Jenn made my wedding planning experience so much easier! She was very knowledgeable, accommodating and responsive when I had many questions regarding the wedding planning process! I highly recommend her and her team! We got so many compliments on the decor and I cannot thank this team enough for making my vision come to life!

Jenn was literally my fairy Godmother throughout our wedding process. We decided to do a DIY wedding so we could still budget for a fabulous honeymoon. I can handle a lot of details & large projects at once but MAN was planning, designing & coordinating our wedding myself overwhelming and at times, daunting.

This is where Jenn came in.

First, she ALWAYS has a great attitude, you can feel her positive, bubbly personality exuding through her emails. That makes a huge difference when you are planning a wedding - a BLESSING and privilege to do, but nonetheless, stressful.

Second, Jenn has an idea or recommendation for...everything (and that is not her job or responsibility in my opinion). She had recs for other vendors (I didn't have a planner or coordinator), it seemed like she knew something about everything I asked - shoot, she even had a great lunch spot rec for me when I came to her warehouse!

Third, I gave Jenn my vision, and she gave it back to me ten times better. I can be pretty stubborn once I have my mind set on something and she gracefully guided me down a better path - the table setting saga (THANK GOD). I don't have professional photos back yet but will upload when we do.

Fourth, I never felt pressured or like I was being sold on something I didn't need or want. She listened to my vision, gave me lots of suggestions and was respectful of our budget.

Fifth, she set expectations and delivered. She communicated clearly & always within a reasonable timeframe - expectations are hugggge when you are under stress.

Sixth, her setup & take down team were awesome. They arrived within the window I was given and they got straight to work - ALSO with positive attitudes. Our groomsmen tried to .. help them haha, and they were really nice and patient.

Rustic was worth every penny we spent AND SOME. I fell in love with the style and vibe of the furniture and was so lucky to also receive AMAZING service the whole way through planning & executing our wedding. THANK YOU to Jenn & the entire Rustic team. You guys are unparalleled!!!!!!

A must book vendor for your next event! We used Rustic Events for tables, chairs and umbrellas at my bridal shower. They arrived for delivery + pick up on time. Everything was clean, communication during the entire process was seamless and the rentals looked perfect with the theme and venue!

I have worked with Jenn for almost a decade at multiple events, but I finally got to be a client of hers! I threw an event to celebrate 10 years of my photography business for my clients, family, and friends. I knew I could not have some of her items at my event and I reached out to her as soon as I could!

She communicated so well as I planned! Once it came to day of, she helped set up so quickly and her items were the perfect touch for my style of event! Guests were able to sit comfortably and play the games!

Jenn and her team at Rustic Events was hands down one of the easiest vendors to work with. Jenn was very responsive and communicative. She scheduled a call with me to get the details of my wedding vision and how she can help bring it to life. Although she didn’t have to, she gave recommendations and insight that was very helpful, especially since I was planning my wedding out of state.

On the day of my wedding, I briefly met Jenn in person and absolutely adored her. Her team loaded the rentals into the venue and set them up according to my layout. At the end of the night, the load out team was very quick and efficient.
