I cannot say enough wonderful things about Haley. From the very first meeting, she wasn’t just my wedding planner, she quickly became a trusted friend and confidant. She went above and beyond in every possible way to make our day absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail was incredible. She anticipated needs before I even realized them, handled every hiccup with calm professionalism, and made sure I could truly enjoy every moment without stress. Whether it was coordinating with vendors, managing last-minute changes, or making sure my family felt taken care of, she did it all with a smile and genuine care.
What stood out most was how much heart she put into everything. She treated our wedding as if it were her own and her vision really matches what I dreamed of. She celebrated with us, supporting us through the emotional moments, and going the extra mile at every turn. By the end of the process, she felt more like family/ a best friend… I had tears that my wedding shenanigan is over. She was more than a vendor to me. She literally found solutions to everything, and her communication skills is top notch.
Please be also informed that she was not the first planner I hired. I wish she was and not a spend a fortune on someone we thought was a well suited one for the job considering their fees were on a high range. For a couple of months, nothing was done but a huge headache until I found Haley! Do your homework Please.
If you’re looking for someone who is organized, creative, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making your day unforgettable, Haley is the one. I’m forever grateful for everything she did to make our wedding so special and she might not know this but she is the type of person I want to be BFF’s with. She literally held my hand and made the entire process a fun experience. What a great adventure it was planning with her. I am for sure, this is not the last time I will seek her help for any event that will come.

Haley is the best wedding planner ever! She is so incredibly professional and so well suited for her career. She is so easy to connect with and communicate with. Whether it was emails, texts, calls or meetings- she was always readily available and there for us. And not just with us but she also communicated amazingly well with our venue and all our other vendors- she spoke with all of them and got everyone on the same page to bring our dreams to life. We really loved her and our only regret is not hiring her on sooner. We hired her the month of our wedding and we wish we had her from the very beginning of our engagement process because she’s just that good and on top of it. From the moment we started working with her, she took all the stress away and we finally started to feel excited again. She knows what she is doing and is a true professional and we could see that right away our wedding was in the right hands. Haley perfectly executed our wedding to how we had always envisioned it!! I cannot say enough nice things about her or her team. Please do not even hesitate or question hiring her- just do it! I will be referring her to all my friends and family from here on out. -

My husband and I got married on November 3rd at Marinaj Banquets and Events in Moreno Valley. We hired Haley to be our day-of-coordinator, who also brought along Jordan. This was the single most important decision we made in our wedding planning process outside of securing our venue. I have worked in the events/catering business for 18 years, first in hospitality catering and convention services then to overseeing the catering operations for a fine dining restaurant with on-site and off-site full service catering services and now for a non-profit planning large gala events, so it’s a challenge to relinquish the responsibility to someone else and feel secure that they will execute your most important day as you envision it. However, from our very first meeting, and all through the few weeks leading up to the day, Haley continued to make us feel so confident in her ability to handle every single detail of our wedding, revealing her years of experience and knowledge. In addition to being extremely organized, attentive, sharp, professional and very detail-oriented, Haley is warm, kind and has the most wonderful energy that made you forget that you hired her to do the job, and felt more like a best friend that had your back in every single aspect of your most precious day. She gave me so much peace on the day of the wedding, by sending me messages and pictures to communicate how things were going and executed the timeline of events perfectly - allowing us to be fully present and enjoy and experience the day without a single worry. We couldn’t be happier to have found her and are so grateful for all she and Jordan did to make our day incredible. If you are considering a coordinator (which I highly suggest), let the search stop here! You won’t regret it!

Haley made our event the perfect day. She was the perfect combination of creative and effective. She knew how to help us articulate our dreams and then she knew how to make them a reality.
She was the single best vendor we had and easily the best money we spent (seriously, such a bargain). She’s an expert on everything from flowers to how best to space out tables to coordinating with and orchestrating all the vendors. She made sure that we got all the little details that made our day so uniquely perfect. Without fail, Haley responded to every single message we sent her within minutes. The confidence we had going into the wedding day was through the roof, and she did not disappoint. If anything went wrong, we never heard about it because Haley took complete care of it all. We truly cannot recommend Haley highly enough!! I mean look at these pictures for crying out loud! -

