Ace Hotel & Swim Club

We held our wedding at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club in early October, and couldn't recommend it enough! Throughout every step of the way, the staff was incredibly helpful in putting together our wedding weekend (especially Nichole, Serene, Cassie, and Will). We held three events that weekend (Friday cocktails at the hotel bar, wedding/reception at the Commune on Saturday, and a brunch on Sunday) and it all went so smoothly. Throughout the weekend, our guests kept saying how wonderful the staff was across the whole hotel and what a treat it was to have everything on site. We had 90 attend our wedding, which felt like an ideal size for the Commune. We decided on a family-style dinner and, for real, the food was incredible - highly recommend that option. BIG shout-out to the catering staff- we loved them! There's plenty of dancing space and it all feels very private, as well. It's also helpful that the Amigo Room is on site for those that want to keep the party going. All in all, we loved our time at the Ace. Just a perfect weekend!

We used the Ace Hotel & Swim Club as our wedding venue and it was perfection! From the initial consultation calls through the entire planning process, the Ace was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful (shout out to Nichole and Serene, our event contacts and absolute super stars!). They even provided us a list of recommended vendors, which was so appreciated as we don't live in Palm Springs, and the vendors we chose from the list could NOT have been better. We got married in the Commune and it was everything we could have dreamed. The space was great for all aspects of the wedding, like the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. On our wedding day the staff was INCREDIBLE. They took such good care of us (special shout out to Elaine who took care of the two of us throughout the evening and was the absolute best) and really made our day and wedding so, so special. The food was next level delicious. I've personally never had wedding food this good and our guests raved about the meal (especially the vegan option, interestingly enough). We also had a couple of guests who were gluten intolerant and they made very special care to ensure they got food that was not contaminated with gluten. The Ace property itself was also so great for photos and is very close to some scenic desert locations as well. We also loved the rooms (the record player was an especially special touch) and pool area. I could not recommend the Ace enough - you'll love the experience!

We had our welcome party, wedding and a pool party at the Ace. The staff were so nice, accommodating and informative. Nichole and Serene were so helpful during the planning process. The catering was top notch.
Love the feel and aesthetic of the Ace, our guests all stayed at the hotel and only had raving reviews.

We have nothing negative to say about our experience with the Ace! From the event space itself to the friendly staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host our wedding. Nichole was super communicative and accommodating throughout the planning process. The commune is absolutely gorgeous and totally met our mid century mod meets desert boho vibes. Special shout out to Lauri, who was the server at our tasting as well as on wedding day! She is an absolute gem :)

We had the most magical wedding weekend at the ACE! The entire staff (from venue walk-through, to concierge, to service staff) were STELLAR! They were extremely responsive and worked with me on my every request. Their pricing is so manageable and reasonable in an area known for being (in my opinion) ridiculous. Cassie, Nichole, Linda and Lauri were attentive and gracious! I cannot thank them enough. Also, the food!!! - I always hear the food at weddings is never as good as it is at the tasting... well, it was BETTER! I 1000% recommend and endorse this venue!

The ACE is gorgeous!! Cassie and Nichole were amazing to work with - they were quick to respond and it was one of the few venues that was completely transparent with pricing from the start. The ACE really made our whole weekend turn key! If you're considering the ACE, I highly highly highly recommend it! Not to mention our guests are STILL raving about the food!

We could not recommend the Ace more!! Our experience leading up to the wedding, plus the actual wedding were both the most magical, wonderful experiences. Cassie and Nichole took such good care of us and really helped make our vision come to life. The communication was impeccable - they were so on their emails and I never felt forgotten! All of our meetings from touring the venue, to the tasting, to the actual wedding had all of the special touches. We always felt so important and thought of, and the team went above and beyond in honestly every way. They even let us bring our dogs, and left us cookies for us, as well as for our pups every time we visited!!

All of our previously married friends had warned us "DONT spend money on a wedding, just elope instead!" but the truth is that the day was so perfect in every way, we would do it 100 times over. THE BEST experience and THE BEST day of our lives, hands down.

The venue itself is so perfect, because everyone can stay on site, and there are a ton of other hotels or Air BNBs within walking distance as well. There is also an airport nearby so a lot of our family just flew directly in! Our friends loved the venue, but our older family members loved it as well. It just has that perfect vibe that makes you never want to leave (seriously- we always end up adding a day on to our stay.) We had the rehearsal dinner at the Ace the night before, then the wedding, then after everyone went over to the Amigo room, and back to our suite after. It was so nice to have it all on the same property to not have to deal with transportation or anything! It also gives everyone the feeling of being free and letting loose which made it so so fun.

We both freelance, so neither of us wanted to spend a ton of time fussing over types of napkins or plates or whatever (like how you do at other venues)- we really wanted a place that had all of the things on-site and included so that we wouldn't have to worry about it. It made me feel like we barely had to plan a wedding. Between the Ace and our amazing day-of coordinator, planning the wedding was not as stressful as it always had seemed made out to be. AND, aside from that, it was STUNNING. Literally just unbelievably STUNNING!

It also doesn't hurt that we now have to go back there to celebrate our anniversary every year :)

Honestly, if the Ace is your vibe (ITS THE BEST VIBE!) we cannot recommend it enough!! I am going to be jealous, because I want to do it all over again!!!

If you're looking for fun, modern, and laid back vibes for your wedding, look no further! The Commune is a versatile space that you can use and decorate in a number of ways. Even for a 70 person wedding, it felt just right and not too big. Many of our guests stayed at the hotel where the pool and bars added to a fun-filled weekend. On top of that Cassie and Nichole were so easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect for our stay! I already can't wait to return!

We got married at the Ace Hotel last week, club-house space which was absolutely perfect for a party of 50. Our sales rep, Cassie was super friendly and quick to respond to any and all questions we had in the build up, which naturally there were hundreds. Always with great professionalism, Cassie guided us every step of the way. From initial qualifying phase to the day we got married. I would recommend this space and team to anyone 100%. The taco party food was great as was the craft cocktail bar. Space was made available for us to rehearse in and set up with ample time in advance of event.

We wanted a location that held 150 people, was beautiful, allowed the party to continue past 10pm, had great food, and provided all the dining materials (tables, chairs, plates, wine glasses, silverware, etc...). For a venue in Palm Springs to hold 150 people, it was also the more affordable option and stayed in our budget. The Ace checked off all of our boxes.
The space comfortably held 150 people. We had the San Jacinto mountains and desert foliage around us. The food was out of this world (ask for the fried chicken and the sea bass for your catering!!). The staff were professional, friendly, and on top of everything. We ended the wedding at 10pm, but we moved the whole party to The Amigo room in the Ace Hotel. The Amigo room is a really fun bar.
