We worked with Yvanna for our 10/8/21 wedding as our day-of coordinator and florist. She went above and beyond, making sure every single detail was perfect, every member of the wedding party was prepared and at ease from the rehearsal to the ceremony, and our wedding day was incredibly beautiful and memorable thanks to her hard work. Planning our wedding, we began to research coordinators in the area and set up appointments with a few. Our meeting with her was by far the most personable, instantly understanding our needs and expectations, and spent over an hour with us asking about our visions, venue, cultures, ideas and above all, budget. She has a package for every budget. We hired her for month-of coordination, and she handled everything with utmost professionalism, grace, creativity and positive attitude. Planning a wedding in general is stressful, planning a wedding during COVID is nearly impossible, but planning a wedding with Yvanna is amazing, possible and fun. She is a true pleasure to work with, will be a strong advocate for you, and will approach every challenge with a positive approach and negotiation skills.
