Linda, the owner and founder of the company, is dedicated to providing you with an innovative, fun planning process that is just as memorable as the wedding itself. A lot of decisions need to be made leading up to your special day, but Linda Rae has a wealth of experience that will make decision-making a piece of cake!
Services Offered
Linda Rae Events offers full planning, partial planning and day of wedding coordination packages. Services for the full planning package include:
- A complimentary initial meeting
- Up to 120 hours of planning time
- Unlimited emails and scheduled phone calls
- A design meeting to determine your theme and colors
- Work within your budget and provide you with a budget planning tool
- Recommendations and assistance with selecting vendors based on your budget and needs
- Coordination and attending vendor and venue meetings
- Review of all vendor contracts
- Liaison between you and your vendors
- Assist with hotel blocks as needed
- Meet in person or skype to go over planning details
- Rehearsal dinner recommendations
- Wedding rehearsal organization
- Wedding planner and assistant available on the wedding day
- Wedding day on-site coordination of up to eight hours

Best decision
I hired Linda as day of coordinator for my wedding but wish I had gotten her for full wedding coordinator!
She is organized, sweet, knowledgable and goes ABOVE and beyond for her brides. You can really tell she genuinely cares about you and your dreams for your perfect day. Her personality was such a calming presence to everything chaotic and stressful that she was so perfect as a wedding coordinator. She executed everything so perfectly and my wedding looked just like the dream we had talked about. She also brought a lot of things to my attention that I wouldn't even have thought about!
Get Linda on your wedding team! She is AMAZING and you will want to be friends with her for life!

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Linda. Not only is she super on top of everything, overly creative and knowledgeable. She is so KIND and CARING. She is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She genuinely cared about my wedding and about how I felt during the process. She was calm yet energetic. She has the perfect disposition for a wedding planner. She never made me feel stressed out yet would kindly remind me if I needed to make some decisions. She had a thousand good ideas including the flowers for the sweetheart table pictured below. My wedding day ran so smoothly because of her. I had multiple friends get married in the last couple years and I can't believe how many of them had bad experiences with their planner. I couldn't give you one negative about Linda. She exceeded my expectations in every way. She also was a great value and helped me stick to my budget. She gave helpful advice on where to get the most bang for your buck. I couldn't believe all the work she put into my wedding. For reference, I had a destination wedding with 175 people and my budget was around $90,000.
