Melissa is SO easy to work with and We love her personality! Pala Mesa is such a wonderful venue and our guest was in awe of how beautiful the venue was! They were obsessed with the ceremony site! Would 10/10 recommend this venue!!!!

We got married at the Beverly Mansion side of the Grand Tradition and wow, we cannot give enough glowing reviews for our experience here. Nowadays, weddings are extremely expensive and there are so many horror stories out there for different couples and their planning process. We had quite the opposite experience with the Grand Tradition and their coordinators. After pricing out multiple venues and vendors, the Grand Tradition was definitely the best bang for your buck. They don’t nickel and dime you for every little thing. Yes, there are cheaper venues out there, but you get what you pay for. For our costs, a buffet style dinner(or plated) was included along with all the tables, chairs, place settings, etc that other venues were nickel and diming us for. This is one of the only venues that has a restaurant on site so they do all their own inhouse catering. Food is extremely important to us and having been guests at other weddings, we knew we didn’t want boring and tasteless food. The Grand Tradition actually schedules a tasting party for you months prior so that you can taste all they have to offer and make your selections which becomes a very hard decision since all of their food was delicious. We fell in love with the venue and all it had to offer, but what really sold us was the customer service.The entire process from start to finish was seamless and extremely convenient. Our coordinator Molly and her staff were so helpful in the days leading up to the wedding. Words cannot describe our gratitude for her and all of the staff on the actual day of the wedding! We were right on schedule for each event and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our guests have commented that it was definitely one of the best weddings that they have ever been to which we have to give credit to the staff for that. We chose the buffet style dinner which ensured each guest got enough to eat and were able to choose what they actually wanted to eat! The venue itself was pretty customizable to fit our needs as we were pretty unconventional with some of the vendors that we brought in. All in all, it is easy to plan an affordable wedding here because of everything that is included. Kudos to all of the staff members and an extremely well run operation! We cannot recommend this venue enough and cannot wait to come back to visit!

An absolute fairytale of a wedding. Everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The venue looked absolutely beautiful, the weather was perfect and all the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. It was truly the perfect day and I wish I could do it over again and again and again!

Angela, Lauren, Mikayla, and Katie were all absolutely wonderful to work with. After reading so many glowing reviews, I was honestly a bit skeptical at first but once we saw the venue in person and worked with nearly the entire team, especially Angela as our main day-of coordinator, we couldn’t have been happier. Wedgewood is a fantastic company; they even arranged a food tasting for us out of state since we don’t live in California. The venue itself is truly special, and paired with such an amazing team and their reliable, well-vetted vendors, we’re so glad we chose this location for our big day.

Circle Oak Ranch is BEYOND STUNNING. We were so lucky to have found it. It was perfect, beyond everything we could have expected or hoped for. First of all, the place itself is stunningly beautiful. Sometimes with these venues, the photos online look good, but when you get there, you realize that it's just one particular angle that looks that good-- and if you turn around, it's not as magical. Not so, with Circle Oak. If anything, the photos under-appreciate how beautiful this place is. You could turn in a full 360 degrees and see nothing but rolling green hills, beautiful forested mountains, and sky. Another thing photos don't show is the SOUND-- sometimes at these venues, the photos look good, but you are also listening to highway traffic. Not at Circle Oak. You'll hear birds chirping, wind rustling the trees, and the sound of the love of your life saying their vows. Nothing else. So that's the venue, but what about the manager, and staff? Don't even get me started-- if I could give them 11 out of 10, that would still be under-appreciating their work. Jennifer (the owner) literally cares about nothing else except your day going perfectly. She'll assign you a personal wedding manager (we had Chelsea), who handles the details. Both Jennifer and Chelsea were such absolute professionals, remembering every tiny little detail, making thoughtful suggestions, working with us on every single solitary aspect of our wedding. No detail was too small for them to care about. Not a single thing "slipped through the cracks." You could pay top dollar for the best wedding planner in the world, and you wouldn't get better service. (And you don't need a wedding planner at this venue, because they provide!) Our officiant commented that they were the most organized venue he'd ever encountered. They literally care SO MUCH that everything goes well, it will put you at complete ease to just enjoy yourself. All the rest of the staff is equally lovely, attentive, and professional. From the bartenders, to the drivers (who take you onto the top of a literal mountain for romantic photos!), to the waiters, to the groundspeople. The whole thing is run so well, and gives you a fully personalized experience. Some other places it felt like we'd be on a conveyer belt (just trying to get through one wedding to get to the next), but not at Circle Oak. The entire experience was just so, so beautiful. Recommend, recommend, recommend.