We had the pleasure of working with Haley as our partial wedding planner, and cannot recommend her highly enough! She was the most prompt and responsive of all the planners I reached out to, which gave me so much confidence that she would be there for us and be on top of everything. After our very first meeting I felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders! We planned a wedding in 6 weeks and she swooped in to help it come together without flinching or making us feel stressed about the timeline which was so appreciated. She helped us navigate the extra headaches of a backyard wedding which I was so nervous about. Inevitably, there were a few hiccups on the day and Haley handled each issue with such grace, and kept our stress to a minimum. We are so grateful for her graciousness throughout it all and recommend her for any party planning needs! -

I could not have gone through my wedding without Haley. Seeing her face in the morning brought me so much calm. And I could not thank her enough for all the questions and tips she gave before the wedding. No matter what or when I texted her, she was open with her communication and was so kind to respond promptly. When I spoke to her in the beginning, I told her I was looking for a coordinator who would be my best friend for the day, and she exceeded beyond that! Where do I begin with our satisfaction with Haley. From the moment I reached out she was quick to respond and so helpful. She quickly felt like a friend. Wow! There are not enough words to express how thankful we are for Haley! She absolutely made our whole wedding process and wedding day so easy. She is so sweet, thoughtful, on top of it, and organized!
Before I even had the thought to ask a question or had a concern she was already on top of it and had it handled and figured out.
From the very beginning anytime I texted or called her she immediately answered and had advice on a situation or the answer to the problem! She made me feel supported and stress free through out all the planning. She had all my needs written down and made sure the venue and all vendors knew what they were supposed to do so it would get done.
She helped everyone on the day of the wedding, not only made sure me and my husband were taken care but made sure my parents felt relaxed and stress free!
She made the perfect timeline for us and made sure we stuck to it so we were not delayed and could have the best night. She not only got there early on the wedding day but also stayed late to help my parents clean-up at the end of the night.
I could not tell you how many compliments we got on her and how easy she made the whole day look and feel. She has the kindest heart and was so easy to work with! She made my visions come to life and helped give me my dream wedding! Haley we love you and could not be more thankful for all that you did for us! -

Words cannot describe how much we appreciate and are grateful for Haley. Hiring Haley was one of the best decisions we made! I had tried to do all the planning, organizing, and emailing myself but soon found myself overwhelmed. I reached out to Haley and she promptly responded to my inquiry. I was very impressed at her quick response (that’s a great quality for a coordinator!) and immediately jumped on the opportunity to work with her. We were so lucky that she had our date available.
Through the months leading up to the Wedding, Haley was on top of everything. She kept me sane. She came with us to our venue and helped us make decisions (round tables vs. rectangle? Type of napkins? —things I had no idea/hadn’t thought about) We told her our vision and she helped us stay true to that path. She continued to maintain constant communication with us and was very organized, reminding us of all the small details. She kept us on schedule.
Our wedding went smoothly because of Haley. We kept everything on time. She even brought us food to make sure we got to experience some of our Wedding’s special touches! Our vendors, family, friends and everyone loved her.

Wow. Where do we start with Haley. First off, she’s an absolute amazing person and we LOVED having her coordinate our wedding. Our wedding had a quite a few major crises (that was out of our control) and we would call Haley to help us with it. She went straight into problem solving mode and was so positive about the whole situation. It definitely helped us calm down and figure out the next steps. Once the wedding day came, it went so smoothly and you wouldn’t even know we had so many issues prior to the wedding day!
In addition to that, we loved how organized Haley is and that she responds quickly to emails and texts. She knows what she’s doing and her confidence shows in her work. Her sweet, positive, bubbly personality is so contagious, we couldn’t have imagined anyone else to be our coordinator. She made our dream come true. We woke up on our big day with confidence knowing that our wedding would be in great hands! Each moment that we cherished was only made possible by Haley. She graciously listened to our requests, ideas, and goals and executed flawlessly on each one. A core memory we made was during our Grand Exit when she shot us a thumbs to let us know everything was ready for us to run away to happily ever after!
On top of managing the vendors, timeline, and operations she beautifully set up the decor in our ceremony space, reception room, getting ready areas, and beyond. Her interpersonal skills were crucial while balancing the additional opinions from certain family members and earning the respect and friendship of our attendants, vendors, and guests.
The love, support, and encouragement she gave us throughout the planning process brought peace during an otherwise overwhelming time! We’re grateful for the resources she shared early which on set us on the right path. If we were to do it all again, Haley would be there from day one!! -

