We’re still on cloud nine after our wedding weekend! Working with Giulia was truly the best decision we made. From start to finish, everything felt seamless and stress-free — we were able to fully relax and enjoy the day with our family and friends, which was such a gift. Plus, she knew our venue SOO WELL, which helped with any planning questions or day-of decision-making. Throughout the planning process, she provided incredible guidance, advice, and support. Every detail came together beautifully, and the entire weekend felt so magical. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to make our vision come to life. We couldn’t have dreamed up a better experience!

Samantha is an absolute joy to work with! My catering company has worked with her on numerous occasions, and she is consistently prompt, responsive, and on top of every little detail. Communication is always clear and timely, which makes events run smoothly from start to finish. She has a calm, organized presence that puts both vendors and clients at ease, and her attention to detail truly sets her apart. Heather, Lidiia, and the entire Amorology Team exceeded our expectations in every way and gave us a wedding we'll never forget! Wedding planning is hectic and crazy, and I kept on ignoring the preparation needed to make sure the celebration was a success. I was so overwhelmed that I kept on procrastinating because I did not even know where to start. About six months before our ceremony, I mentioned these thoughts to my mother. She instantly became nervous that nothing was ever going to get accomplished and the wedding would be a disaster. That night, my mom found Red Letter Events on Thumbtack and helped set-up our first meeting with her. The second Hannah walked in the door for our consultation; we knew that she was the right person to be our wedding coordinator and to light a fire under me to make my thoughts become a reality. It is hard for me to make decisions and Hannah helped organize my thoughts to create our theme while helping us locate decorations aligning with my vision. She always communicated with me and sent updates, images, and checklists to ensure we stayed on track for our wedding. Also, she was more than happy to meet us at a variety of shops and stores to help find items to include in our wedding and even assisted us in meeting with our vendors. We experienced many issues with our florist and in one situation had a complication arise during my bachelorette party. When I texted Hannah, she replied she would take care of it, and she did which allowed me to enjoy my weekend. A few days before the wedding, she came over to review decorations and placement to help eliminate the stress I was feeling for the wedding. Also, she reached out to all of our vendors that week to ensure all parties were aware of the times to arrive and helped answer any questions they had. She was patient during the whole process and ensured all the events and necessities needed for the wedding were prepared and ready for our special day. (I have no more space. We had a very small wedding in March and Heart for Hospitality was a preferred vendor for our wedding so we hired them for decorations and florals. Kelsie and her mom did an AMAZING job and made our vision come to life! They were super kind and sweet and so easy to work with! We would recommend them to anyone and will be forever grateful for all the work they did to make our day so special!! Thank you!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Lisa and her team! From the moment we met her, I knew she was the perfect match for us. I found her on short notice, but immediately felt at ease — she just got us and our vision. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Lisa was always there whenever we needed her. She was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and truly cared about making our wishes come to life. Even when unexpected issues came up with our wedding venue, she stayed calm, reassured us, and solved every problem with such grace that we never had to stress. She made sure everything turned out absolutely perfect. Lisa also gave us wonderful vendor suggestions, and we ended up choosing most of them — they all worked out beautifully. She and her team (including her lovely daughter, who also helped us!) were amazing to work with. They felt like family — Lisa is like a friend, sister, and mom all rolled into one. You can simply tell her your vision, and she’ll help you bring it to life effortlessly. Another thing that helped us so much was how she sent reminders for payments, documents, and deadlines throughout the process. Thanks to her, we always knew exactly what needed to be done and when, which kept us calm and organized. I’m so incredibly grateful we had Lisa by our side. Working with her was one of the best decisions we made. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, listens, and makes everything easier and better, Lisa is the one!

We could not recommend Sierra (and Omar!) more! DIYing a wedding is not an easy task, but Sierra embraced the challenge and supported us fully on the wedding day and before. During the planning period, Sierra was generous enough to take multiple calls with us, and to offer the most helpful suggestions and recommendations. Her expertise was clear from our first call! During the rehearsal, Sierra took charge and helped our rather large bridal party feel comfortable and prepared for the following day. Day of, Sierra and Omar were literally incredible. From helping us protect a bit of alone time after the ceremony (with our favorite drinks stocked!), to managing vendors and servers, to ensuring we both were having a good time, to staying for the intensive cleanup, THEY made everything work. My partner and I could not be more grateful for everything they did, and the way that Sierra made our wedding flow seamlessly.
