Facilities and Capacity
Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa offers eight stunning event spaces to host an array of wedding celebrations. You will be spoiled for choice when choosing an outdoor ceremony area. The Lakeside Deck is a perfect location for an intimate ceremony of up to 80 guests. Say your vows at sunset against the breathtaking backdrop of the lake. For larger outdoor ceremonies, the vibrant Lakeside Lawn features a dedicated staging area set against the backdrop of the lake, with capacity for 200 guests. The Poolside Area or Resort Beach both provide scenic locations for a relaxed cocktail hour, where you guests can mingle and take in the fresh mountain air. The Lakeview Terrace offers stunning views within its elegant setting for a reception event of up to 100 guests. For smaller parties, the Evergreen Room is an ideal option, able to accommodate up to 70 guests for a banquet reception. And for a grand wedding gala, the Lake Arrowhead Ballroom provides the perfect setting. Here, you and your guests can dine and dance the night away with thick carpeting underfoot, a dedicated dance floor, and ceiling drapery above. This room can comfortably host up to 200 guests for your main reception event.

The Sapphire wedding package includes catering options, a sparkling wine toast, cake cutting service, deluxe coffee station, linens, and a dance floor. Setup and cleanup of your event are also provided for your convenience.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it was always excellent but having my wedding here was truly a dream come true! The spa is perfection, the rooms are beautiful, and the entire staff, specifically Alyssa and Laurie in the wedding planning department, we’re more than I could have dreamed of. They were both so incredible caring and helpful through the stressful parts and it made it all the more meaningful during the day of. I highly recommend you use them! -

My time spent here was the best experience of my life. Everyone was so attentive and nice to my wife and my guests. I would recommend this place to everyone I ever know and if you are thinking about this place… don’t think, just do it !! It’s perfect and the staff works with you to make sure your time there is amazing. Lori wicks is a great person, helped me out and answered any questions I had and worked with me with any requests I had. She Lori made my time there so perfect!! The front desk staff were professional and kind to us all including the kids. I could not have asked for a better experience and a Great Recession 🥂 Thank you lake arrowhead resort and spa, a big thank you to the staff, and thank you so much Lori. This place is full of great vibes and warm loving atmosphere. Thank you all.

Such a stunning and naturally beautiful location for a wedding! The lovely views at the ceremony location and the rest of the grounds are only surpassed by the amazing staff that can handle nearly any kind of event! We've been there many times and look forward to lots more happy moments at the Lake Arrowhead Resort!
We have our wedding here in February 2002. On our wedding day everything was perfect, from the 4 feet of fresh snow to the gorgeous sunny day in the 60’s. All of the planning came together to set the stage for our perfect wedding. The staff and location are wonderful. They helped us each step of the way from food selection to flowers and cake. The special time we had & the memories that are cherished from our special day were our inspiration for starting Get DJs Events.
Awesome venue, Beautiful location, I look forward to working with their professional staff each time I book a wedding there.
