Hotel Wedding Venues in Carlsbad

Having our wedding at Omni La Costa was the best decision! After two postponements, we were a bit hesitant, but Jenna and Stephanie at Omni made everything happen! The resort itself is beautiful and all of the staff were extremely helpful. Our ceremony on Valley Promenade overlooked the beautiful golf course and our cocktail hour and reception on the new Luna Lawn was perfect. We can’t recommend Omni La Costa enough! Also, our guests enjoyed being able to stay at the resort all weekend without having to ever leave!

We had a Friday evening ceremony and reception at the Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach. The location is just beautiful, we used the location under the lights by the fireplace. It is very easy to walk across the street for some photos at the beach. All our out-of-town guests stayed here as well, so it made everything so easy! Mary was awesome to work with, and went out of her way to help us with anything we requested. The food and service was great! We would definitely recommend this location to anyone...

We were looking for the right place, as a gay couple, we wanted a place to celebrate our special day with family and friends where everyone would be comfortable. Cape Rey was the place. Kiara and her staff worked with us to put together the perfect wedding. I can't imagine having it anywhere else.

We had our wedding & reception at The Cassara, and it was truly a wonderful experience! It's a beautiful venue with some stunning views of the ocean and the flower fields, and it was absolutely perfect for our wedding & reception of about 70 guests. All staff (especially Julia, Leah, Brandon, Jenna and Amir) were amazing with us and with our guests, and they were very accommodating in all our requests and in our multiple visits to the venue before the big day, including our ceremony rehearsal. They made sure that we had everything we needed, and that we didn't have to worry about anything. The catering provided by The Cassara was also excellent, all of the catering staff made sure that there was plenty of food, and we know that all of our guests enjoyed the buffet provided at our reception. We highly recommend The Cassara as a wedding venue. Our wedding was very special and we look forward to returning to celebrate future wedding anniversaries!

The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa was truly the most beautiful place to help capture such a special moment in our lives. From the stunning views to the elegant spaces, everything about this venue was picture-perfect and set the tone for an unforgettable celebration. We had the pleasure of working with Deborah, who was absolutely amazing! She helped us get everything finalized with ease and was always available whenever we needed her. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Deborah made the process smooth, organized, and enjoyable — she genuinely cared about making our day everything we hoped it would be. The food was also incredible! The portions were generous, everything was delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great the meal was. On top of that, every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and so accommodating. The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa exceeded all of our expectations. It’s a truly beautiful location with an exceptional team, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our love. We’ll cherish our memories there forever!

We had our wedding here it was so beautiful! I wish I could relive the day. We worked with Mayla and from our very first tour of the venue we were treated very well. The venue itself is beautiful and offers multiple areas to host your wedding and reception. We had our wedding ceremony at the Palm Courtyard and the reception in the Aviara ballroom. Everything done by the hotel was perfect, the staff was great, and the food was good too. Thank you Mayla for all your help, you were amazing!

We had a brunch wedding on the lawn and reception on the terrace overlooking the ocean. The venue was beautiful and our guests said the brunch wedding was the best idea! Robin and her team made everything so simple! I had (almost) no stress planning here! Choose this venue... have a brunch wedding... you won't regret it! (The food was also TOP NOTCH) guests thought we paid a fortune! (We didn't!)

My wife and I were exited to have our wedding at the Sheraton. Staff was very helpful, friendly and the location was just perfect for us.

When I say the folks over at Holiday Inn Carlsbad went above and beyond to make or day special would be an understatement. We live out of state so it could have been a stressful time but Jeanette and her team put our minds at ease. Jeanette offered advice, was calming, and reassuring. She is possibly the sweetest person ever! The food was amazing, the outdoor ceremony space makes you feel like you are at an overseas resort, the reception space is equally inviting. From the moment we started planning the staff made us feel welcome and everyone was willing to help meet our needs. If you are deciding between here and another location, look no further than Jeanette and her team at the Holiday Inn.
