We were so extremely happy to have worked with Sara for our wedding! She worked as day of/month of wedding coordinator for us - she really helped me get organized leading up to the big day. She was super helpful with creating a timeline that best suited our style and very helpful with details regarding the ceremony. Above all else, Sara was extremely calm and came to me the day of only if absolutely necessary to make sure certain details were as I would like them. It was great not having to deal with every other vendor on the day of and only have 1 point of contact to ease my stress level :) We could not have asked for a better coordinator and are very grateful everything went so smooth and on time. She executed our wedding day vision perfectly!

Sara went above and BEYOND for my husband and I. She was the best coordinator we could have EVER found. I am a bit of a control freak and I knew it would be hard for me to let go on my wedding day and not worry... UNTIL I met Sara. I knew I could trust her with every detail, the timeline, the details, the decor, YOU NAME IT. She made sure everything was perfect for us leading up to the wedding and then the DAY of the wedding.

She joined our menu tastings and logistics meetings with the venue to make sure that everything was correct. She responded to every call and every text I had in a timely matter providing sound advice. She also gave her opinion on certain things which I really appreciated coming from someone NOT in my wedding.

We unfortunately had to push our wedding due to COVID. Not only did we have to change dates, but also change venues. Sara was SO supportive and SO helpful throughout this crazy process. She helped us find our NEW venue in a matter of two months. She came to site visits with us & helped us review proposals giving her expert advice.

I would recommend Sara to ANY bride looking to book a coordinator. ACTUALLY, I recommend ALL brides to book a day-of coordinator (at the least) as it makes the process so much less stressful for brides! Look no further with Sara and 9TwentyEight.

She made the month leading up to our wedding too easy! I was actually worried that I wasn't doing enough haha. When the big day came she was on it and made us feel so comfortable and so taken care of. We honestly couldn't have done it with out her.

Every detail was perfect and she made the event seamless! All of my guests complimented her professionalism and willingness to assist. She coordinated with the venue and vendors efficiently.

Sara did an absolutely amazing job coordinating my wedding. We hired her for month of/day of coordination. My now-husband was very skeptical about what a coordinator would provide us the day of the wedding, but boy did Sara prove him wrong. She is 100% one of the best decisions I made hiring her. She was very easy to work with, focused on what we wanted, and responded immediately at the wedding to any minor problem that arouse. I knew throughout the night I could count on her to be my eyes and even fix things before I even had to know about them. She made the event stress-free and really allowed me and my husband to enjoy ourselves. 10/10 would recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Sarah is and was AMAZING! She made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Sarah was always there to answer my texts whenever I had a question or concern. During the wedding, if something did go wrong I definitely didn't notice and that's how you know you have an amazing wedding planner.
