We worked with Yvanna for our 10/8/21 wedding as our day-of coordinator and florist. She went above and beyond, making sure every single detail was perfect, every member of the wedding party was prepared and at ease from the rehearsal to the ceremony, and our wedding day was incredibly beautiful and memorable thanks to her hard work. Yvanna from Bella Mia Exclusive Events was a dream come true when it comes to a wedding coordinator. Due to Covid, my husband and I had a modified wedding that was limited to a 90 minute dinner. Not only was Yvanna extremely organized with ensuring we stayed on schedule, but she was also remarkably creative with still finding ways for us to do our first dance, a conjoined father/mother dance, and the bouquet/garter tosses. Not only this, but she actually MC’d these pivotal moments and brought her own streaming device to play the two songs we danced to. I was seriously blown away by her generosity, attentiveness, kindness, and overall passion for making sure that our special day was the most perfect day. I highly recommend Yvanna to anyone looking to have a seamless and stress free planning experience. She’s as good as it gets!

I was referred to Yvanna through an event I attended (and she coordinated) and I was instantly impressed. The attention to detail, gorgeous layout, everything was incredible. Wow, I cannot say enough about working with Yvonna and her crew at Bella Mia Exclusive Event. I found her from "Offer Up" and I am so glad I did. I was looking for décor to purchase, and felt overwhelmed when I stumbled upon her picture on the Offer Up app. I looked her up and her reviews, and it was all positive/ great reviews about Bella Mia Exclusive Events. I inquired about some quotes and information about 1 year in advance for my wedding. Her quotes exceeded other companies and it was an easy decision for me to choose her. I decided to take the leap about 6 months prior to my wedding with her company. The whole time, she was so patient with me. Yvonna was always courteous and responded to all of my emails. I felt like I was a "part of her family" when I spoke to her on the phone and exchanging emails. I rented about Gold Chiavarri chairs and champagne glasses. Her team was on top on picking up the items. I am forever grateful for her and her team. I definitely see myself working with her again in the future and would 100% recommend her company to any future bride/ event coordinators. Choose Yvonna, you will not regret it!

Bella Mia Exclusive Events provided amazing services for our wedding reception! The flowers were beautiful, the setup and decor was elegant, the DJ was perfect, and the coordination was spot on! Yvanna is extraordinary at what she does! She will go that extra mile for you to ensure that your event is absolutely as you'd expect. I forgot my garter and Yvanna rushed to our hotel room to retrieve it! Now that is going above and beyond! My husband and I were stress free and was able to enjoy our reception without worrying about anything. Not only my husband and I, but our guest as well were so happy with how beautiful the event came out. Yvanna and her team were wonderful and on top of everything. Even though our event was short notice she made a dream come true with such little time. As a former professional event planner I placed a much higher bar on expectation for coordination services. So, for Yvanna and her team to meet and exceed that standard was impressive.
I had planned on making all the arrangements personally and only having a day of coordinator to execute. Life events got in the way of that idea and I engaged Bella Mia a few months out from the big day.
This was a destination event for us, and the “go the extra mile”‘attitude from this team to execute all the details made my life so much easier!
Being able to ship items to the Bella Mia warehouse for safe keeping; a rendezvous for exchange of the dress when our flight arrived; following up with all the vendors to ensure flawless execution; and the attention to detail the days leading up to, and on the day of the wedding made it feel like we had a personal high-end wedding concierge.
Yvanna has a great eye for design and was absolutely willing to work with my vision and unique ideas.

The days before the wedding were completely stress-free so we could enjoy time with our out of town guests, on the day of, they were never out of our line of sight ready to address anything that needed to be handled. The wedding was purely magical thanks to Bella Mia.

The did a great job. The table decorations were gorgeous. From the center pieces to the plating, tablecloths. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Yvanna, the coordinator also arranged for the bride and the maid of honor flowers bouquets, the arch were the ceremony was performed, and the groom and best man buttonaires.
I am was pleased with their services.
