Best wedding planners ever!!! I had my wedding October 2025 in Lake Arrowhead and it was under 100 people but with LOTS of detail and Keisha really helped me execute everything! There were always scheduled phone calls throughout the year+ of planning making sure I was on track and didnt forget anything! There was an issue with the deck I was supposed to use as our dance floor the day before our wedding weekend and Keisha helped solve the issue and really made sure I felt heard and supported. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone who wants a wedding planner that treats you like family and has your back!!

My wedding was the biggest (and most expensive) party I've ever thrown and will ever throw for a long time, and while I thought about doing it on my own or asking a family or friend to help me, I thought I'd look around for a wedding planner to help for the day of. I interviewed three and Wendy set herself apart by instantly setting me at ease unlike most other wedding vendors who put on the pressure. I hired her for day of service and she went above and beyond - staying in contact with me, ensuring we were on track and recommending amazing people to work with, and tips whenever I got stuck. She always let me know if there was anything I hadn't thought of or should consider. I have family who have a special diet and she was able to connect me to a great baker who made a delicious gluten-free cake! I wanted to include succulents in my floral arrangements and she connected me to a florist who did a beautiful job within my budget. It was such a beautiful job, my centerpieces vanished, people loved them so much! Once the wedding came, she and her team kept everything running smoothly and as much on time as possible. So many of my guests said it was one of the best weddings they've been to. My father-in-law still talks about how quick everyone was to accommodate requests with a smile and how professional they were overall. She also managed to add beautiful touches that I got to see at the wedding. Planning my wedding was stressful but knowing she had my back definitely took a lot of the heat off. Overall, she was warm, on top of everything I threw at her, and completely professional. If you can get her to do your event, treat her like gold!!

We met Annette from Classic Touch Events at a vendor event at the Lake Arrowhead Resort, and from that moment, we knew we could trust her to help us plan our wedding. Annette joined our planning process just three months before the big day and immediately jumped in to help us build our timeline and ensure everything was in place with our vendors. She was always just a call or text away—so responsive, kind, and helpful any time we had questions or needed guidance. When it came to the day of the wedding, we fully trusted Annette to handle it all—and she did! From coordinating vendor setup to working with our venue on food and beverage, managing the timeline, and even overseeing setup and teardown, she truly took care of everything. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, which allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our day. If you’re looking for a calm, organized, and experienced coordinator to help make your wedding stress-free and seamless, I highly recommend Annette and Classic Touch Events. She was such an important part of our special day, and we’re so grateful for her support!

Ebony was wonderfully helpful as a florist for the indecisive and unsure bride I was. She listened to my scatterbrained thoughts with complete calm, and was able to bring my incomplete vision to a beautiful reality. Very professional, she even sent us a thank you card! She even gave me some planning pointers free of charge when it became evident that I know nothing of executing my own inner vision of how the wedding would turn out. She is just flat - out awesome!

My husband and I couldn't imagine a more perfect wedding day, and we are so deeply grateful to our month-of-coordinator, Tiffany, for making it all possible! From the very beginning of our planning process through the very end of our wedding day, Tiffany remained readily available and responsive to all of our texts and emails. About one month prior to our wedding day, she helped us formulate a detailed wedding day timeline and decoration plan which we were then able to review with our venue coordinator at our walk-through later that day. From that point on, Tiffany assumed all communication with our vendors, addressing all of the fine details I wouldn't have thought of otherwise (like how many cake stands were available and necessary between our baker and our venue). The night before our wedding, she directed our wedding rehearsal and ensured that our marriage license was accurately completed. With Tiffany coordinating and assistance from Yiquian and Kim, our entire wedding day flowed smoothly and flawlessly. Tiffany handled any last minute changes with ease and grace. With her meticulous organizational skills and calm, kind presence, my husband and I were free to simply be fully present with each other and enjoy the bliss and excitement of our entire wedding day. Marshecka you did a great job, I am soooooooo very satisfied with your professional services, you did your thang lady, I wished I was getting married again so you can do my wedding again, I really appreciate everything you've done for me and my husband. So this review is coming in 2 years after my actual wedding (so sorry, but better late than never). We hired Chante for "event management". Looking back to that time, she was a dream to work with! With this package, she helped us with planning over a month before our wedding and came to the venue a few days before to help run our wedding rehearsal. She was so detail-oriented, calm, intentional, flexible, and thought of every detail that needed to be addressed during our wedding. Her day of wedding timeline is AMAZING. As a super stressed-out person and bride in general, hiring Chante was such a blessing. To add to all this, she really did her best to make sure we enjoyed our wedding, even when unexpected situations arose, I had no clue and she swiftly handled the entire event with so much grace and professionalism. We also received compliments from our family and friends that she was great to work with and made the ceremony and reception run so smooth! I'm glad we made the investment to hire Chante, because I know for a fact that I would've been a hot mess and our wedding would not have been as enjoyable without her. As someone who searched carefully for wedding vendors who offered quality service and value for the money, I feel that her pricing accurately reflects the amount of hard work and dedication she and her team put into making our wedding the best experience possible. This is especially since we had like 200 guests. If you don't want to stress out and want to be well "Taeken" care of on your wedding day, do yourself the favor and hire Chante!

You cannot go wrong with Kylie. She is very professional with everything she does. She makes sure every aspect of your wedding will go smoothly and kept on track. She also is willing to adapt to any changes that may occur along the way. One of our food vendors had to be changed because the cost was too high for us, but Kylie was able to help us find a better one and at a better price. We honestly could not have done anything without her.