Haley was my wedding coordinator and she did an excellent job. I had emailed/called 15+ other coordinators and they were either ridiculously pricey, inexperienced, or had a contract I wouldn't agree to. She is very kind, flexible, accommodating, communicative, and organized. She also made a highlight video of the event and sent it to me the day after. This was so thoughtful especially since I wasn't going to get photo/video returned from the company I hired for a couple months! Go with Haley. You will be happy you did. :) -

I hired Haley as my day-of coordinator for my wedding on 5/21/2022. Being someone who is already in the wedding industry, I wanted to be sure I had the best of the best and someone who I could easily hand the reins over to and know every detail of my day would come out perfect! Haley executed everything PERFECTLY.
Haley understood my vision and took it out of my brain as if she was inside my brain all along. She was highly communicative, responsive, dependable and detail-oriented. I also have some strange family dynamics and she handled it all like a pro.
She also assisted us with our rehearsal the night before our wedding, making sure all our friends and family knew exactly what we were doing. She also made sure everything was perfectly timed to the music we picked out for our ceremony.
On the day of the wedding Haley set up all my details and final touches (and believe me I had a crazy amount of decor). She also made sure we stuck to our timeline and directed all of our vendors. She was so sweet she even helped my husband and I get drinks from the bar, appetizers for cocktail hour, and our meals for dinner.
As a bride looking back on the day, believe me, everything moves 100 MPH and there are so many moving parts to a wedding day. Haley was my rock who made me feel all was well, taken care of and going PERFECTLY. Haley was the BEST decision I made in my wedding planning, and I would pick her again and again!! Thank you Haley for making our dream day come true! -

I hired Haley as my day of wedding coordinator. Most of my wedding planning was about 85-90% complete and I just needed that person to execute my wedding vision on the day of the wedding and to make sure I have a stress free day on the most important day of my life. When I sent an inquiry thru weddingwire, Haley reached out to me and we initially connected. She asked all the right questions and was so friendly and professional that I felt at ease right away. I knew she was the one that I needed to hire for my wedding day. My then fiance and I personally met her a month before the wedding and she asked me all the questions she needed to create a perfect timeline for my wedding. She covered everything, asked all the right questions and even some more questions that I didn’t even think about prior to our meeting. After our initially meeting, my then fiance even said- “Haley knows what she is doing, she is really great at her job!”
Part of her service was also being there for the rehearsal the day before the wedding and I really appreciated that. It gave us some time to practice with our wedding party. On that day too I was supposed to already have the cookies I ordered as part of my wedding favors but the girl who was making them couldn’t deliver them on time and I still needed to place my “thank you” stickers on them. Haley took that task off my hands, she recommended that the cookies be delivered to her and she can put the stickers for me. I was grateful for that because we had to host a dinner after the rehearsal and I was just going to squeeze that in between hosting.
On the day of the wedding, Haley was on time. She executed my plan and vision perfectly- everything was beautiful. She was there from start to finish, she was like my wedding fairy godmother! She was executing everything to a tee and still maintaining a bit of invisibility- she was more like my friend than a vendor on my wedding day. I am really glad I hired her instead of a big wedding planning company. Weddings are too much for a bride and everything goes by super fast that you may or may not lose something important to you but Haley made sure that she packed everything important for me after my wedding was over. She made sure to tell me she put everything in a box for me, my wedding license, the cake topper that I wanted to keep, etc... everything I needed was packed nice and neat and was waiting for me at home when I came back from my short honeymoon. So thank you Haley for making my wedding beautiful and stress free. I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me and for being an amazing friend helping me plan my wedding day! -

