Facilities and Capacity

Both Temecula Creek Inn wedding venues are situated away from the main hotel, so you and your guests can enjoy privacy on your special day. The Meadows is a charming event space with the perfect combination of natural surroundings and a modern garden for your celebration. You and 150 loved ones can enjoy a heartfelt outdoor ceremony on the luscious green lawn, surrounded by eucalyptus trees. Timeworn granite paths lead to a picturesque ceremony lawn with a cascading waterfall backdrop, a welcoming reception area, and a wooden pergola cocktail space. Dinner is served under the stars, with twinkling bistro lights canopied between rows of trees to create a magical ambiance.

The Stone House provides the ideal space for up to 270 guests. Dating back to the 1800s, this historic cottage captures rustic charm and provides the perfect setting for any celebration. An old-fashioned bridge connects two ample event lawns, allowing a seamless transition from your ceremony to the reception. Couples can exchange their vows surrounded by century-old oak trees and dine in the open air, enveloped on all sides by natural beauty. A built-in bar, cozy fire pits, dance floor, and market lights add to the endless charm of this space. The Stone House is one of the few venues in the area without noise ordinance restrictions, allowing your party to continue long into the night.

Beautiful venue with a very supportive staff

Our daughter's wedding took place on May 14th 2021 in the midst of the Covid pandemic. I cannot emphasize enough how supportive were the team from Temecula creek inn especially Stephanie Duncan. We realized that we had an opportunity to hold the wedding only 6weeks prior to the event. The beautiful Stonehouse with the alter under the oak trees captivated everyone's heart. The reception dinner catered by TCI was exceptional.

Our best day yet...

Temecula Creek Inn is such a beautiful place for a wedding. We had our wedding at The Meadows and it was perfect! We loved every moment and we were sad when it was over. The staff works really hard to make sure everything is perfect. They are responsive with the planning process and make sure you have everything you need during the wedding. They were also very helpful and flexible during the unexpected heat wave that weekend. The pictures turned out amazing, we can't stop looking at them! The food was also delicious and our guests couldn't stop talking about TCI. They were all impressed.

My Fairytale wedding

This wedding venue was my fairytale wedding come true. I truly felt like a princess. From riding in on a horse and carriage to the beautiful outdoor secluded ceremony and reception area. It was all gorgeous. The staff was also very helpful and kind. Shout out to Cara! They also made the wedding night special with wine, treats, and a gift in our provided suit. Every guest enjoyed the food! I can’t say enough good things about the venue. They even had special pricing for my micro wedding.

Best venue !!

Temecula creek inn exceeded our expectations! Stephanie was amazing to work with! She was so quick to respond to emails and always on top of everything I needed! The day of the wedding, everything ran so smooth! All our guests said the food was the best they ever had at a wedding! It was great!! The views here are beautiful, we got married at the meadows! Would definitely recommend this venue!!

TCI does it right!!!!

When I first toured the venue in 2019 I immediately fell in love. It was love at first sight. I booked it immediately after already viewing other venues. Pictures don’t do justice you have to actually be there and get a feel. Not only is the venue perfect but the staff was amazing. I met Devon initially at our venue tour. She was so sweet and professional. I go to her on everything. After booking, I was handed off to the catering mgr., Cara. She was so sweet and so great. Then Covid hit and they refunded all of our monies and closed. I was disappointed but with the pandemic going on I totally understand. When things came back to some normalcy Devon reached out and luckily we were still planning on getting married and I jumped to the new date. And the rest was history! I am so grateful for choosing TCI. I was not disappointed! A huge shout out to Patricia, TCI catering mgr. I was hesitant at first because I have already built a relationship with Cara. But she left for maternity leave and I was a little broken because I hate change. But I know now change can be good. Patricia and her team did above and beyond! We booked room blocks and a rehearsal dinner. It was really all so magical. It was worth every penny! Our day was fantastic because of TCI. Oh I have to include the foods....our guests love the foods and it was in everyone’s mind. It was so good! Mission accomplish. !

An Absolutely Stunning Venue

This venue speaks for itself if you ever tour it! We did 2 years prior and couldn’t forget it after seeing it in person. The grounds of the Inn and Stone House are absolutely stunning! What we loved most about it was that its an all outdoor venue with no 10pm noise ordinance. Not only that but we loved that it is so stunning on its own we really didn’t need to add much for decorations. The staff we worked with were so helpful and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better service! Our room was so cute and my husband sure enjoyed the golf. The food and open bar was awesome and we had no issues at all at anytime during the planning process or anything day of the wedding.

Tci is the best wedding venue!

I cannot recommend TCI highly enough. Our wedding at TCI was absolutely perfect. Stephanie Duncan is the person you would dream to have helping you with your wedding-- she truly went above and beyond at every turn for us. Every detail was taken care of, and even last minute requests were always responded to right away with "sure, no problem!" Stephanie not only helped us organize details with TCI, but with her experience was able to help us with all outside our vendor questions or concerns. The staff in general at TCI was so great-- we even had comments from our guests about how attentive and gracious all of the staff was.

The Stone House is absolutely STUNNING-- we loved how guests are seated in the shade during the ceremony and the beautiful grounds allow people to do activities like lawn games, a photobooth, cigar bar, lounge area-- having glow ball golf was a huge hit with everyone too!
It was super convenient for all of our guests to stay at TCI and for those who didn't, there was a short shuttle ride to Pechanga for those who chose to stay there.

If I could go back in time, I would 10/10 choose TCI again to have my wedding.

Best Wedding Venue!!!

Temecula Creek Inn was by far the best venue we could have picked. Lauren was our rep and was incredibly helpful from day one. She answered ALL my questions and went out of her way to be available to me.The grounds are absolutely amazing and beautiful. It unfortunately rained on our wedding day :( but even with that TCI went above and beyond to make our day flawless. At the first sign of rain, Lauren was ontop of it and reached out to me and got us in contact with a company to tent the area. It rained all morning long but TCI did everything in their power to get the space ready and on time. Everyone worked so hard. During the reception the staff was available to me and my husband to make sure we were taken care of the entire night. They were so attentive. The food was amazing! The service was outstanding! Our day wouldn't be the same if it wasn't for TCI!!

I don't know where to begin to praise TCI for how amazing and perfect our wedding day was! Before I even drove down to tour the venue Crystal provided me with a spreadsheet of the costs and an estimate on how to best stay on budget. We toured the Meadows a few weeks later and it was beautiful! It was everything I had imagined for my wedding day. Crystal was so sweet and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and quickly wrote up the contract so we could book the day we wanted. During our time planning with TCI we got to attend a group menu tasting. That in itself is so fun and the food is amazing! We got to select what we wanted to taste, toured both venues on site, speak to vendors they recommend and they even had a dessert layout from one of their preferred vendors. As our date got closer we were assigned a coordinator to help us and Cara was an absolute dream to work with! You can tell right from the start that she loves her job and is genuinely enthusiastic about making sure you have the best wedding possible. She definitely puts 110% into making sure every detail is just the way you want it. Cara made wedding planning so easy and she is so fun to be around! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we cannot thank the staff at TCI enough for all of their hard work! We have gotten so many compliments from guests saying it was the best wedding they've ever been to! The scenery is beautiful, the food is amazing and the atmosphere makes for a great night. Thank you TCI staff, Crystal and Cara for everything!!!!
