Hotel Wedding Venues in Inland Empire

We are so grateful that weather and nature permitted for our wedding to be held at The Outpost on 9/21. It was the perfect venue to host and we so appreciated the fact that a part of their package includes staying on site. Waking up with our wedding party and setting up our tent and decor together made it feel like a family affair. Alyssa, Billy & Jolene were accommodating, kind and supportive through it all, even when a rain and hail storm came through the day before our wedding. They helped with clean up and drying things out so that all could be ready for our special day. The location is cozy, beautiful and perfect for groups. We hope to be back to visit and would highly recommend it as either a great place to spend a few days or celebrating a special day.

Our experience having our wedding at Big Bear Mountain Resort was absolutely amazing!! From the planning to the venue to the staff to the food, everything was fabulous. Here is the breakdown of our experience: Planning Process: Working with Elizabeth, the BBMR coordinator, made planning so much easier. She was super responsive - always quick to reply to emails or texts - and really helped me think of details and questions I might have forgotten on my own. She kept everything organized and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, which made the day feel completely stress-free. The Venue: The locations we used were beautiful and worked really well for our wedding. Ceremony (Top of Chair 2): Taking the chairlift up to the ceremony was a fun experience that our guests really enjoyed. The ceremony site has a gorgeous view of Big Bear Lake and is surrounded by trees. The wooden arch they built was a nice touch. For ADA guests who couldn’t take the chairlift, BBMR can drive them up, which was great. Cocktail Hour (Hog on the Rocks): The cocktail hour deck had amazing views of the San Jacinto mountains - it felt like we were on top of the world. Even though it’s up on the mountain, we had an open bar and a tasty charcuterie board for everyone to enjoy (I’m pretty sure you could choose to do hors d’oeuvres up there too, but we didn’t personally choose that). Reception (The Meadows): The reception area at the base of the mountain was cozy and inviting, with string lights, fresh mountain air, and a roaring fire. It was a great space for everyone to relax and have fun. The Staff: The staff were fantastic. Guests commented multiple times on how friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful they were, and how they really helped make the day run smoothly. The Food: The food was really good—definitely better than what you might expect at a mountain venue. We went with the Timber Ridge menu (salad, tri-tip, garlic-roasted chicken, vegetables, and thyme-roasted potatoes), and it was all delicious. They were also flexible with dietary restrictions, which was helpful for some of our guests. The Price: After looking at a bunch of other venues, I felt like BBMR was the best value for the quality of the venue. Preferred Vendors: BBMR’s preferred vendors list made choosing vendors easier. We used the photographer and bakery from the list, and both were excellent. Lee Stockwell captured beautiful photos, and the strawberry champagne cake from Sister My Sister Bakery was both delicious and a hit with our guests. The Extra Touches: BBMR went above and beyond with adding little details that made the day feel complete - directional signs, lanterns on the tables, themed cake-cutting utensils, and even gold sparkles in the signature cocktails. Those small touches really added to the overall experience. So basically, I would 100% recommend BBMR for your wedding!

When I found out my venue was inaccessible due to mudslides, I had to pivot almost immediately into looking for another venue in only THREE DAYS. Sessions was absolutely wonderful, and somehow was able to pull off a wedding in a very short amount of time! Julia was very communicative and transparent, she and other employees left an adorable gift basket which made the chaos a lot more tolerable. The rate for a last minute wedding was WAY better than anything anyone else could give me. They were so understanding! They even managed to find a place for me the night before, which is something no other space could offer. The ceremony site is beautiful and their outdoor patio space was awesome for our small intimate dinner post nuptials. The flatlander bar was a funky space that really fits in with the whole of sessions itself. I will definitely be updating with pictures once I get them. Thank you sessions!

Omni Rancho Las Palmas was perfect for my desert wedding! We loved everything about it as did our guests. The event managers were awesome!!!!! Shout out to Nadine and Sammy! And Debbie for group reservations. Everyone was really helpful and on the ball. The food for the wedding reception was absolutely amazing!!!!!! All the guests raved about how great the reception food and cocktail hour appetizers were. I tried all of it as well and was extremely impressed, and I’m a very picky eater so that says a lot. I can’t say enough about how much I loved Omni and happy I am that we chose to do our wedding weekend there. We did our Friday night welcome event, ceremony, reception, after party, etc….was all beyond my dreams! Thank you so much to everyone at Omni!!!!! Truly a magical weekend. ❤️

Temecula Creek Inn is such a beautiful place for a wedding. We had our wedding at The Meadows and it was perfect! We loved every moment and we were sad when it was over. The staff works really hard to make sure everything is perfect. They are responsive with the planning process and make sure you have everything you need during the wedding. They were also very helpful and flexible during the unexpected heat wave that weekend. The pictures turned out amazing, we can't stop looking at them! The food was also delicious and our guests couldn't stop talking about TCI. They were all impressed.

We had the honor of celebrating our wedding at Rimrock Ranch on November 1st, and I cannot emphasize enough what an incredible experience we had. From our first meeting, Gwen made sure we were taken care of — from a detailed list of recommended vendors (all of whom were amazing), to check-in calls as we got closer to our date, being available as my stress started to spike, her rockstar team who welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed — and most of all, the most magical backdrop for our special day. Rimrock was perfect. We had about 120 guests, which felt like the perfect size for us. There was enough parking for all (we did encourage carpooling and pre-booking taxis just to be sure). We had several of our friends stay on the ranch with us, which made the weekend even more special. We held a welcome dinner Friday night, with about 40-50 people — Ranch staff made sure we had plenty of adult beverages while we enjoyed everyone’s company. The Hatch House was lovely, and the perfect spot for me and my ladies to get our hair and makeup done before the ceremony. And the ceremony location — pure magic. The venue naturally created so many beautiful photo opportunities for our guests, with that gorgeous sunset leaving everyone in awe. Gwen even offered to let us take some wedding photos with one of her horses! Not too hot or cold, but they had plenty of blankets for anyone who needed one. By the time it was over, my gratitude was endless — Gwen, Eric and their team took such good care of us, and I felt so happy with every single moment. Five stars, highly recommend!!! I had the most perfect intimate wedding here in February 2025. All of my guests were OBSESSED with the venue. Everything was beautiful and it feels like a little escape in the heart of Palm Springs. The staff was very kind and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly and I just wish I could relive the weekend over and over again.

Absolutely beautiful. Sherri was a dream to work with during the whole wedding planning process. This venue gives you the best value and is so flexible to make your day perfect. They also work with other local vendors (cake, flowers, ect.) to make your day go smoothly and stress-free! There was absolutely nothing to worry about and it was the perfect place to make our wedding dream come true.

I can't say enough good things about this venue. We just got married and the owners truly make this place so special. It is one of the most gorgeous places we've been too, all of our guest could not get over how beautiful it was. The owners were so helpful making sure everything went great. Cannot recommend this place enough.
