Having a wedding coordinator on it's own is an amazing experience. However, what happens when your coordinator is no longer working (for a variety of reasons) and now you have to bring someone new into the picture? That's exactly what happened for my wife and I. Our first coordinator was "no longer available" and Vanessa and Crystal stepped in with less than 30 days to go before our ceremony date. The experience was amazing. You would have never known that the two of them weren't on our wedding plans for the entire previous year we had been coordinating things.

My wife is very particular about details and no less than 10 different times did I hear her say the words, "Everything is perfect". So much of this came from the attention to detail that Vanessa and Crystal provided for us. From the pre-planning to the placement of every single detail that we asked for, not a single thing was missed. I can't recommend these two enough. If you want the job done right (and with a smile to boot) you should work with these two!!! 10/10 would use them again!!!

We could not have been happier with Vanessa (Finer Events)! We had a large and elaborate wedding at Temecula Creek Inn with a lot of moving pieces, vendors, rentals, and details to coordinate, and she did an incredible job from the moment we signed with her through the wedding day.
Throughout the planning process, she was extremely organized and proactive. She had multiple check-ins with us leading up to the wedding, stayed on top of vendor follow-ups, helped coordinate our rentals, and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when. She also recommended several great vendors and was always helpful when we needed advice or weren't sure which direction to go.
Her knowledge of Temecula Creek Inn was a huge advantage. She knows the venue extremely well, has great relationships with the people there, and was able to make recommendations based on her experience that made the entire planning process much easier.
Most importantly, she listened to what we wanted and executed it perfectly. With so many vendors and such a detailed timeline, there were countless things that could have gone wrong, but she kept everything organized and on schedule. On the wedding day, we were able to actually enjoy ourselves rather than worry about whether vendors were arriving, rentals were in place, or everything was happening according to plan.
She was reliable, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure our wedding came together exactly as we envisioned. Planning and executing a wedding of this size is no small task, and she handled it incredibly well. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend her to anyone getting married not only in Temecula, but anywhere!

I worked with Vanessa at Finer Events for a ceremony at the Inn at Churon Winery. If I had to condense the experience in a thought, she really went above and beyond to make our day feel extra special! While I had some early concerns about communicating with Finer Events, I attribute that more to the transitioning of roles at the winery rather than with Vanessa or Finer Events. Vanessa was very communicative and accommodating as the day got closer so if you have any similar concerns, I just want to reassure you that I truly felt she did everything she could to make sure we were well taken care of on the day of. She was attentive to details and helpful with planning (even providing recommendations and alternatives that we loved), I felt at ease even despite the fact that it was pouring rain leading up to the ceremony. She slogged through rain and mud in slip ons to help capture some magical photos which should really show you how hard she works to make it all happen!
