We are a wedding and special events venue in beautiful, sun shiney Palm Springs, California. Our hotel features forms and colors inspired by the desert and the original roots of this brand. With chic décor and an elegant atmosphere, this location is ideal for pre-wedding celebrations, welcoming parties, and wedding receptions. Couples can welcome loved ones, host events, and accommodate guests in one place.
Overnight Accomodations & Services
With an array of guest room accomodations, our 39 key hotel can hold 176 guests at max capacity. Our multi bed suites that range from 1200 to 1600 sq ft in size, include full kitchens, living spaces, beautiful patios that overlook the Palm Springs desert scape, make for the perfect space for indulging with loved ones! We specialize in full hotel buyouts where couples can enjoy a full weekend of fun, love and the convenience of having all your events onsite.
Our guestrooms at Drift Palm Springs are charming, with sand color pallets and large windows.The desert rose of the hotel is a suite experience with four king-sized beds, three ensuite bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room, and a patio or balcony. Local touches adorn the suites that embrace that quintessential California atmosphere. The expansive pool setup boasts a variety of cabanas, views, and cocktails. Custom loungers and daybeds are available, adding to that relaxing, resort-style feeling.
We provide all reception tables, chairs, cocktail tables, napkins, dining ware, silverware, drinkware and serving platters and serve ware for up to 150 guests. We also provide a satellite bar. Leaving only the fun stuff for you to think about - decorations, florals, entertainment and any other special features of your wedding you would like to include!

Our Drift Palm Springs Maleza restaurant offers elevated, California baja cuisine and crafted cocktails and mocktails sure to tantilize all taste buds! Our catering professionals serve family-style feasts that are expertly paired with custom cocktails. Both indoor and outdoor dining spaces are available for weddings up to 150. These comfortable dining areas are furnished with communal dining tables, a fire pit, lounge seating, and a private dining room overlooking the pool. Newlyweds can host pre-party gatherings or request the space for their celebrations. Our team at Drift Palm Springs strives to create a community steeped in authenticity. We aim to host guests with a warm and welcoming aura, aiding in creating events that are magical in every way.

Beautiful, modern venue in the heart of Palm Springs
Firstly, our main priority for the dinner was the food. We had visited Maleza before, and had a wonderful meal and felt very well taken care of by the host and kitchen. We served a number of different appetizers, a mix of fresh raw seafood dishes and vegetarian bites. It was awesome to munch around the garden while we caught up with everyone. There was a small bar set up with everything we could need, including craft cocktails. Once we sat down for the proper dinner, the staff brought out mains and sides, including a delicious salad with passionfruit vinaigrette.
Beyond the food, the service and setting were similarly excellent. The sun ended up setting right as we sat down for dinner, and before that the weather was perfect in the Drift's picturesque garden with local cacti. It was such a privilege to share Southern California with folks who traveled from all around the country. Everyone from Maleza and the Drift made our experience absolutely perfect, and we can't wait to return.

AMAZING Wedding Weekend at Drift Palm Springs
The team at Drift made everything so easy throughout the planning process and were incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way.
The highlights: The food was delicious at every event we had over the weekend! The location could not have been better, with guests able to explore the town, golf, hike, or relax by the pool. The accommodations were fantastic, especially the multi-bedroom suites, which allowed our family and friends to stay close but still have their space.
Seriously, such a cool hotel, even beyond being a wedding venue. I would 100% recommend having a wedding here!!
Wonderful Wedding Weekend
We could not stop talking about how we picked the right place. All our guests loved their whole weekend there (which is great when they were basically asked to take a mini vacation with us !)
We had a small wedding (35!). We struggled to find a venue that would be willing to accommodate a smaller party without crazy F&B minimums. Drift delivered. While they space can hold MUCH more, our party didn’t feel too small in the space.
Also shout out to our event bartender - he was so great! An additional shoutout to Chris (or Alex) as our custom rum drink seemed to be the biggest hit. Thank you for making that happen. The food was absolutely top notch for our wedding.
