We had our wedding at Leo Carrillo Historic Park, and it was truly the most magical experience! The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking - such a unique and charming setting that made our celebration feel both elegant and full of character. With our décor in place, everything came together beautifully. From the adorable seating vignette to the stunning bar setup, every detail was picture-perfect. We also want to give a special shoutout to Derek and Hannah, our day-to-day contacts throughout planning. They were incredible to work with. Both were so helpful, organized, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered, turning what could’ve been a stressful process into something smooth, fun, and completely stress-free. Our day of coordinator, Kylee, was also simply amazing. Her calm, organized, and supportive presence made the entire day flow effortlessly and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. The bartenders and servers were equally wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and helped create such a warm, joyful atmosphere for all our guests. And the food was phenomenal. We did the taco bar and everyone is still raving about it! From our very first conversation through the big day, the entire team was an absolute dream to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more memorable day. We’re endlessly grateful for the care and heart that went into every detail. We truly wish we could relive it all over again!

The Crossings is a beautiful venue and the inclusive packages made wedding planning pretty easy and stress-free. We had the most incredible wedding day, and we owe so much of that to our fantastic day-of coordinator, Lauren. From the very beginning, she was so sweet and made us feel completely at ease. Throughout the planning process, she was always very responsive to our emails and patiently answered all of our questions. On the day of the wedding, Lauren was an absolute rockstar. She was on top of every single detail, making sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly on time. Because of her, we were able to just relax and be present on our special day without a single worry. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Lauren as our coordinator and can't recommend her enough! She truly helped make our day perfect. Thank you Lauren, Maddy and the entire team at The Crossings for helping make our dream wedding come true!

We had the most incredible wedding at this venue. Not only did the wedding go exactly as we can, but we felt so taken care of by Wedgewood. Tabitha, our coordinator, was incredible. If we could redo our wedding, we would not change a thing. Thank you Tabitha and everyone at Wedgewood!

Having our wedding at Omni La Costa was the best decision! After two postponements, we were a bit hesitant, but Jenna and Stephanie at Omni made everything happen! The resort itself is beautiful and all of the staff were extremely helpful. Our ceremony on Valley Promenade overlooked the beautiful golf course and our cocktail hour and reception on the new Luna Lawn was perfect. We can’t recommend Omni La Costa enough! Also, our guests enjoyed being able to stay at the resort all weekend without having to ever leave!

Our daughter’s wedding at The Old Rancho in Carlsbad, CA was absolutely amazing, thanks to Personal Touch Dining. From start to finish, their all-inclusive approach, thoughtful guidance, delicious food, vendor options, flexibility, and seamless coordination made planning stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. The venue is stunning! The vibe is intimate and comfortable. My daughter had so many style options to create her vision. The grounds are immaculate with sweet and cozy areas for photos. The wedding day was full of personal touches and our on-site coordinator was exceptional, keeping everything on track so we could simply enjoy the day, which we did!! We’re beyond grateful to the entire team for the great communication, the professional and personal service, and the accommodations that were made per our requests. We had a Friday evening ceremony and reception at the Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach. The location is just beautiful, we used the location under the lights by the fireplace. It is very easy to walk across the street for some photos at the beach. All our out-of-town guests stayed here as well, so it made everything so easy! Mary was awesome to work with, and went out of her way to help us with anything we requested. The food and service was great! We would definitely recommend this location to anyone...

We were looking for the right place, as a gay couple, we wanted a place to celebrate our special day with family and friends where everyone would be comfortable. Cape Rey was the place. Kiara and her staff worked with us to put together the perfect wedding. I can't imagine having it anywhere else.

Used this venue for my wedding. I loved it :)! I will be back to vacation here.

The Flower Fields is such a magical venue! We got married here in October, and even though the flowers weren’t in bloom, the gardens below were stunning with beautiful hedges and colorful greenery, you truly don’t even notice. One of the highlights for us was getting to take a golf cart ride up the hill at sunset—it was such a special, peaceful moment for just the two of us. We also loved that the venue is dog-friendly, which meant our pup could be part of our big day! Jenny, the venue’s planner, was incredible and made the whole process so smooth and enjoyable. We loved how customizable the space was and that we could choose our own caterer and bring our own alcohol. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was! The location near Carlsbad Village and plenty of hotels was perfect for our out-of-town guests. We couldn’t recommend The Flower Fields more!

The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa was truly the most beautiful place to help capture such a special moment in our lives. From the stunning views to the elegant spaces, everything about this venue was picture-perfect and set the tone for an unforgettable celebration. We had the pleasure of working with Deborah, who was absolutely amazing! She helped us get everything finalized with ease and was always available whenever we needed her. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Deborah made the process smooth, organized, and enjoyable — she genuinely cared about making our day everything we hoped it would be. The food was also incredible! The portions were generous, everything was delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great the meal was. On top of that, every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and so accommodating. The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa exceeded all of our expectations. It’s a truly beautiful location with an exceptional team, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our love. We’ll cherish our memories there forever!
