Michele was great to work with and did much more than day of coordinating. She was quick to respond and communicated with all vendors to make sure everybody was on the same page and the day ran smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Michele made our destination wedding in San Diego one of the most memorable events in our lives. She was friendly, professional and made us feel taken care of from the first video call through the entire process. She brought the highest level of skill from her many years of experience in the wedding and events industry. She listened carefully to our ideas and thoughts and filled the gaps to make everything perfect. She joined us for all of our meetings and tastings with the vendors and made sure that all of the details were planned without us having to think about it. She made the day of so special and ensured that all of the planning stress and operations of the day stayed with her and the vendors. She did an amazing job and we highly recommend her to make your day a dream come true.

Michele made the entire process manageable. Her expertise was on display every step of the way, especially on the day of the wedding. Her vendor recommendation were top-notch. Michele was outstanding to work with and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have done it without her.

Michele coordinated our wedding and was always making herself available to answer any questions I had throughout the entire planning process (~7 months). She also referred us to our photographer and florist who were both amazing to work with leading up to our wedding and day of. I really wanted a coordinator I could trust not just day of to make sure everything went seamlessly, but also someone who was both comfortable telling me if she thought something wasn’t a good idea and receptive if I wanted something done differently as I planned and selected vendors. Michele was all of this and then some! Our wedding day felt like it was flawless because Michele and her assistant were so on top of every detail, even ones I didn’t think of. From creating a timeline all the way down to the minute, to having drinks waiting for my husband and I right after the ceremony before family photos, to bustling my dress while I ate the cocktail hour food she set aside for us, to keeping me calm during some nerve wracking moments when our outdoor ceremony was almost rained out, Michele went above and beyond. I was so impressed with her organization and could not recommend her enough!

Michele was great to work with. She was recommended to us by our venue, and we had an initial intake meeting to kick things off. There, she learned what we were all about and the kind of wedding feel we sought to create. I remember her telling me (bride) that even though we needed her help for day of coordination, she does much more than just help with the day of and we found that to be very true! Throughout the 9 or so months we worked with Michele, she was always very detail oriented, responsive, and professional. She helped us nail down our day of timeline and worked closely with our other vendors to make sure everyone was in sync. Even with a couple of unforeseen events thrown our way the morning of our wedding (family with COVID, etc) she was able to help work with us and make our wedding a success! Michele and her staff helped to set up ceremony and reception, and also made sure that at the end of the night we had all our personal belongings. We are very appreciative for her help!

Michele was incredibly detail-oriented and organized. She walked us thru the process of getting all our vendors ready for the big day and ensured everything was just perfect! Working with Arrowsmith Events was the best decision ever! My husband and I didn’t know where to begin with wedding planning. We knew we wanted our wedding in October and Michele made it possible to plan everything in 7 months. She was quick to respond anytime we had questions and reminded us frequently about any deadlines. I appreciated how she was very hands-on with all of our vendors and made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything during the day of our wedding. It’s been a week since our wedding and our family/friends are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was.

I’ve done all the venue and vendor bookings before we start looking for a coordinator. We hired Michele as our Day-of coordinator cuz she was the only one responded my request and available for the day. She has done more and beyond our expectations, extremely professional. She picked up all I have done already and quickly put it together as a big picture so we can clearly see which detail has been missed and fill it up. The day was perfect, everything was gorgeous and exactly like I expected. I was able to focus on myself and enjoy the day as Michele and her team handling all the hard works. I have received lots of compliments of the wedding from my guests, some even said it’s the best wedding they have ever been to. They also did a really good job packing up the decor stuffs after the wedding, make it super easy for us to load up and go. Michele was the best part of planning our wedding! She was on top of all the details from the beginning and kept us organized for over a year of planning. She scheduled calls with us every few months to keep us on track. She joined all of our meetings with different vendors and put us at ease when dealing with the “business” of the wedding. On wedding day, she took great care of both of us and all of our guests. Our ceremony got so many compliments and that certainly had a lot to do with her efforts. She also generously provided several items for us like baskets, signs, and serving trays that we appreciated. Michele is professional, organized, and incredibly kind, and we are so grateful to have worked with her for our wedding!