We hired Haley over a year ago for my daughters wedding, she was our first vendor to hire! And then COVID hit. During a year of so much uncertainty, Haley was a rock giving us advice and encouragement. We decided to go for it and had to move the venue to our home with 5 weeks to plan. Haley helped in every aspect and I was able to enjoy a magical day for our daughter as Haley worked with every vendor and kept us organized in the weeks leading up to the big day. Haley knows what shes doing!
Throughout the big day, Haley saw needs before they were even apparent. One moment that made me and my husband smile on our hot wedding day was her ordering us some drinks while we waited for our grand entrance. Like Iin this moment, she’s dedicated to making sure you enjoy your day!.
Not only is she knowledgeable, organized, and professional, but she is so easy to work with! My husband and I decided to downscale our wedding to ensure the health and safety of our guests during these odd times, and Haley was there every step of the way! Although we had to keep changing our plans due to covid restrictions, she kept up with our plans and executed them thoughtfully! To my disbelief, I was very relaxed the day of because I know I had great help from people who thought everything through. Haley is very accommodating and will make sure you have all the resources needed And all vendors are on the same page.
She’s an amazing coordinator who will go the extra mile to make your big day run as smoothy as possible (even when the world feels like it’s falling a part). I loved working with you Haley! Couldn’t have done it without you! -

Our wedding planner had dropped out about a month before our wedding day, and we scrambled to find a planner to help with on-site coordination for day-of. Thankfully we came across Haley!
Haley was flexible with the dates and times that we needed her on-site to assist with rental drop-off and of course all things day-of. There were a few hiccups during the reception due to another vendor's coordination, which Haley helped to alleviate so that my husband and I didn't have to worry about it that evening.
Haley is so sweet, and easy to work with! Definitely recommend her :) -

Easiest Wedding Vendor Decision!
Hiring Haley to be my day-of wedding coordinator was the easiest decision I made! She was so warm, efficient, and helpful that it was a pleasure working with her. She was readily available months before the wedding, answering my text messages and meeting me at a time that was most convenient for me. She assisted me with various changes in the timeline (multiple times), she was a warrior behind-the-scenes, and adapted to issues the day of that I didn't even know could occur (she also did this with a calm demeanor and a smile). One of the most helpful things that Haley did was kept all my personal belongings organized in my dressing room (Kiddush cups, tallit, signs, etc.). Everything was in order - it was amazing to wake up the next day and not need to scramble around the venue (or worry that night). I highly recommend Haley. She is worth so much more than what she charges. For any event, Haley is the right coordinator. -

When I first got engaged and started planning my wedding, I was naive and thought that I’d be able to do everything myself the day of the wedding (decorating, wrangling vendors, paying attention to small details) but as time went on, I realized I was out of my mind. While most of my wedding was already planned, I needed to find a coordinator who could execute my plan the day of the wedding. I randomly found Haley on Yelp and was immediately interested in talking to her based on her reviews alone. I reached out to her and we had an initial phone call months ago to discuss my vision and plans for the wedding. During our phone call, Haley covered topics that I hadn’t even thought about (she really does think of everything — she’s that good!).
Fast forward to about a month from the wedding, I met Haley for the first time at our venue walk through. During our walk through, Haley was so thorough on not just the big details but small details as well. I walked away from the walk through feeling confident that our wedding day would go off without a hitch.
On our actual wedding day, we met Haley the morning of to have a quick rehearsal and the wedding party and family members like a pro. When it was wedding time, it seemed like Haley was at five different places at the same time because she was making sure my husband and I were doing ok, that we were eating, the timeline of the wedding was being followed, cueing the DJ, etc. On top of that, my husband and I fully trusted her with the dessert table and random signs and decorations we had for the venue and when we got to to see everything for the first tine, WE WERE BLOWN AWAY!
If you’re reading this and trying to decide about whether or not, you need a coordinator or if you should go with Haley, stop right now and just contact her. It will be the best decision you’ll make for yourself for your wedding.
I cannot thank Haley enough for all the magic she worked on our wedding. My wedding day was so much fun and stress free and I have Haley to thank for that. -