We recently celebrated our wedding at this stunning California venue, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is gorgeous, with a dedicated ceremony area that seamlessly transitions into a beautifully arranged outdoor reception space. The venue itself handles a lot of the setup, making it an ideal blend of DIY flexibility and support. They provided elegant tables, chairs, plateware, silverware, and glassware, which saved us significantly on rentals and added convenience. The outdoor reception area is breathtaking, with chandeliers and drapes that create a magical atmosphere under the California sky. We loved that we had the freedom to bring in our own vendors but also appreciated their list of trusted, preferred vendors, which made planning so much easier. The couple who owns the venue were a pleasure to work with—attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. If you’re considering a wedding or any outdoor event, I highly recommend checking out this venue. It’s a beautiful setting for an unforgettable celebration!

We had the absolute best experience with Tivoli Italian Villa for our wedding, and we cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, the venue was a dream come true. The beauty of Tivoli, with its stunning gardens and picturesque settings, truly set the stage for the magical day we had envisioned. A huge shoutout to our incredible wedding coordinator, Mikaela. She was an absolute gem! My family and friends couldn't stop praising how organized, attentive, and on-point she was throughout the entire planning process and on the big day. Mikaela completely understood our vision and executed it flawlessly. She made sure everything went smoothly, and we could tell she had every detail in hand. Our bridal assistant was equally amazing—so kind, professional, and attentive, making sure we didn’t miss a beat. They were truly a dream team. Tivoli's staff coordinated all the vendors seamlessly, and we were able to enjoy every moment without worrying about anything. The entire evening went off without a hitch! The security team provided a sense of peace throughout the night, and the bartenders were not only skilled but also so much fun to interact with. Our guests loved them! The food was another highlight of the evening. From the hors d'oeuvres to the plated dinner, everything was delicious, and we've received countless compliments on how it was some of the best wedding food they've ever had. There was so much food that our guests were able to indulge, and we still had plenty left over. The wait staff was so professional and made sure everything was taken care of with grace. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to the team at Tivoli Italian Villa. The attention to detail, the professionalism of all the staff, and the beautiful atmosphere made it the best day of our lives. Love truly was in the air that night because of all the talented vendors, coordinators, and the wonderful Tivoli staff. If you are even considering Monserate - DO IT!! Everything about this venue is fantastic. The property is breathtaking (Especially when we got married in September!!), the food was DELICIOUS, and the drinks - of course, were spectacular. Although due to some personal circumstances we ended up getting assigned a new venue coordinator, we worked with Jessy J for the half year leading up to our big day and she was wonderful! She really knocked our socks off on the day of though - She was so attentive to the thousands of details that need to be overseen and made sure we were always calm, collected, well fed and with drinks in hand (as requested :)) We have gotten so many compliments from our guests about what a beautiful venue and day was pulled off and have to say we agree!!! 1000% recommend

Our daughter was married on July 12, 2025 at Brookridge Manor in Fallbrook, CA. The venue was absolutely beautiful and all the vendors and staff were all amazing, especially Mark & Jenelle who manage the venue. Everything was perfect, the venue, the flowers, the food and the DJ. Both Mark & Jenelle were so attentive and on top of everything throughout the entire time. Everything was so organized with an amazing attention to every detail, from the rehearsal, to the ceremony, to the reception. We are so happy and grateful that we were able to have our daughter’s wedding here. Thank you Mark & Jenelle!

We don't even know where to start. We knew we wanted a venue that's primary business was weddings and we found that in Paradise Falls. Paradise Falls is a dream venue you can dress it up or keep it casual. One thing you can't change or replace is the staff. And what a good thing because they are AWESOME. Lynne held our hand from the beginning and made us feel comfortable from day 1. Lynne gave us "homework" that helped guide us along (we didn't use a wedding planner or any outside help other than Paradise Falls). When we asked for her opinion she gave it, and we appreciated that so much. There was a hiccup in our planning process and we bring this up to say Jaclyn and Lynne jumped in IMMEDIATELY to make things right to where you would ever notice there was an issue. Lynne and Jaclyn were very professional throughout the planning process. My bridesmaids complimented Jaclyn on the day of the wedding telling me how helpful she had been. Jaclyn checked in with me throughout the day to let me know we were on time and ahead of time and gave me options to bump up the timeline (I wish I took her up on this!). Our day was perfect and the venue was beautiful and we have the staff at Paradise Falls to thank for that. Thank you!!!!!!
