It is owned by Ron and Jennifer and was purchased by Ron’s family toward the beginning of the 1970s. This private setting allows your wedding to become a retreat as you and your loved ones honor your commitment to your partner. Facilities and Capacity
There are numerous setups for both ceremonies and receptions at Circle Oak Ranch. The property spans 13 acres and features mature trees, manicured lawns and paver walkways. You can exchange your vows under the 500-year-old oak trees, providing a whimsical backdrop for your special day. There is a classic courtyard for your cocktailo hour. Receptions take place on an outdoor patio under a canopy of oak trees and string lights. For your convenience, there is a dressing room, letting you and your wedding entourage enjoy some quality time together prior to your ceremony. Photo opportunities also abound on this magical property. An idyllic meadow is sure to inspire your photographer, along with a hilltop location with 360 degree views of the valley.

Our wedding day was nothing short of magical. The attention to detail was extraordinary, and it was the little things that made the day run so smoothly. From the ceremony to the reception, every moment was executed perfectly. Our guests continue to rave about how much they loved our venue and our wedding!
A special shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Kendra. Kendra guided us through every event of the day with such grace and always seemed to know exactly what we needed, even before we did! As a bride, the emotional rollercoaster was real, but Kendra kept me grounded and helped me enjoy every moment to the fullest. Her support didn’t just ensure our wedding ran smoothly; it made me, my husband, our bridal party, and our families feel truly cared for!

Not only is the venue incredible, but the staff and team is what makes this place above and beyond. I cannot thank Jennifer and her team enough for all the help, time, and effort they put in to make my wedding day so special. I am forever grateful for them and their kindness!