Haley is an AMAZING wedding coordinator, and I cannot recommend her enough. I first hired her as our day of coordinator through our original venue, and I kept her as my coordinator when we had to change our reception venue due to the Woolsey fire in fall 2018. She responded promptly, professionally, and kindly to all my questions.
As the wedding day approached, she met with us at the venue to go over details. Her experience and knowledge about the process calmed my pre-wedding anxiety, and she was very welcoming about my visions. I had a friend who wanted to gain wedding planning experience, and so I asked Haley if my friend could help with the coordinating responsibilities for our wedding. Haley graciously agreed and contacted my friend right away to get started. I really felt like Haley had my best interests in mind the entire time, and she made sure to take care of me as the day drew closer. The days before the wedding, Haley sorted out major wedding vendor drama so that I didn't have to stress (for a day of coordinator, I think that was going above and beyond!).
On the day of the wedding, Haley was phenomenal. She had my friend and another helper assisting her during the day, so every detail was covered. As a type A person, I was worried about having to worry about the wedding on my own wedding day, but Haley never gave me the chance to stress! I never even had to look at the clock because Haley was completely on it. Haley oversaw that everything went smoothly and made sure to take care of me. She touched base with me several times through the wedding day so that I was aware of what was happening and what was going to happen, which calmed my nerves. She and her assistants also plated all my desserts since the dessert delivery happened hours before the actual reception (this way, my desserts didn't have to sit under the hot Californian sun for hours).
One thing I'd love to note is that I realized the day before the wedding that I had nothing for my guests to throw as my husband and I left the reception site, and I was crushed. I didn't even mention it to Haley. At the end of the wedding reception, however, she and her assistants pulled flower petals off the bridesmaids' bouquets before the sendoff. I was so surprised when all our guests were throwing flower petals as my husband and I left that night. My experience with Haley was truly incredible, and I highly recommend her. -

Haley is phenomenal and on top of her game at all times. Before our wedding she created a flawless timeline that kept our wedding moving and smooth without feeling rushed. She orchestrated all of our vendors and followed up to ensure that they showed up on time and were delivering everything according to our specifications.
We received so many comments during and after our wedding from guests who said they thought our wedding was smooth and flawless and they couldn't believe how perfect it was handled and arranged. I will absolutely recommend Haley to anyone I know getting married, and just a note to anyone who is like me and reads reviews like crazy before booking a vendor, just know with Haley, you won't have to worry about anything on your wedding day. She gives you the peace of mind to relax and enjoy the day because you know the craziness behind the scenes is being handled for you. Couldn't have imagined our wedding without her. -

I honestly can't even begin to put into words how incredible this woman is. Without her, I wouldn't have had a wedding. Literally. Haley was our day of coordinator for a venue in Agoura Hills that was surrounded in flames on the day of the wedding. She stayed in contact with my matron of honor the whole night of the wedding. I'm talking like 2am. When the wedding was cancelled, I called her in shock, not knowing our next step. We decided to just f**k it all and plan a whole new wedding. Within a half of a day, we literally had gotten A WHOLE NEW WEDDING all put together. I got there, on two hours of sleep, not knowing what to expect, and it was BEAUTIFUL. i can't believe it. It still feels like a dream. This would not have happened without Haley. By the end of the night it felt like a friend, not a coordinator. Thank you so much Haley, my wedding would not have happened without you -

We did a partial planning service with her and throughout the lead up to the wedding when I (the bride) was stressed and at times didn't know where to start - she made me feel thoroughly reassured and normalized everything I was going through. I can't tell you how much this helped, as well as her nearly instant responses whenever I reached out via phone or email (although I didn't abuse that speedy response by reaching out every 5 minutes ;) Haley knew some great vendors for our wedding venue (Walnut Grove in Moorpark) and despite not being physically in the area prior to out first meet up 1 month before, handled all the co-ordination beautifully via email and telephone. I'm sure having her located near to your wedding venue would be amazing, especially if you are hiring her to meet with all the vendors in a full planning package, but I can honestly say that having a planner who doesn't live in the area didn't make any difference at all and the process was so easy. The rehearsal was easy too, I was by the day before really quite nervous and felt reassured by how in control and organized Haley was. On the day itself her help and support was INVALUABLE. I'm getting quite emotional writing this because despite your nerves, despite your 'divaness' (it will come out on the day even if you are the calmest, nicest bride on the planet) having that person there you can trust with making sure the most special day of your life goes smoothly is SUCH a blessing and worth every penny. Haley and her assistant handled everything with such professionalism, ease and grace on the day, my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing and truly felt like the treasured guests of our event, royalty even, rather than the hosts. It was truly an incredible experience and I can't recommend Haley highly enough.

Haley is a wonderful coordinator! She is very responsive, passionate, and extremely organized. Haley stays on top of things and always kept our timeline on track! She was a pleasure to work closely with both on our special day and along the entirety of the planning process. We would absolutely recommend her to family and friends.
