Saraya made our experience the best. We knew right away this was the venue for us. Saraya made us feel so welcomed. I love her personality. It's warm, calm and very sweet. I could visualize our wedding right off the bat with the way she exclaimed the amazing options we could do. Saraya responds very quickly with detailed information. Saraya broke down the prices for us explained in detail what it all meant so there was no confusion. I highly recommend The Handlery Hotel and work with Saraya. Thank you so much Saraya for helping us decide where our wedding is going to be. You are a major part of that decision.

Our wedding at Mission Bay Resort was an absolute dream! The ceremony on the grass by the water, surrounded by palm trees and a cool ocean breeze, was breathtaking. Guests loved cocktail hour in the garden by the bay, and the reception in the Terrazza Ballroom was pure elegance with its French doors opening to the patio. The evening ended perfectly with fireworks lighting up the night. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our coordinator made the planning process so much smoother. The property itself is stunning—a true destination where friends and family felt like they were on vacation. The only negatives- the steaks were over cooked, salads missing croutons and wait staff does not help with any part of set up. All set up is done by coordinator only so make sure they employ extra hands on the day of. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful experience!

We had the most incredible wedding experience at Kona Kai San Diego Resort. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, right on the water with beautiful views that made our day feel so special and unique. Everything from the ceremony setup to the reception flowed seamlessly, and our guests are still talking about how amazing the entire experience was. What truly made the difference, though, was our wedding planner, Brenna. She was exceptional from start to finish, organized, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. She made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free, always staying one step ahead and making sure nothing was overlooked. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Brenna’s professionalism and calm presence were invaluable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making each couple’s day perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful place to celebrate. Highly recommend Kona Kai and Brenna to anyone planning their wedding!

Christina and the staff at the Dana were the best hosting our wedding! From start to finish, we had great communication and everyone was so friendly and accommodating to our needs! The food was excellent too! I am always going to recommend this venue to everyone I know getting married!

We feel so lucky and grateful that we got to work with Vida for our wedding at the Bahia. From the very beginning, she was responsive, kind, and so easy to talk to. Month after month, I was in contact with Vida while planning our big day, and she always got back to me quickly, went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, and made us feel so cared for throughout the entire process. Vida is the Catering Services Manager, but she was so much more than that when it came to our wedding. She was genuinely invested in every detail, always making sure everything we envisioned was possible and came to life exactly how we dreamed of it. Her dedication, kindness, and professionalism truly set her apart; she never made me feel like a bother, no matter how many questions I had, and she always looked out for us. Getting married at the Bahia truly was our dream wedding come to life.  Our day was absolutely perfect… the venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. The prices were reasonable, and we never felt pressured to spend more than we were comfortable with. They were understanding of our budget and helped make everything work beautifully. We got married in the Tropical Garden and had our reception on the beach, it was beyond magical! Everything came together so perfectly that now I understand why people say it’s the most special day of your life. I truly believe a huge part of that is thanks to Vida. Words cannot express how thankful I am that I was able to book Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina for my wedding reception venue! We originally planned to have a smaller wedding elsewhere, but as our guest list grew and grew, we had to find another venue. Thank goodness I came across this Sheraton through WeddingWire! Eeeeveryone who has helped me throughout the entire planning process - Thea and Jessica, then Debbie and all the staff who served on our Wedding Day were completely amazing and helpful! Their response time was quick, the quality of service is the best I've ever experienced, and especially their patience with me with all of my last minute changes as our special day came closer and closer, even to the last few hours! And not to mention during the reception, everyone made my husband and I feel so catered to! And I can't forget to compliment the chef(s)! We received endless compliments on how delicious the food at our wedding was! I really can't even put into words how blessed and grateful we are for having them!!! I can’t speak highly enough about our wedding venue! Lillian was exceptional at what she does, her attention to detail and organization made the entire planning process seamless. She worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of our day was perfect, and I truly felt like all my requests were met with enthusiasm. The cake vendor provided by the venue was fantastic, and the cake itself was not only beautiful but delicious! The catering team on the day of the wedding did an outstanding job, and my family couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the food was. It was truly a highlight of the evening! The venue itself is stunning—a beautiful space that provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. A special shoutout to the bartender, Ramon—he was a hit with our guests, especially my dad! Everyone loved his drinks! Overall, the venue and team exceeded our expectations, making our day magical. If you're looking for a place to host your wedding, I wholeheartedly recommend this venue! we had a large evening wedding. to cut the cost in half we could have had a daytime wedding. evening weddings are always more expensive. the ladies who helped me at the marriott were wonderful. i didn't have to worry about a thing. the contactd and organized my vendors and got me anything i needed.

The SD Marriott in Mission Valley was all that the groom and I could ask for on selecting a reception venue. They worked with our budget and always stayed in contact with us throughout the entire planning process. Eszter was great to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. On the day of the event, it could not have been more perfect! The food was amazing and the staff was very helpful.
