We had a Friday evening ceremony and reception at the Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach. The location is just beautiful, we used the location under the lights by the fireplace. It is very easy to walk across the street for some photos at the beach. All our out-of-town guests stayed here as well, so it made everything so easy! Mary was awesome to work with, and went out of her way to help us with anything we requested. The food and service was great! We would definitely recommend this location to anyone...

I don't think there is enough praise I could give Hengameh (catering manager) and the Hilton Garden Inn. We had our wedding here 11/29/14 and it was a Persian wedding so we had to have outside catering and a lot of different things that wouldn't be considered a normal wedding and Hengameh and Hilton were so accommodating of that. She created a package that best suited my husband and I and our outside catering needs but didn't break the bank.

Hengameh and her team were always quick to respond to any emails I sent ( I sent many) and always so polite and courteous. I wish I could honestly have another wedding just to work with her again!!!

I truly think that Hilton Garden Inn, Carlsbad is a hidden gem (across from the ocean) and should be the next place you visit for a wedding venue. We loved every minute of our wedding and wish we could re-live it again at the Hilton! Thank you again Hengameh and the Hilton Garden team!

The team at Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful to work with. They were always very quick to respond to all of my (many) questions and concerns. They were always pleasant and polite, making sure that we had things just the way we wanted them.

Day of the event went smoothly and the food was good.

What impressed us the most is actually how the hotel accommodated the wedding after party. Our wedding ended at 10 pm and we had a very drunk and ready to keep partying crowd. A big group of guests (at least 15) went to one of our bridesmaid's rooms. Of course they were very loud and the hotel staff kicked them out of the room so they wouldn't disturb neighboring guests. However, when kicking them out they offered that the group could hang out in the lobby as late as they wanted. Our guests did just that and the hotel staff went above and beyond accommodating them by bringing them popcorn, bottled water, and even taking them on a food run to Inn N Out!!

Hengameh at the HIlton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach was an amazing catering manager. This was the prefect location to have our beach side wedding that did not break the bank. Hengameh was there every step of the way and made things just simple and painless. All of our guest loved the food and agreed that it was one of the best they've had at a wedding. The vendors also loved it. This venue was perfect and I don't think I could have asked for anything more. My wedding turned out better that I had anticipated. If you're thinking about a beach side wedding, but don't want to pay an arm and a leg, check this place out.

I loved having my wedding and my reception together at the Hilton Garden Inn. Their package provided catering, cocktail hour, set up and break down, and the cake! The on-site wedding coordinator was also a great help in planning.
