Jaime and his team are the best of the best. Jaime’s years of experience in the industry shows in his planning and preparedness. We hired Jaime as a day-of coordinator and he helped us plan each moment of our special day by the hour. It gave me the confidence in knowing that my wedding was in good hands so that my husband and I could fully enjoy our wedding. The day of, I had a wardrobe malfunction and Jaime was already prepared with his kit to help fix my dress. One of our vendors was also a no-show so Jaime made sure to have a back-up plan so that the day continued transitioning smoothly. And at the end of the day, he was able to help gather everything from the wedding so that my husband and I could enjoy every last minute of it. I’m sure he did more than we even noticed which goes to show that hiring Jaime was one of the best decisions we could have made and was worth every penny.

I basically LOVE Jaime. He was incredibly patient through the months of planning our wedding (October 20, 2021) with all of my crazy requests! He was my right hand in everything- I had my wedding in San Diego, CA (La Jolla) and we were coming from NYC. I showed up 4 days before the wedding date and he had everything ready. All of the planning and decisions were made over the phone through several calls and texts. He is incredibly creative- his vision was amazing. He recommended great vendors (he recommended a "Pistachio Sicilian" wedding cake I had never tried before, and everyone raved about it being the best cake they had ever tasted). Our wedding day would not have looked as beautiful as it did without him. It was a dream in a garden. Thank you Jaime

Where do we begin!?
Our wedding was so incredible half the guests came up to us and told us throughout the night that this was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. -This is because we were lucky enough to meet and hire Jaime Soto who made our wedding night everything we could have wished for. Jaime isn’t just a wedding planner, he is also an amazing wedding designer and coordinator.

We met Jaime at a wedding show and liked him right away. We were looking for someone who could be hands on with us as we both had significant work commitments going on during the typical planning process. Despite this challenge, we still wanted to have a wedding that we and our beloved family and friends would remember.

We had our wedding at the Prado at balboa park. We had an insane number of vendors that Jaime coordinated with on our behalf. He was available to meet with us and each of the vendors anytime we needed him. We utilized a lot of outside vendors so having someone who had so many established vendor relationships of varied styles and pricing was extremely helpful in the overall production of the wedding.

We were blown away with Jaime’s overall level of attentiveness and tenacity. You can throw basically anything at him and he can handle it. Even more, he is so kind and upbeat even when we’re under the gun and the pressure is on. We found that the investment in a full package wedding planner, specially Jaime, was the smartest decision we made. It can be a little nerve wrecking trying to find a great wedding planner so I’m writing this to help all those brides to be who might be looking for a phenomenal wedding planner. Jaime has the best personality, and takes so much of the stress away. Most importantly, you will enjoy working with Jaime because he always keeps things upbeat and when your special day finally arrives, you will have him there every step of the way making sure your wedding day
is just perfect!

When I first hired a day of wedding coordinator I expected somebody who is just going to be involved at the very final stages of the process. Jamie right from the beginning was very involved, very organized, and full of information to make our day run smoothly. He always made us feel as though we were the only wedding he was coordinating. I had a vision of what I wanted for my wedding and I consider myself a do it yourself person but with my busy work schedule and traveling so much I needed someone to help me make my vision come to life. I did not want someone to take over and plan my wedding I wanted someone to take my vision and make it happen. Jaime Soto did just that! I knew when I met him he was going to make my dream wedding a reality. From the moment I hired him he was on top of contacting hotels and vendors. I’m very picky and was very clear on what I did and didn’t want he respected my opinions and respect my budget. But he also would give great suggestions. What a relief to have someone to do all the footwork. I wanted certain linens, chairs and table decor and he made it ALL happen. I hired him for all my wedding needs including rehearsal and day off and everything was perfect!! I’ve been married a year now and people are still talking about our wedding. It’s worth every penny! And the feeling of knowing that everything is being taken care of is one less thing to worry about. I had a stress free worry free wedding and reception.

Jaime was our wedding planner for our 1920’s Christmas Themed Wedding. We had about 6 months to plan the wedding but you would never know that because of how detailed and spectacular the wedding looked the day of. He was amazing at staying in touch with all the vendors and he really made sure we got what we wanted even if that meant going out of his way to check multiple vendors. Most importantly he was a pleasure to work with! He made us feel comfortable and never pressured. Don’t think twice, hire him! He will make your dream wedding come true!

Jaime was referred to me through a family friend who also hired him as their wedding planner. From the first time we met (via phone), I knew Jaime would do an excellent job. He truly made all of my dreams and visions for my wedding come true. And he did it all from the opposite side of the country! I planned my west coast wedding with Jaime all the way from the east coast. Because of this, Jaime also worked very closely with my mom and has now become a part of the family. He is a true professional with a positive and vibrant attitude. He is a great listener and an even better communicator. Even my bridal party has expressed how impressed they were! Through vision boards and many many phone calls and emails, Jaime was able to pull together the wedding of my dreams. Every vendor he referred was top notch and even the vendors we introduced to him have now built a great working relationship together. I can't say enough great things about him and would highly recommend Jaime to anyone looking for a "dream maker".

Jaime was an absolute dream to work with when it came to planning our wedding. Nothing was over looked and our big day was planned down to the minute. Everything went according to schedule and the hiccups were taken care of so smoothly and without notice! I recommend Jaime and his team to anyone that is planning a big event!!! Our planning and wedding day would not of been the same with out him!!

My husband and I had the most beautiful and memorable destination wedding in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, thanks to Jaime. The fact he was able to plan, coordinate, and decorate to perfection in a foreign country was amazing. From finding delicious caterers, securing the venue/permits, entertainment (Mariachis, Musicians, Dj), photographer, and creating the most beautiful floral arrangements including my bridal bouquet.

Jaime was such a life saver! We completely let him do his magic and put our trust in him. His professional demeanor along with his talent, he was able to take my vision of our dream wedding and made it a reality. In fact, Jaime made it better than how I envision it.
