We’re still on cloud nine after our wedding weekend! Working with Giulia was truly the best decision we made. Giulia is everything you hope for in a wedding coordinator! She was so easy to work with, both in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the big day. She went above and beyond to ensure all the details were sorted with each vendor and she made sure to ease any of our nerves along the way. The wedding day couldn’t have run any more smoothly if she tried!! So many of our guests came up to us afterwards to tell us how organized and helpful she was. She even offered to stack our DIY cake and provided some of her own items day-of when we unexpectedly needed backup. We would recommend her to anyone - thank you for everything!!

She was in sight or available via text asap all day and night. We were so blessed to have her on our wedding day, which was flawless, thanks to her.

Where do I start? Giulia was absolutely incredible to work with! Her attention to detail and organization helped tremendously and is the only reason we were able to pull off the wedding of our dreams. She was also prompt to respond to questions and provide assistance and guidance. We were planning a wedding remotely and she was instrumental in ensuring our vendors were on track, wedding items arrived to the venue, etc. If there were any hiccups behind the scenes I was completely unaware of them and never noticed anything amiss as she handled it all so beautifully. We leaned on her for so much of the design execution as well which she completely knocked out to the park! I am so thankful she was part of our wedding team and would recommend her to anyone!

Giulia did an amazing job! She made our wedding absolutely perfect! She was very organized and made sure all the vendors were where they needed to be at the proper time. She created a wedding schedule that made our day seamless. She helped with the flowers which made the event gorgeous. I appreciated all her little touches. From the very start, Giulia was extremely professional but also fun to work with. We decided to go with her because our florist recommended her. My husband and I planned our wedding in San Diego despite living in New York, so we're so glad we decided to hire Giulia as our planner. We also went with a rather unconventional wedding venue so Giulia offered to go visit the venue on our behalf, take measurements of the space to help us craft a floor plan, etc. We went once to San Diego before our wedding to meet with vendors and Giulia was so sweet and wonderful to work with in person in addition to making a great impression via phone/text/email beforehand!

She's really everything you want in a wedding planner: she's extremely responsive, she's super organized, she thought of things that we should prepare that we would have never thought of on our own, she clearly has the experience needed in the wedding industry. Leading up to the wedding, she would answer any/all questions that we had. She would think through all the details like making sure we have water for our guests, making sure we had trashcans available around the venue, etc. She handled coordination with all our vendors during the month leading up to the wedding. She crafted a timeline for our wedding day and made sure that our vendors would adhere to the timeline she provided so that everything would run smoothly the day-of!

She went to the venue the day before since our rentals were being delivered and she helped set up a majority of our rentals and chairs. She also came early in the morning on our wedding day to make sure that everything was in the right place - our whole day ran so smoothly and we didn't have to really think about anything because we trusted that Giulia could handle it!

We'd highly recommend Giulia to be anyone's planner or coordinator - you won't regret it!!!

Giulia was amazing! We had our wedding at the Japanese Friendship Garden with 187 guests attending. She did exactly what she outlined in our agreement contract and did even more in order to make sure we were happy. The day of is what we were stressing over the most and she made sure everything ran smoothly. We had the entire wedding to just enjoy being with our friends and family without having to worry we were on schedule. She made sure the small details we thought were important were followed and there wasn’t a single regret we had with hiring her. She was extremely reasonably priced and delivered in every way possible. Please hire her if you are looking to have a happy wedding!

Giulia helped plan my wedding and did a tremendous job from the start of planning all the way to the day of. After our initial conversation, we knew right away we wanted to book her. She is friendly, kind, did very well in trying to understand what my partner and I had envisioned, shared several ideas to ensure they were a great fit for us, sourced vendors, contacted vendors, coordinated with vendors, and so much more than I could think of. Bonus because we really love her style/aesthetics :) I’d 100 out of 10 definitely recommend Giulia to anyone looking for help with planning an event!
