The Saguaro is a stunning wedding venue located in Palm Springs, California. This picturesque desert setting offers views of the mountains, creating a breathtaking backdrop for wedding photography. Indoors, the hotel has a modern design aesthetic, complete with exposed ceilings and custom pendant lighting fixtures.
Facilities and Capacity
Nearlyweds can rent their chosen event space at The Saguaro for up to six hours, offering plenty of time to make memories together. Couples can celebrate alongside 200 of their loved ones at The Sago and Terrace, which overlooks the pool. The minimalistic Agave, with its clean and simplistic color palette, can accommodate up to 175. If you've envisioned exchanging vows under the warm California sun, you can celebrate on the San Jacinto Lawn, which has space for up to 200 guests.
Services Offered
The Saguaro is an all-inclusive wedding venue and offers convenient on-site catering services. A parquet dance floor is available from the property, ideal for a romantic first dance. Designer chairs in both pink and mint can be provided, too. You and your guests can refresh yourself at a fruit-infused spa water station. Cocktail and dinner tables, as well as linens to accent them, are available. Premium wooden farm tables and benches can be supplied for an additional fee. Special packages are offered for elopements and micro weddings, both of which include an overnight stay in a suite for the newlyweds.
Cuisine
The culinary team at this venue has a number of options for you to choose from. These include a burger bar, taco stations, and a fried chicken station. Executive chef Gregorio Calderin also has a family-style menu, if that better fits your vision. He and his team are happy to collaborate with you to find your ideal culinary setup.

Review summary
The Saguaro is a vibrant, affordable Palm Springs venue with colorful indoor/outdoor spaces perfect for destination weekends. Staff were attentive and flexible, smoothly handling last-minute changes while serving excellent food and cocktails. A few cosmetic issues (dated flooring) were noted, but guests praised the amenities and overall experience.
Low stress, excellent support, and excellent value!
If you get married here outdoors, they *will* turn any external event music off so you can have your processional music without having to worry about being drowned out. If you have any other concerns, Mark and his staff will do their absolute best to accommodate you. There were a couple of concerns that weren't the fault of the saguaro that we needed to figure out day of, and everyone put their heads down and figured it out. If you bring a solid plan, it's going to go smooth.
The flooring is a bit dated with some carpet stains from previous events. That's about the only negative I can draw. But even then, you're not staring at the floor when you get married. Don't overthink it. We have no regrets, and we are sure we would have had a worse experience at every other venue we checked out if we picked anywhere else than the Saguaro.
