Hotel Wedding Venues in Palm Springs

We held our wedding at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club in early October, and couldn't recommend it enough! Throughout every step of the way, the staff was incredibly helpful in putting together our wedding weekend (especially Nichole, Serene, Cassie, and Will). We held three events that weekend (Friday cocktails at the hotel bar, wedding/reception at the Commune on Saturday, and a brunch on Sunday) and it all went so smoothly. Throughout the weekend, our guests kept saying how wonderful the staff was across the whole hotel and what a treat it was to have everything on site. We had 90 attend our wedding, which felt like an ideal size for the Commune. We decided on a family-style dinner and, for real, the food was incredible - highly recommend that option. BIG shout-out to the catering staff- we loved them! There's plenty of dancing space and it all feels very private, as well. It's also helpful that the Amigo Room is on site for those that want to keep the party going. All in all, we loved our time at the Ace. Just a perfect weekend!

From arrival to departure all of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They even helped me with my wedding dress, bustle and all. Anything we needed from a vase for my flowers to steamers etc they were on it. This place is truly magical with all of the lanterns, fountains and greenery. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great value, flexible and accommodating! We got the charcuterie board, desert kababs and late night nachos. The premium bar package plus regular and spicy guava margs - top notch!!

I had the most perfect intimate wedding here in February 2025. All of my guests were OBSESSED with the venue. Everything was beautiful and it feels like a little escape in the heart of Palm Springs. The staff was very kind and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly and I just wish I could relive the weekend over and over again.

Every aspect of planning a wedding comes with self-doubt and second-guessing. We did not experience that at the Drift. It’s hard to put into words how wonderful our wedding weekend at the Drift Palm Springs was. From our first email to Kayla and Meridieth to the end of our after-party, the Drift's support and accommodations are what made our wedding weekend special. At times of immense stress and anxiety, Alex, the onsite manager, showed up and helped us feel at ease in every way. The integration between the Drift staff and our vendors was absolutely seamless. Truly, everything was perfect! Alex and the Drift staff (especially the bartenders) felt like family throughout the weekend. We’re forever grateful for the hard work to help us create a wedding we’ll tell stories about for the rest of our lives.

Full Disclosure: My husband and I were hesitant to have our wedding at The Parker because of the high price tag. However, after touring multiple venues in Palm Springs, we knew The Parker was everything we were looking for so we signed the contract. It was THE BEST DECISION EVER!! Our wedding truly was the best weekend of our lives (so far!) From the moment we arrived for our wedding week, we were treated like family by everyone at The Parker. Our guests all had an amazing experience as well, which was super important to us. Here are a few things to keep in mind, yes The Parker is pricey, but they provide SO MUCH for this price: China, Tables, Dining Chairs, Belly Bars, Ceremony Chairs, Cocktail Hour Furniture, Multiple DJ setups, etc. And everything they provide is super nice, so you don't feel like you have to rent "nicer" items. And let's be honest, when you're getting married at such a beautiful property, you don't have to spend an exorbitant amount of money to make it pretty. I also need to mention Melanie McMillan who is the food and beverage manager for the property. She is AMAZING! She was super helpful from start to finish and we feel very fortunate that we had a point of contact on property that was so accommodating and such a great resource. We were planning our wedding from across the country and her suggestions and recommendations were all spot on. The wedding itself was phenomenal. Everyone who worked our wedding was incredible and accommodated all of our guests needs. I can't say enough great things about The Parker. We're so happy we chose this venue because our wedding truly was the best day ever!!

If you are searching for a Palm Springs wedding venue that captures the eclectic, glamorous, historic, old Hollywood vibes of the town, then the Riviera is your place! We simply cannot recommend the Riviera highly enough. Here are a few reasons why: 1) Magical venue spaces: The public spaces on the Riviera's large campus were a big draw for us, and they still exceeded our expectations. We had all aspects of our wedding on site (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) -- all of which were gorgeous and private. Our wedding was on New Year's Eve, and so we had our evening ceremony in a smaller ballroom with chandeliers overhead. However, if the weather's warmer, the outdoor Wexler Garden is a gorgeous ceremony site -- very similar to the much pricier Parker site down the road. We had our cocktail hour under the chandeliers of the ballroom entryway, but also considered holding it in one of the Riviera's two, very cool restaurants with outdoor patios near the pool with rattan lamps overhead. 2) Ideal hotel for bringing people together: The majority of our wedding guests stayed at the Riviera, and it couldn't have been better. There are of course a million places to stay in the surrounding area, but there was something especially fun about having all our family and friends descend upon one place for the weekend. We scoured Palm Springs for hotel/rental options for our guests, and the Riviera was also the best value in the valley. Fun and affordable - win-win! 3) The incredible staff: The most professional, organized, thoughtful, kind group imaginable. Darin Sturgill is the Riviera's wedding manager, and blew us away with his dedication, vision, and flexibility. Long story short, you want Darin involved in your wedding! The entire management staff was equally impressive — responsive, gracious, and accommodating throughout the entire process. 4) The food was legitimately AWESOME: Seriously. And not just by wedding food standards. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was. From the passed apps all the way to late night sliders, the chef and the kitchen knocked it out of the park.

I called the Ingleside Inn a week before we decided to elope and the manager, Armida Pedrin, offered me the perfect bungalow room and recommended names of a photographer and an officiant, Both names I ended up working with and they were great! We were treated like royalty and it could not have been a more romantic location with the nicest most generous people at the Inn.

We were married here on June 7, 2014 and it was an AMAZING experience! We had a guest list of about 50 people, and we paid for the entire hotel the night of the wedding to ensure privacy. Gina, Zack, and their staff were more than attentive to us and our guests. We could not ask for a better group of hospitality professionals to help us out on our big day! Even the guests were more than complimentary about the staff and their helpful attitudes. Many guests have returned on their own, and one friend of ours is getting married here as well this year! Anything we forgot to take care of, Gina and Zack were eager to assist us with to help make this a perfect day. We looked into other hotels such as The Parker, The Viceroy, The Willows, and The Villa Royale. Those hotels did not have the same attention to detail and personable service as the Andreas Staff. We have been staying here for years, and were already in love with the hotel, so it made sense to us to get married here once they let us know they were booking weddings! Everyone here helped to make this the most memorable and most fun day for us and our guests. One of many things that we like about the Andreas is that it's elegant, classy, comfortable, yet unpretentious. It's like you're visiting your own personal sanctuary in Palm Springs. The wedding photos came out gorgeous because of the beautiful property, and the suites to get ready in are so comfortable and roomy! Being the bride, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My husband was more than thrilled with the entire day as well.
