We recently celebrated our wedding at The Old Rancho in Carlsbad, and it was truly everything we dreamed of and more! From the moment we toured the venue, we fell in love with its charming ambiance and lush greenery—so much so that we barely needed to add extra flowers. It was the perfect backdrop for our intimate gathering of close family and friends.

A special thank you to the venue sales manager, Ashley, who also served as our day-of coordinator. She was absolutely amazing and thought of our needs before we even realized them ourselves. Her attention to detail and genuine care made our day run smoothly and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment.

We went with Stations for food and there were many delicious options to choose from that everyone found something they loved. Our guests are still raving about the bartenders, who not only made fantastic drinks but also kept everyone entertained with their humor and warmth.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxed, and welcoming place to get married, The Old Rancho is the perfect choice. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories made here and highly recommend it to anyone planning a special event!

The venue is stunning! The vibe is intimate and comfortable. My daughter had so many style options to create her vision. The grounds are immaculate with sweet and cozy areas for photos. The wedding day was full of personal touches and our on-site coordinator was exceptional, keeping everything on track so we could simply enjoy the day, which we did!!

My husband and I only toured two wedding venues, and the first one was The Old Rancho. Honestly, we didn’t even need to see the second one - we just felt like it was too good to be true to fall in love with the first place we saw!
I highly recommend having your wedding at The Old Rancho. It’s as close to a full-service venue as you can get, which takes so much of the stress out of wedding planning. The pricing is also very reasonable. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the food was delicious (we went with the taco bar - though I barely ate because I was too busy having fun!).
Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting everything about the day. This place is truly a hidden gem.

We had the most unforgettable experience at The Old Rancho. From start to finish, everything was perfect – the venue is absolutely beautiful, the food and drinks were outstanding, and the team was so professional and caring.

One of the highlights for us was the Caipirinha. We
specifically requested this Brazilian cocktail, which is very special to us, and the staff delivered it perfectly. Everyone loved it, and it made the celebration feel even more personal and unforgettable.

I could not recommend the Old Rancho enough! We recently had our wedding here and it was a smooth process from start to finish. Everyone that had stepped in to help (Derek, Ashley, Kylee, Kaitlyn) were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful.

Having a coordinator and a day of coordinator was a must for us, since we were planning our wedding from the east coast. Derek, Ashley, and Kylee were incredibly communicative and made the whole process so smooth, despite being across the country. Facetime was our best friend lol.

The venue itself is truly so beautiful. Even the bridal dressing suite where myself and my bridal party stayed while waiting for the ceremony was lovely. There were so many nooks and crannies for pictures and so much visual interest around the venue.

The folks that helped out for dinner and cocktail hour were also so fun and kind to our guests. There were many times when folks came up to me talking about how funny the bartenders were.

All in all, the team at Old Rancho really know what they're doing. If you decide to have your wedding here, trust that you are in more than capable hands and will be treated to a stunning venue.

The venue was gorgeous with so much foliage and bright flowers in bloom, all of our guests also complimented how amazing the food was from Personal Touch Dining. I'd give 6 stars if I could, they made it the most special day.

We got married at the Old Rancho a few weeks ago. I cannot speak more highly of the venue and the management team! The Old Rancho is a private estate that is run by Personal Touch Dining. The outdoor areas of the venue are beautiful and eliminated the need for extra flowers. The market lighting and amenities provided ensured that our money was going to the most important aspects of our wedding. I also want to give a special out to our event coordinator Josie and day of coordinator Kaitlyn. They made sure that everything the day of our wedding went smoothly.
