When our original coordinator fell through, we were nervous to find someone who could come in with only a few months left until the wedding. We were getting married in a different state that we knew no one in and couldn't rely on a friend's recommendation for this. I found Shereen online and as soon as we chatted on the phone, I knew we were in great hands. Shereen is incredibly knowledgable about the wedding industry and helped us tie up so many loose strings towards the end of wedding planning. Our rehearsal ran so smoothly, and on the day of the wedding we were able to RELAX and enjoy the day because of how well Shereen and Alexus were handling everything for us. Shereen handled all of the last-minute communication with our vendors and made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. I honestly don't think our wedding weekend would have been as carefree and FUN without Shereen and Alexus. Cannot recommend them enough!

Shereen and her team went above and beyond. We had paid all deposits and signed contracts BEFORE Covid-19 was even a thing. We went through so much back and forth not knowing from one day to the next what was going to happen. It was extremely stressful and Shereen was there to talk it through with. We decided to get married in our backyard with just our immediate family and to postpone our reception for 1 year as to not lose out on that money we already paid. We got married in Aug 2020 and finally was able to have our vow renewal and reception Sept 2021. Shereen stuck with us through it all and helped our dreams come true finally. It was everything we had hoped for after the year that everyone has had. We appreciate everything Shereen and her team did for us to not only get us to that date but to have it run smoothly! They were super nice and professional the entire way through! THANK YOU

I was back and forth between hiring a month of coordinator or just going with the venue coordinator and thank goodness I went with Shereen! My venue ended up being pretty difficult with the details day of and Shereen handled it all perfectly. I was a very busy bride and she had patience with me and knew how to help me navigate what I was missing and things I didn’t even know I needed. If I didn’t have Shereen I have a feeling my wedding day would have been a disaster. Besides her expertise in weddings, she is also so great to talk with and is so cute and fun. Thank you Shereen!!

Shereen is amazing! She is so organized and prepared for anything. I greatly enjoyed working with her the month of my wedding. She thought of things I never did. She helped with the timeline and set up and coordinating vendors. My wedding day was truly magical and all went off with out a hitch (or any that I know of) all because of Shereen. During these very scary times we are living in... I had been putting my wedding off, until Dandelion Wishes came into my life. Shereen gave me the confidence to go through my wedding plans, just modified to also be cautious & careful with the pandemic. She was so aware of all the risks floating around out there, so she planned my big day with the utmost care & sensitivity to the world’s situation. The guest list was shortened, & there was as much social-distancing as possible with the seating arrangements... the food/catering had extremely strict guidelines to follow... meanwhile the event, she was looking into EVERYTHING from A-Z & even made sure I had something to eat during all the commotion (not to mention alllllll the prep stuff that I personally would have lost my mind if not for her)! Shereen at Dandelion Wishes is a gem, & I am so grateful to her for making my WISHES come true!

We chose dandelion wishes event planning and have been working with Shereen for our wedding. We found out about her through our friend who just got married. We saw her in action and the wedding was beautiful and went smooth. Ever since my husband and I started working with Shereen she had been so flexible and understanding with everything going on with COVID. Shereen has shown us how she cares immensely about her clients and will do anything to accommodate them during these stressful and unpredictable times with COVID. Shereen has been such a blessing to us during this planning and I honestly have no idea what we would’ve done without her! Not to mention how punctual she is!! Super punctual and always checking in and making sure our needs are being met. I HIGHLY recommend working with her to plan your wedding. She will take off sooooo much stress off of your back!

My fiancé Ana and I were engaged for a little over two years and hadn’t done a single thing to plan our big day. We both got extremely motivated and excited after attending a friend’s wedding in November— it was time to start planning for our big day. We aligned on a date and quickly went to the courthouse to get out marriage license. At this point we had mixed feelings on a wedding and were leaning more towards an elopement, or even just a courthouse appointment to make things official. Work promotions, and life took priority once again leaving wedding planning at the back of our list yet again. The holidays had come and gone, and we would now begin to ramp things up. I got myself a suit, she got a dress, and we booked a photographer— we were going to elope, or so we thought. It is now mid-January and Ana’s mother and several other family members were not having it. We have to have a wedding and share the moment with close family and friends. We had about 6 weeks to plan this, is it possible? Can we actually pull off a wedding in such a short amount of time? So many questions came to mind, and we were in way over our heads. We began looking for both venues and vendors. We didn’t know what we were doing and needed guidance. We reached out to Shereen, and after one phone call together we knew she would make sure our special day would go according to plan. Throughout the next couple of weeks, we had many calls together, looked at vendors, went over checklists, and so many things that people don’t even know about weddings. We personally would have missed key wedding details if it wasn’t for Shereen. Fast forward to the night before. We’re both anxious/nervous but there is comfort knowing that Shereen is working behind the scenes to make our wedding as beautiful as it can be. The day of was perfect and couldn’t have asked for a better event. Shereen and her assistant arrived around noon and helped all of the vendors setup and place décor in the appropriate places. Upon my arrival I was extremely impressed with how everything looked and knew that Ana would love it as well. Shereen got everybody in their places when it was showtime and orchestrated a beautiful wedding. It’s funny to think we were going to originally do this without help. So, we want to thank her from the bottom of our hearts. And would recommend her to any couple planning a wedding/event!

My husband and I had the pleasure of having Dandelion Wishes as our day-of coordinator for our wedding and that was the best decision we made! Shereen and her team alleviated any additional stress by providing helpful tips and resources leading up to our big day. She took the reigns on our rehearsal day which was amazing within itself. Not only were they truly pleasure to work with, but they also made it all seem so effortless. It is baffling to think that I thought that I could coordinate my own wedding day. I would recommend Shereen and her team to absolutely anyone!

I would like to start off by saying that Shereen is unprofessional, does not abide by her own contract, and doesn't know how to handle wedding day emergencies.

When I first spoke to Shereen, she presented herself with a lot of confidence. I decided to do the full package, having very little personal time due to my job. She won me over delivering an award winning speech. Instead, I was severely disappointed with her performance from the very beginning.

When touring venues, she was always at least 10 minutes late, one time showing up almost 30 minutes late. Our scheduled phone calls were the same, she was ALWAYS late or sometimes just didn't call. Thankfully, she was on time for the rehearsal and wedding. She sent me a wedding checklist that she obviously downloaded online. I was following it very closely until the end when she told me that this was just a general guideline and the dates are not correct. Which is disappointing considering my wedding was planned 1 year in advanced and I'm paying her money to make everything personalized to me!! So everything I was doing was off track.

In addition, her contract said she would review vendor contracts and provide vendor management. Aside from a couple of the vendors, she didn't help me "manage" any of them. I had to do everything myself. Research, call for pricing, and make appointments. Aside from the venue and florist, she didn't review ANY of my contracts. And other things that are part of her contract, such as venue floor plan, came directly from the venue coordinator. And the vendor contact list and contacting vendors prior to the wedding came directly from me. She charged a lot and did VERY minimal work.

On the day of the wedding, Shereen decided to bring an assistant, that I swear was someone in training. She seemed like she had no blue what was going on. We also found out that my seamstress forgot to put a bustle on my dress. Shereen was lost and didn't know how to handle the situation. She stressed me out right before our first dance!! Luckily, the venue coordinator came to the rescue and said they have pins and I shouldn't worry. Thankfully, they were able to come to my rescue.

There are a lot of other small things that I won't mention. But based on my experience, I truly believe I did not receive the services I paid for from Shereen.
