  Best Decision Ever!

  We were so extremely happy to have worked with Sara for our wedding! She worked as day of/month of wedding coordinator for us - she really helped me get organized leading up to the big day. She was super helpful with creating a timeline that best suited our style and very helpful with details regarding the ceremony. Above all else, Sara was extremely calm and came to me the day of only if absolutely necessary to make sure certain details were as I would like them. It was great not having to deal with every other vendor on the day of and only have 1 point of contact to ease my stress level :) We could not have asked for a better coordinator and are very grateful everything went so smooth and on time. She executed our wedding day vision perfectly!

  Sara was everything and more for my wedding day! She has such a welcoming personality and demeanor. Everything went perfectly and she kept my husband and I right on track all day! I highly recommend her to help any bride on her special day!

  My life savor

  There aren't enough words for me to express how much we loved working with Sara. Not only is she organized and knowledgeable, she is also so kind and compassionate - truly caring for her couples.
  
  Sara went above and BEYOND for my husband and I. She was the best coordinator we could have EVER found. I am a bit of a control freak and I knew it would be hard for me to let go on my wedding day and not worry... UNTIL I met Sara. I knew I could trust her with every detail, the timeline, the details, the decor, YOU NAME IT. She made sure everything was perfect for us leading up to the wedding and then the DAY of the wedding.
  
  She joined our menu tastings and logistics meetings with the venue to make sure that everything was correct. She responded to every call and every text I had in a timely matter providing sound advice. She also gave her opinion on certain things which I really appreciated coming from someone NOT in my wedding.
  
  We unfortunately had to push our wedding due to COVID. Not only did we have to change dates, but also change venues. Sara was SO supportive and SO helpful throughout this crazy process. She helped us find our NEW venue in a matter of two months. She came to site visits with us & helped us review proposals giving her expert advice.
  
  I would recommend Sara to ANY bride looking to book a coordinator. ACTUALLY, I recommend ALL brides to book a day-of coordinator (at the least) as it makes the process so much less stressful for brides! Look no further with Sara and 9TwentyEight.
  
  The only bad thing is that our relationship has sadly ended... I hope our paths cross in the future because I absolutely love her! :)

  We had Sara as our month/day of wedding coordinator at TCI and she did a phenomenal job. A month prior to the wedding, we started working out all of the details and had many emails/calls to ensure we felt like we were in a good place. Sara was very organized, knowledgeable, and professional - our big day went very smoothly thanks to her! Would definitely recommend her to any bride!

  Couldn't have done it without her!

  She made the month leading up to our wedding too easy! I was actually worried that I wasn't doing enough haha. When the big day came she was on it and made us feel so comfortable and so taken care of. We honestly couldn't have done it with out her.

  Amazing month of/ day of planner!

  Sara did an absolutely amazing job coordinating my wedding. We hired her for month of/day of coordination. She was very easy to work with, focused on what we wanted, and responded immediately at the wedding to any minor problem that arouse.   Sarah is and was AMAZING! She made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Sarah was always there to answer my texts whenever I had a question or concern. During the wedding, if something did go wrong I definitely didn't notice and that's how you know you have an amazing wedding planner.

  Sara was amazing. The weeks leading up to our wedding she was on top of contacting all our vendors and working out all the kinks. The day of she helped coordinate all the setup and all our special moments. She was a calming force in the chaos of wedding planning. Our day would not have been a success without her. I would hire her for any party I’m planning.

I hired her on the spot and am so thankful I did! She's not just a wedding planner, she is someone who really loves her job and takes the time to get to know you. We are a full-time working couple and I am a bit of a control-freak creative - Sara was definitely the right planner for us. She was knowledgeable, punctual, and effective. Sara had extensive knowledge of quality vendors in the area. She provided very honest input- which was refreshing and made the planning process so much easier.   We had some unexpected situations come up and Sara was able to acomodate the situations along with ten crazy kiddos under the age of 11 in the bridal party. Did a fabulous job and kept super cool under the pressure !

  Hiring Sara was the best decision my fiancé at and I could have made for our cultural engagement ceremony. With only 3 weeks away from our event we still had a lot of loose ends that needed to come together and Sara made sure that it was all put together nicely. She managed to take direction from my fiancé and I and was able to find vendors for us and made sure that everything arrived on time. She remained calm along the way and went into quick action even with the small window of time we had given her to put this event together. She made our vision come to life the day of the event and our guests were very complimentary of what they saw. It was more than we had expected and we are so glad that we hired Sara to coordinate our ceremony.   Hiring Sara was the best decision my fiancé at and I could have made for our cultural engagement ceremony. With only 3 weeks away from our event we still had a lot of loose ends that needed to come together and Sara made sure that it was all put together nicely. She managed to take direction from my fiancé and I and was able to find vendors for us and made sure that everything arrived on time. She remained calm along the way and went into quick action even with the small window of time we had given her to put this event together. She made our vision come to life the day of the event and our guests were very complimentary of what they saw. It was more than we had expected and we are so glad that we hired Sara to coordinate our ceremony.
