone who wants a wedding planner that treats you like family and has your back!!

✨Best Decision Made ✨

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Keisha and Brandi hiring them was the best decision we made for our wedding. As a bride who initially tried to manage everything herself, I can honestly say that their services were money well spent.

Despite spending most of the year feeling stressed, Keisha and Brandi truly worked their magic to ensure everything came together beautifully. They did an outstanding job communicating our vision to vendors and flawlessly executing every detail. They alleviated the stress of coordinating with multiple vendors, and their collaboration with the venue truly brought my vision to life.

Having them present on the wedding day was invaluable. I didn't have to lift a finger. They meticulously handled every detail and ensured everyone was taken care of, allowing me to fully savor every moment of our special day.

Dynamic Duo!

These ladies were so amazing. From the minute I had the introductory phone call, I knew they were my team. Super personable and down to earth yet so incredibly professional and talented. They made our wedding day so incredibly special and they definitely went above and beyond. I was hoping to get an MC for the day and what I got was so much more than I could have asked for. I'll miss them!

10/10 Service!

Since the day we booked Kisha (8 months before our wedding), she was involved whether it was answering texts, emails, calls or reviewing vendor contracts even though we booked the vendors ourselves. She was always incredibly responsive, we never had to worry. Any time we needed advice or ideas, she was a text away. We had a few difficult vendors and she navigated them before the wedding and during in a professional manner even though we were frustrated. We can’t rave about Kisha enough, I wish I could have another wedding because of her 😂 Even at times, when we were feeling overwhelmed and stressed out, she reassured us that the day would be great. Considering that we had a Persian Jewish wedding and how difficult that is to navigate in general, she knew exactly what to do and say. She built out our timeline like we’ve never seen and honestly, we were anxious and afraid that things would be running way behind because of late family and guests, but she made it happen and we couldn’t be thankful enough. The day was perfect and incredible and we wouldn’t change a thing. Also, shout out to her amazing assistant, Brandi, on our wedding day as well. 10/10 service!

Best decision we made was choosing Kisha!

My husband and I both agree that our best decision of our entire wedding was choosing Kisha as our Coordinator. Our wedding was highly organized, well prepared for, and we were able to confidently leave all the important coordination decisions in Kisha’s hands and fully enjoy our day! Truthfully, we did not know what to expect with a coordinator, we just knew we definitely needed one. After our first call with Kisha we felt the biggest load off our shoulders and the excitement and joy of the wedding planning process began. It is also worth noting that our venue and vendors posed some serious (almost comical) unexpected roadblocks on our planning journey, some happening even days before and day of the wedding! Despite these challenges out of our control, Kisha skillfully and gracefully made our dream happen! She knows the industry and has the skills to navigate challenges even in the eleventh hour. We can’t thank Kisha enough for being a part of our big day at Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills. We love you Kisha!
