You and your partner can exchange vows in the gazebo while your loved ones watch from the lawn. Alternately, you can marry on Bay Beach, which offers scenic views and can seat up to 500 guests. After the knot is tied, you and your guests can celebrate in one of the hotel’s elegant ballrooms. The Mission Bay Ballroom, the largest function room, is suitable for up to 500 guests. Its floor-to-ceiling windows showcase panoramic views of the bay, and crystal chandeliers lend a sophisticated touch. For a different experience, you can treat your guests to a cruise aboard the William D. Evans, a vintage sternwheeler boat.

Our dream wedding
Vida is the Catering Services Manager, but she was so much more than that when it came to our wedding. She was genuinely invested in every detail, always making sure everything we envisioned was possible and came to life exactly how we dreamed of it. Her dedication, kindness, and professionalism truly set her apart; she never made me feel like a bother, no matter how many questions I had, and she always looked out for us.
Getting married at the Bahia truly was our dream wedding come to life. Our day was absolutely perfect… the venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional.
The prices were reasonable, and we never felt pressured to spend more than we were comfortable with. They were understanding of our budget and helped make everything work beautifully.
We got married in the Tropical Garden and had our reception on the beach, it was beyond magical! Everything came together so perfectly that now I understand why people say it’s the most special day of your life. I truly believe a huge part of that is thanks to Vida.
