I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Hyatt Regency Newport Beach West! From the very first moment I inquired about hosting my wedding there, I felt completely taken care of. The entire team was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer my questions and guide me through every step of the planning process. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but their patience, professionalism, and genuine care made everything feel so much easier!

I reached out to the community (via Folsom chat) regarding venue suggestions for my husband’s 50th. Lake Natoma Inn was commented on over 20x. We looked at three other local venues and Lake Natoma Inn came in first place by a long shot! Look no further, this is your place for any event. The location, parking situation, pricing, food, package inclusions, and customer service is second to none. Cait was our coordinator and we are grateful for her. We had a vision for a “Mobster Themed Party, and she did not disappoint. We navigated seating, colors, lighting and a corresponding menu with Cait. The final product was a huge success. Many out of town guests stayed the night at the hotel. We will refer and use this venue location again in the future!

Melissa is SO easy to work with and We love her personality! Pala Mesa is such a wonderful venue and our guest was in awe of how beautiful the venue was! They were obsessed with the ceremony site! Would 10/10 recommend this venue!!!!

Sara is great and easy to work with. My family has used this venue for many various events and they are always very accommodating. There is a total of three small ballrooms that can open up into one big ballroom. The big ballroom can comfortably seat 400+ people, and I believe the venue requires at least 300+ people in order to book all three rooms. This venue is perfect for big weddings!

Kaleidoscope Inn & Gardens was the most perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew it was something special. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and every space is beautifully maintained, creating a magical backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. Beki at Kaleidoscope Inn & Gardens was incredible to work with professional, accommodating, and truly invested in making our day flawless. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt completely supported throughout the entire process, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our celebration. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous the venue was, and we couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful or memorable place to get married. We highly recommend Kaleidoscope Inn & Gardens to any couple looking for a breathtaking venue and an exceptional wedding experience.

My husband and I just got married at Surf a few weeks ago and I can’t even begin to express how perfect the event was. From Alana being the most perfect and detail oriented coordinator, to Emily being amazing for the room block, I couldn’t have dreamt for a more perfect day. The out of town guests (and even in town guests) were floored by how amazing it was and I highly highly recommend this event space for your big day!!!

We can’t say enough amazing things about our experience at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa—it was truly the perfect venue for our wedding! Shoutout to Laurie, Darrel, Alexis, Jamie, and the rest of the incredible staff! From the moment we started planning, the team made us feel so supported and welcomed. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth made the entire process smooth and exciting. Everyone we worked with made us feel the magic of this beautiful place, and it showed in every part of our celebration. The resort itself is stunning, and our guests are still talking about the views, the cozy mountain atmosphere, and how unforgettable the entire experience was. On the wedding day, the staff was beyond accommodating—ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we had nothing to worry about. We feel so lucky to have worked with such an amazing team. If you’re considering having your wedding at Wine & Roses, look no further! After looking at many venues in-person/online, we immediately knew W&R was right for us after seeing the beautiful grounds and meeting the sales manager, Charina. She made us feel right at home and made booking our wedding easy. After signing our contract, we met with our assigned wedding coordinator, Eloisa. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Eloisa and what an incredible wedding coordinator she is. From the moment we met her, she listened and gave advice to tailor the venue’s services to exactly what we wanted our wedding ceremony/reception to look and feel like. She is so on-top of her planning game and executed our wedding to a “t”. Eloisa worked fabulously with me, my husband, difficult family members, many vendors, and the in-house W&R team. Everything on our wedding day and leading up to it was simply effortless. All staff members that we interacted with during our ceremony/reception/cafe/hotel were so professional and accommodating. Wine & Roses went above and beyond for us, reflecting that you get what you pay for. Having our wedding there wasn’t cheap, but it was really worth every penny. This review concerns the Westlake Village Inn used as a Wedding Venue. We (BELLA VITA EVENTS - EVENT COORDINATORS) got the chance to work here for a few Weddings. This Venue -and its whole block- is full of elegance and European charm. Nestled amidst manicured gardens, a great pond/lake, and scenic landscapes, the setting provides a romantic backdrop for a perfect celebration. The attentive and professional staff at the Venue goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed, making the whole process enjoyable.
