JJJ Party Rental was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Quality of Rentals All rental items were delivered exactly as advertised and in excellent condition, including tables, chairs, speakers, microphones, and heaters. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and looked great on our wedding day. Customer Service The customer service was truly top-tier. The quoting process was straightforward and easy, and the team went above and beyond by offering to source items that were not currently in their catalog to help bring our wedding vision to life. They also worked with other local vendors to provide alternative options when needed. Communication was seamless from the initial quote request through delivery and pickup, making the entire process stress-free. Setup and Breakdown The delivery team was professional, efficient, and communicative. They provided updates on their estimated arrival time within the delivery window and handled both setup and breakdown quickly and smoothly. Their organization and reliability gave us one less thing to worry about on our wedding day. Value JJJ Party Rental offered some of the most competitive pricing we found during our search. Not only were their rates reasonable, but the quality of their rentals and level of service exceeded that of many competitors we considered. The value they provided was exceptional. Overall, our experience with JJJ Party Rental was outstanding, and I would highly recommend them for any wedding or special event. Their quality rentals, excellent customer service, and attention to detail helped make our wedding day beautiful and memorable.

We booked the Oval Office for our wedding up in North Fork on October 12, 2024 and we were so glad we did! Communication with the owner was fantastic, delivery and pickup were easy and quick, and the restrooms themselves were so nice that multiple guests commented on how nice they were! I'm really glad we booked with the Oval Office and would do it again in a heartbeat!

We booked in May for an October wedding. Executive Washrooms was quick to respond and always followed up in a timely matter. We changed the time of the arrival and they even showed up a few hrs before necessary. Would recommend them!!

We used Chic Rentals for our wedding and our rehearsal dinner, and it was a delight to work with them for both events! Communication was always quick and easy, and they worked seamlessly with us through multiple changes to our order. It was so much fun going through their showroom to look at all the designs they have available, and we were able to create the tablescapes of my dreams!

We are so happy with our wedding rentals with Ventura Rentals! We had such a great time visiting the showroom and Danielle made so many recommendations based on our inspiration photos. Their website also had a AI feature that allows you to play around with tabletop decor and upload your own photos such as flowers that was so useful :) Judy was super organized and worked so well with our wedding planner. She was so helpful recommending exactly what we needed based on our menu, cocktails, and guest count! And everything looked so beautiful! Thank you Judy and Danielle! L + Z 09.05.2026

Taylor Rentals is always a pleasure to work with. Their team exhibited a high level of professionalism, making the entire rental process seamless and stress-free. They were extremely accommodating to our specific needs for winery events, going above and beyond to ensure everthing is always taken care of. Their problem-solving skills are impressive, quickly addressing any minor issues that arose. We would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of party rental equipment.

The variety of choices and quality of the many items needed for my daughters wedding was great The prices were very competitive if not better than other rental companies . Working with Jamie was a breeze she helped out with suggestions when we weren’t sure how many items we should rent and she was very knowledgeable about our venue so that was extremely helpful . I would highly recommend them if you are having an event in the area

Very great experience, and I love them so much; they are uniquely exceptional.

We needed tables, chairs, linens, heaters and possibly a tent for an outdoor wedding. After contacting 6 vendors, The Tent Merchant clearly became our top choice. No other vendor was even a close second, for the following reasons. (All other vendors were deficient in one or more of these areas. Every other vendor was deficient in the first. Scary!). 1-COMPETENCE- The Tent Merchant asked all the right, necessary questions to safely, legally, securely erect a tent and visited the venue early on to ensure they were prepared. Beyond safety, they had the best variety of tent sizes, features and embellishments. They also had varied tablecloths available from basic polyester (the only thing available from all other vendors) to cotton, linen, and luxurious textured fabrics. They offered more sizes of linens and tables than others as well. 2-TRANSPARENCY/INTEGRITY: Immediate, clear, unchanging prices and no “surprise" small print. By FAR the best contract terms. No required NON-(or partially)REFUNDABLE deposit on a tent until 10 days prior to event (when weather is more clear), yet guaranteed tent availability! (Others required tent deposit up front: a guaranteed loss if you don't need it). The weather forecast led us to forego the tent, but even after the 10 day deadline, TM assured “we'll do everything we can to take care of you”. We had nearly daily communication that final week, with immediate responses, updates and support. 3-Word-of-mouth RECOMMENDATION by a local event planner, who also sent me a link to the 2025 Santa Barbara Independent Wedding issue, in which The Tent Merchant was a recommended vendor. Yelp and Google were sources for others. Concluding, every detail was efficiently and thoughtfully fulfilled as promised, and on time. I am grateful for the professionalism, competence and integrity of this company. I can't recommend them more highly. They will capably support and fulfill your vision with excellence, they will be available, encouraging and honest, and they will have your back from start to finish.
