Sara went above and BEYOND for my husband and I. She was the best coordinator we could have EVER found. I am a bit of a control freak and I knew it would be hard for me to let go on my wedding day and not worry... UNTIL I met Sara. I knew I could trust her with every detail, the timeline, the details, the decor, YOU NAME IT. She made sure everything was perfect for us leading up to the wedding and then the DAY of the wedding.
She joined our menu tastings and logistics meetings with the venue to make sure that everything was correct. She responded to every call and every text I had in a timely matter providing sound advice. She also gave her opinion on certain things which I really appreciated coming from someone NOT in my wedding.
We unfortunately had to push our wedding due to COVID. Not only did we have to change dates, but also change venues. Sara was SO supportive and SO helpful throughout this crazy process. She helped us find our NEW venue in a matter of two months. She came to site visits with us & helped us review proposals giving her expert advice.
I would recommend Sara to ANY bride looking to book a coordinator. ACTUALLY, I recommend ALL brides to book a day-of coordinator (at the least) as it makes the process so much less stressful for brides! Look no further with Sara and 9TwentyEight.
The only bad thing is that our relationship has sadly ended... I hope our paths cross in the future because I absolutely love her! :)

Sara is an absolute gem to work with. She is incredibly professional, meticulous, thoughtful, and creative when it comes to planning and coordinating. In fact, the first time I worked with Sara, she was not only the planner and coordinator of the wedding and reception, but she was also in the bridal party! As if one role wasn't enough, she absolutely excelled at all 3! I have never, in all my years, seen someone manage so many tasks and roles so well. I've worked with plenty of event planners and coordinators in my day, but Sara and 9TwentyEight are one of a very small handful of companies I'd personally recommend. If you're looking for professionalism, personality, meticulosity, relationship and trustworthiness, you've found it.
