My wedding was the biggest (and most expensive) party I've ever thrown and will ever throw for a long time, and while I thought about doing it on my own or asking a family or friend to help me, I thought I'd look around for a wedding planner to help for the day of.

I interviewed three and Wendy set herself apart by instantly setting me at ease unlike most other wedding vendors who put on the pressure.

I hired her for day of service and she went above and beyond - staying in contact with me, ensuring we were on track and recommending amazing people to work with, and tips whenever I got stuck. She always let me know if there was anything I hadn't thought of or should consider. I have family who have a special diet and she was able to connect me to a great baker who made a delicious gluten-free cake! I wanted to include succulents in my floral arrangements and she connected me to a florist who did a beautiful job within my budget. It was such a beautiful job, my centerpieces vanished, people loved them so much!

Once the wedding came, she and her team kept everything running smoothly and as much on time as possible. So many of my guests said it was one of the best weddings they've been to. My father-in-law still talks about how quick everyone was to accommodate requests with a smile and how professional they were overall. She also managed to add beautiful touches that I got to see at the wedding. Planning my wedding was stressful but knowing she had my back definitely took a lot of the heat off.

Overall, she was warm, on top of everything I threw at her, and completely professional. If you can get her to do your event, treat her like gold!!
