Having a wedding coordinator on it's own is an amazing experience. However, what happens when your coordinator is no longer working (for a variety of reasons) and now you have to bring someone new into the picture? That's exactly what happened for my wife and I. Our first coordinator was "no longer available" and Vanessa and Crystal stepped in with less than 30 days to go before our ceremony date. The experience was amazing. You would have never known that the two of them weren't on our wedding plans for the entire previous year we had been coordinating things.
My wife is very particular about details and no less than 10 different times did I hear her say the words, "Everything is perfect". So much of this came from the attention to detail that Vanessa and Crystal provided for us. From the pre-planning to the placement of every single detail that we asked for, not a single thing was missed. I can't recommend these two enough. If you want the job done right (and with a smile to boot) you should work with these two!!! 10/10 would use them again!!! -

We had our wedding in October and couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather. The view from the venue is absolutely gorgeous! Our coordinator, Vanessa took care of ALL the details and we were able to enjoy our guests. The price of their packages is very reasonable and the entire crew did an amazing job!

We had the pleasure of working with Vanessa from Finer Events for a wedding styled shoot at Wilson Creek Winery, and I have to say, it was absolutely stunning! Vanessa's attention to detail and vision really brought the whole event to life. My partner, Travis, and I provided a wine barrel cocktail table and 8 benches, which fit the vibe perfectly.
I highly recommend Vanessa for any of your wedding needs, whether it's planning, rentals, or mobile bartending. She has a great eye for design and is an absolute joy to work with. You won’t regret choosing her services for your big day! The photos from the ceremony area showcase how amazing everything turned out.

I worked with Vanessa at Finer Events for a ceremony at the Inn at Churon Winery. If I had to condense the experience in a thought, she really went above and beyond to make our day feel extra special! While I had some early concerns about communicating with Finer Events, I attribute that more to the transitioning of roles at the winery rather than with Vanessa or Finer Events. Vanessa was very communicative and accommodating as the day got closer so if you have any similar concerns, I just want to reassure you that I truly felt she did everything she could to make sure we were well taken care of on the day of. She was attentive to details and helpful with planning (even providing recommendations and alternatives that we loved), I felt at ease even despite the fact that it was pouring rain leading up to the ceremony. She slogged through rain and mud in slip ons to help capture some magical photos which should really show you how hard she works to make it all happen! I'm grateful for the care and attention she showed and am happy with the fantastic experience. Thank you Vanessa! -

Wow, what an 5 star experience!!! From our first phone call, Vanessa was absolutely wonderful, warm and understanding. Her many years of experience and event expertise was immediately recognizable (which came in handy since it was our first time doing this wedding thing!! Lol.) Vanessa not only provided top notch month-of and day of coordination, but she also supplied all of our rentals, a bartender, event staff, vendor recommendations (who were also stellar!!) AND we even had our rehearsal dinner at her restaurant which was also just perfect!! Talk about a one stop shop! She completely brought our vision to life, and in my eyes, our wedding was perfect. If I could do it again I wouldn't change a thing, and I seriously can't imagine trying to achieve the same caliber of experience without Vanessa. Can’t recommend her enough! -

Beautiful wedding experience!
I got married in April but I worked with Vanessa and the venue for nine months. They were able to answer all my questions and accommodate any changes I made. I made a lot of the decorations myself and Vanessa was able to execute everything perfectly for me. It was my dream wedding! -

We hired Finerr Weddings for their service; Day Of Coordination and they were just amazing! They went beyond and above in helping us out with everything. I was initially worried about my wedding not going to plan, but Vanessa assured me that everything is okay and under control. She was very helpful and even after hours when we needed her - she answered. If you're getting married in Temecula, I definitely recommend you get these wonderful ladies to coordinate everything for you. -

Vanessa was THE BEST! She helped us plan our welcome celebration the day before our wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect. She worked with us and our budget always making sure we were happy and trying to accommodate all that we had envisioned! With Covid there were so many last minute changes, but she was along for the ride and always made me feel better about the planning process, especially when it was challenging! The day of the event was seamless and we got so many compliments. Would highly recommend Finerr Weddings and Events, it’s so important to work with people who you can trust and who you know want you to be happy! These moments are big and they definitely make you feel like a priority! -

Vanessa and Crystal exceeded our expectations. They were professional and really went above and beyond to make sure our day progressed seamlessly. Both checked in with us throughout the day but made sure that any issues that did occur were taken care of behind the scenes. Just an example of the level of dedication and service...during the event I forgot my shoes (had a shoe change), Crystal stopped what she was doing to run to my room and find my shoes. Vanessa made sure that all our special guests were taken care of, and both ladies really worked so hard to ensure that our event was amazing. We encountered an issue that was unrelated to the service provided by Crystal and Vanessa. Both Vanessa and Crstal worked with us to resolve the issue and ensure that we had no concerns. I highly recommend their service. -

Working with Vanessa and Finner Weddings was truly a gift. I could not have asked for an easier month before and especially the day before and day of for a wedding. Vanessa made our experience seamless. She walked us through every detail a month before and handled all the behind the scenes the day of. Vanessa also created an adorable and creative design for our centerpieces that I wanted super simple and easy. I adore her and hope to see her again in the future. My husband and I got married at the in at Churon winery on 5/21/22 and could not have been more happier. We instantly loved this venue when we toured it and new right away that this was the place for us! Vennessa was our wedding coordinator and she and her team did a fantastic job of making our wedding vision come true . The vendors were easy to work with and everything came out beautiful!! The food , flowers, and music was great! Our family and friends had a great time. Thank you for making our wedding so perfect!! -
