I cannot say enough wonderful things about Haley. From the very first meeting, she wasn’t just my wedding planner, she quickly became a trusted friend and confidant. She went above and beyond in every possible way to make our day absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail was incredible. She anticipated needs before I even realized them, handled every hiccup with calm professionalism, and made sure I could truly enjoy every moment without stress. Whether it was coordinating with vendors, managing last-minute changes, or making sure my family felt taken care of, she did it all with a smile and genuine care.

What stood out most was how much heart she put into everything. She treated our wedding as if it were her own and her vision really matches what I dreamed of. She celebrated with us, supporting us through the emotional moments, and going the extra mile at every turn. By the end of the process, she felt more like family/ a best friend… I had tears that my wedding shenanigan is over. She was more than a vendor to me. She literally found solutions to everything, and her communication skills is top notch.

Please be also informed that she was not the first planner I hired. I wish she was and not a spend a fortune on someone we thought was a well suited one for the job considering their fees were on a high range. For a couple of months, nothing was done but a huge headache until I found Haley! Do your homework Please.

If you’re looking for someone who is organized, creative, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making your day unforgettable, Haley is the one. I’m forever grateful for everything she did to make our wedding so special and she might not know this but she is the type of person I want to be BFF’s with. Haley was an absolute dream to have on our wedding day. She has such a “can do” attitude and made sure everything was handled so I could just relax and enjoy. THE GREATEST WEDDING COORDINATOR EVER!!!!!!! We hired Haley as a day of coordinator because our venue required someone to help. I found her on Instagram and liked her energy through her photos. I had no idea how important a great coordinator is. But we won the lottery of coordinators with Haley! She is brilliant, goes above and beyond, and was the greatest decision we made for our wedding. It made the whole experience the best possible!!!!! She is caring, kind, thoughtful, and thinks of everything. I knew I could count on her to guide me through everything. It was the greatest wedding we could have ever hoped for thanks to her!!!!!!

Haley is the best wedding planner ever! She is so incredibly professional and so well suited for her career. She is so easy to connect with and communicate with. Whether it was emails, texts, calls or meetings- she was always readily available and there for us. And not just with us but she also communicated amazingly well with our venue and all our other vendors- she spoke with all of them and got everyone on the same page to bring our dreams to life. We really loved her and our only regret is not hiring her on sooner. We hired her the month of our wedding and we wish we had her from the very beginning of our engagement process because she’s just that good and on top of it. My husband and I got married on November 3rd at Marinaj Banquets and Events in Moreno Valley. We hired Haley to be our day-of-coordinator, who also brought along Jordan. This was the single most important decision we made in our wedding planning process outside of securing our venue. I have worked in the events/catering business for 18 years, first in hospitality catering and convention services then to overseeing the catering operations for a fine dining restaurant with on-site and off-site full service catering services and now for a non-profit planning large gala events, so it’s a challenge to relinquish the responsibility to someone else and feel secure that they will execute your most important day as you envision it. However, from our very first meeting, and all through the few weeks leading up to the day, Haley continued to make us feel so confident in her ability to handle every single detail of our wedding, revealing her years of experience and knowledge. In addition to being extremely organized, attentive, sharp, professional and very detail-oriented, Haley is warm, kind and has the most wonderful energy that made you forget that you hired her to do the job, and felt more like a best friend that had your back in every single aspect of your most precious day. She gave me so much peace on the day of the wedding, by sending me messages and pictures to communicate how things were going and executed the timeline of events perfectly - allowing us to be fully present and enjoy and experience the day without a single worry. We couldn’t be happier to have found her and are so grateful for all she and Jordan did to make our day incredible. If you are considering a coordinator (which I highly suggest), let the search stop here! You won’t regret it!

Having a wedding planner that you mesh with is important and I hired Haley on some good reviews and top tier vibes. She was someone I could see myself working with for a year. Then she absolutely knocked it out of the park. She set my priories straight, helped me secure all the best vendors, and kept everyone in line and coordinated- no easy task with how many vendors we had! Day of she literally nailed everything. When things went wrong, she fixed it, when I needed a good cry she hugged me and she made sure we had literally the best day ever. I really dont know what I would have done without her. The manager of the site told my husband and I that she is THE BEST he’s worked with in his 39 years of experience. If that doesn’t say it, I don’t know what does. THANK YOU HALEY!!

Haley made our event the perfect day. She was the perfect combination of creative and effective. She knew how to help us articulate our dreams and then she knew how to make them a reality.

She was the single best vendor we had and easily the best money we spent (seriously, such a bargain). She’s an expert on everything from flowers to how best to space out tables to coordinating with and orchestrating all the vendors. She made sure that we got all the little details that made our day so uniquely perfect. Without fail, Haley responded to every single message we sent her within minutes. The confidence we had going into the wedding day was through the roof, and she did not disappoint. If anything went wrong, we never heard about it because Haley took complete care of it all. We truly cannot recommend Haley highly enough!! I mean look at these pictures for crying out loud!
