Michelle was absolutely a dream to work with! As soon as I requested information for our wedding, Michelle got back to me ASAP. We had easy communication via email and phone and she made the services offered and price quotes very easy to understand. Let me tell you when I say, Michelle and her team are THE BEST in Southern California (honestly probably the entire planet)!. She is worth it to make the biggest day of your life AMAZING. She is extremely professional, provides the best wedding advice, and is willing to put you in contact with other wedding professionals in the area. I am so thankful I found Michelle – no one else compares!

Melissa. Is. AWESOME! First off, I’m a vendor (DJ) so I’m aware of all the behind-the-scenes goings on of the wedding. And I’ve worked with countless coordinators over the years. I’ve only ever been able to recommend one, until now. Melissa was such a joy to work with, extremely organized, helped out with anything that was needed (including cleaning up broken glass during the crazy dance party!). Made sure everything ran according to schedule, and didn’t interrupt the crazy high-energy dancing moments for something like a cake cutting (which honestly speaks to her ability to read the room and allow the event to flow perfectly). We had no hiccups or any awkward pauses, she took control when needed, and all in all was just FUN! Get you a coordinator that can keep the wedding flowing, but also bops to the music. And most importantly, ensures the bride and groom, and all guests, have the time of their lives. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jen was a godsend and we would not have been able to pull off our wedding without her! We hired her late in the game, but she had no problem stepping right in and getting our event on track. She was extremely professional, responsive, and competent. She has a vast connection of vendors and had great working relationships with all those used for our event. When it comes to your big day, you're in great hands with Jen!

Samantha and Emily are EXPERTS at what they do. My husband (ah! so fun calling him that!) and I were somewhat stressed out about everything running smoothly on our big day and I am SO thankful we decided to use Sorelle. Our wedding went perfectly and we were able to enjoy everything without worrying about a thing. If you are on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, 1000000/10 recommend Samantha and her team. Thank you again for making our wedding so wonderful.

Jennifer is a phenomenal wedding coordinator with a beautiful soul focused on two things. First, ensuring that all of the wedding party and guests have the best day possible. Second, the wedding party and vendors are very aware of timelines and who is running the day. As an event and project planner, Jennifer's calmness and being totally on top of everything allowed us thoroughly enjoy our day and party on throughout the night! The wedding was absolute perfection thanks to Jennifer and her amazing vendor recommendations. We really do not know what we would have done without her and for all those brides to be who are unsure if they need a wedding planner or are not sure who to go with we only have 3 words.... BOOK HER NOW!!!! Jen, thank you again and again for making our day go so smoothly and to turn out even better than we could have imagined!!!

Timeless Event and Design did such a great job. They exceeded all my expectations. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Haley. From the very first meeting, she wasn’t just my wedding planner, she quickly became a trusted friend and confidant. She went above and beyond in every possible way to make our day absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail was incredible. She anticipated needs before I even realized them, handled every hiccup with calm professionalism, and made sure I could truly enjoy every moment without stress. Whether it was coordinating with vendors, managing last-minute changes, or making sure my family felt taken care of, she did it all with a smile and genuine care. What stood out most was how much heart she put into everything. She treated our wedding as if it were her own and her vision really matches what I dreamed of. She celebrated with us, supporting us through the emotional moments, and going the extra mile at every turn. By the end of the process, she felt more like family/ a best friend… I had tears that my wedding shenanigan is over. She was more than a vendor to me. She literally found solutions to everything, and her communication skills is top notch. Please be also informed that she was not the first planner I hired. I wish she was and not a spend a fortune on someone we thought was a well suited one for the job considering their fees were on a high range. For a couple of months, nothing was done but a huge headache until I found Haley! Do your homework Please. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, creative, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making your day unforgettable, Haley is the one. I’m forever grateful for everything she did to make our wedding so special and she might not know this but she is the type of person I want to be BFF’s with. She literally held my hand and made the entire process a fun experience. What a great adventure it was planning with her. Stephanie and her team were fantastic at helping us plan our destination wedding. Stephanie was also able to help provide decor on the day; she brought our vision to life with just a few photos from us, and at an affordable price. On the day we felt completely taken care of and the team was brilliant in ensuring everything ran smoothly. We are so grateful, Thank you!!!

WOW! Just wow! Heather, Jordan and all of their team that helped behind the scenes from the bottom of our hearts thank you. To keep it long story short, the venue I chose for my wedding made planning my wedding way more stressful than it ever needed to be and in my opinion wronged Heather in every way shape and form. Through our engagement session all the way to our wedding day and even after the wedding, Heather and her team were a complete dream. As our photographers Heather and Jordan went above and BEYOND to ensure my husband and I’s drink glasses were always full, made sure our timeline stayed on track, even when our day of coordinator (associated with the venue) scheduled sunset photos after sunset.. If we had Heathers team for our coordination team, that would’ve never been an issue. Heather is just that much on her A game partnered with the dream team. Heather and her team talked to everybody they needed to talk to, to make sure we were on time for those sunset photos all while keeping the worry and stress away from us on our day. In fact they added SO much fun to it. When being photographed by Heather there is just no awkwardness, you’ll be laughing the entire time and will probably walk away feeling like you’re bestfriends. Especially if you’re Yellowstone fans lol. We just got our final photos tonight and when I tell you I was laughing and crying and living the day all over again I’m not joking. The moments that they captured are forever going to be cherished in our hearts. I can’t wait to frame these photos! My only issue is trying to pick out my favorite ones! To Heather and her team. Truly thank you for being so wonderful. I know it may have been an uncomfortable situation at times because of the venue but you were so professional and I thank you for that. I thank you for being a big portion of making our day go smoothly, filled with fun and making us feel like we’ve known you for the longest time.
