So this review is coming in 2 years after my actual wedding (so sorry, but better late than never). We hired Chante for "event management". Looking back to that time, she was a dream to work with! With this package, she helped us with planning over a month before our wedding and came to the venue a few days before to help run our wedding rehearsal.

She was so detail-oriented, calm, intentional, flexible, and thought of every detail that needed to be addressed during our wedding. Her day of wedding timeline is AMAZING. As a super stressed-out person and bride in general, hiring Chante was such a blessing. To add to all this, she really did her best to make sure we enjoyed our wedding, even when unexpected situations arose, I had no clue and she swiftly handled the entire event with so much grace and professionalism. We also received compliments from our family and friends that she was great to work with and made the ceremony and reception run so smooth! I'm glad we made the investment to hire Chante, because I know for a fact that I would've been a hot mess and our wedding would not have been as enjoyable without her.

As someone who searched carefully for wedding vendors who offered quality service and value for the money, I feel that her pricing accurately reflects the amount of hard work and dedication she and her team put into making our wedding the best experience possible. This is especially since we had like 200 guests. If you don't want to stress out and want to be well "Taeken" care of on your wedding day, do yourself the favor and hire Chante!

I have known Chante for close to 10 years so it was an honor to have her as my wedding coordinator. She was extremely detail-oriented and organized. She helped me with miscellaneous questions even before our contracted time began and once we really started (2 months before), she was super on top of it and communicative. She took a tough situation with my mom (who had organized all the decorations and details) having a migraine the day before our wedding and made the absolute best of it so that we didn't have to stress. She truly went above and beyond and sorted through dozens of boxes of decorations from my mom and made it magical. The wedding day went so smoothly and it was all thanks to Chante and her team! I heard nothing but good things from everyone involved and it truly was the best day ever.

Chante is incredible! She felt like a friend even just from our initial phone "meeting" conversation. She is sweet and sincere and her Type-A organizational skills left no doubt that we were in great and capable hands. She is a great listener, made sure she understood exactly what our vision was, and executed our plans flawlessly! Wedding planning can get stressful, but I literally breathed relief after each of our interactions because she made the whole process that much easier. Chante is GENUINE and the warmth of her personality made everything better. I cannot fathom a better person to make me feel like a guest at my own wedding!

If I could give Forever Taeken a higher rating I would! When I started planning my wedding I had no intention of hiring a coordinator. Luckily the venue we fell in love with required us to have a coordinator. I had met with a few coordinators but nothing felt right. Then I met Chante and I was instantly sold by her always positive personality and the very detailed timeline she showed me from a wedding she had recently done. I was ready to instantly hire her and I am so glad I did. I had no idea how much time and effort went into planning a wedding. I would have never gotten everything done and would have missed so many details if it wasn’t for Chante. Most importantly day of I had zero stress. Everything went according to plan and if it didn’t I had no idea! Chante and her team made everything run so smoothly I was really able to be in the moment and enjoy my night! Thanks to Chantes help we were able to orchestrate the wedding of our dreams. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we had our conference call we knew she was very professional and displayed vast knowledge of wedding styles and ideas. She really helped me calm my nerves before the big day. Her sweet and calm personality soothed my nerves. She went above and beyond . She was very accessible : e-mail, text, call. I had so many questions and she was always happy to answer them and gave me a lot of suggestions and we trusted her opinion. She would constantly check up on us (before and during). On our wedding day she made sure we ate, had cake, yogurt, and just made sure we were fine. We really don't think our wedding would have been as stress free as it was if we didn't have her.Future brides do not hesitate and hire her, you will not regret it!!

Before we found ForeverTaeken we were a complete mess. Our good friend found Chante for us and it completely flipped our wedding around. We found her 2 weeks before our wedding and she literally saved us and made our day perfect! Chante went above and beyond what my now wife and I were expecting when it came to pulling our wedding off. Chante was prompt with getting every little detail taken care of. She was extremely reassuring when unexpected weather and other issues arose during our big day. Throughout our short time working with Forever Taeken Chante remained the nicest and sweetest towards everyone attending our wedding and treated our family like her own. Forever Takens accessibility was outstanding, having all of our documents shared on google docs which allowed them to be right there at all times. Whenever I edited something Chante would see the updated version without emailing or phone calls. We will be recommending all of our friends to Forever Taken for all of their wedding events!

I am beyond words with how smoothly and beautifully my engagement went. Chante Gulley really gets to know you and your story so that she can create the perfect event with such attention to details. She is very responsive over email, phone. etc and is flexible with your vision and budget. She was so willing to sacrifice her time to go above and beyond for us. She handmade & arranged rose gold mason jars/vases filled with peonies and succulents that lined the walkway to the spot my fiance proposed. Additionally, while we were taking pictures, she was already arranging/communicating with others to set up the proposal party. We don't how she does it but everything was more than I can ever dream of. We are so grateful for her exceptional service, understanding/flexibility and her most joyful heart!
