WOW! Just wow! Heather, Jordan and all of their team that helped behind the scenes from the bottom of our hearts thank you. To keep it long story short, the venue I chose for my wedding made planning my wedding way more stressful than it ever needed to be and in my opinion wronged Heather in every way shape and form. Through our engagement session all the way to our wedding day and even after the wedding, Heather and her team were a complete dream. As our photographers Heather and Jordan went above and BEYOND to ensure my husband and I’s drink glasses were always full, made sure our timeline stayed on track, even when our day of coordinator (associated with the venue) scheduled sunset photos after sunset.. If we had Heathers team for our coordination team, that would’ve never been an issue. Heather is just that much on her A game partnered with the dream team. Heather and her team talked to everybody they needed to talk to, to make sure we were on time for those sunset photos all while keeping the worry and stress away from us on our day. In fact they added SO much fun to it. When being photographed by Heather there is just no awkwardness, you’ll be laughing the entire time and will probably walk away feeling like you’re bestfriends. Especially if you’re Yellowstone fans lol. We just got our final photos tonight and when I tell you I was laughing and crying and living the day all over again I’m not joking. The moments that they captured are forever going to be cherished in our hearts. I can’t wait to frame these photos! My only issue is trying to pick out my favorite ones!
To Heather and her team. Truly thank you for being so wonderful. I know it may have been an uncomfortable situation at times because of the venue but you were so professional and I thank you for that. I thank you for being a big portion of making our day go smoothly, filled with fun and making us feel like we’ve known you for the longest time. For producing the most beautiful photos that we can’t even express how much we love them. You are just incredibly personable and I really just can’t say enough good things. Thank you times a million. I was so relaxed on our wedding day because I knew I could trust the HG team to just make it all come together! We had some unpredictable obstacles and this team did not skip a beat through it all and delivered on every detail we planned with professionalism and without compromise. No request is too small or too big and Heather and Jordan truly enabled us to enjoy our wedding! We could not have asked for a better experience! We love the HG Team!

Heather and her team at HG weddings were amazing. We wanted an amazing wedding, but really just didn't have the time to spend searching and testing a ton of vendors for everything on our own, and we didn't even know where to start. Paying the team at HG weddings to basically handle everything for us was probably the best decision we could have made. Heather was with us every step of the way, and her and Jordan made everything so easy. Our wedding day was an absolute breeze, and we had the best time. If we could do it all over again, we'd pick HG weddings every time.

In short my wedding wouldn't have happened without Heather and her team. I lost my little brother in the middle of planning and at that point i just quit. I came to heather with only 3-4 months to plan essentially an entire wedding. I can't thank or recommend Heather and her team enough, my wedding was an actual dream come true thanks to you guys. I will forever cherish the memories that you all helped us create after the worst year of our lives. If you're thinking of looking elsewhere don't!

There’s a million things that come to mind when I think about the HG wedding team. One word that truly describes them is family. They took on my husband and It’s wedding, 45 days out from our date, after our original venue shutting down. Heather was on it immediately, scheduling us a tour of Tucalota Creek Ranch that following week, booking all of our tastings and vendor meetings, and just making the process so easy and enjoyable. I can honestly say, her and her team are some of the most kind, incredible and wholesome people I have ever met. I will recommend them, again and again. Over and over. They treat you like family and put their all into what they do.

Heather, Meggan and the rest of the HG Wedding team were amazing to work with! They helped make our dream wedding come true! Everything turned out great without any problems. As a caterer I have worked with dozens of wedding teams. Heather and Meagan Are amazing. The whole HG Wedding team is the epitome of what a wedding team should be. As a wedding vendor I have worked with Heather throughout the years, but this past week I had the pleasure of being a guest at one of her lovely events. She is warm and welcoming, relaxed yet very professional. She was leading her team with a camera around her shoulder. They all worked so well together which made the night very special for all of us In attendance.
