Our daughter's wedding took place on May 14th 2021 in the midst of the Covid pandemic. I cannot emphasize enough how supportive were the team from Temecula creek inn especially Stephanie Duncan. We realized that we had an opportunity to hold the wedding only 6weeks prior to the event. The beautiful Stonehouse with the alter under the oak trees captivated everyone's heart. The reception dinner catered by TCI was exceptional. -

My fiancée and I are getting married at the Stone House this October and we could not be more excited. Devon from Catering especially has gone above and beyond for us at every turn— answering all of our questions, providing support and feedback on the smallest or biggest of details, keeping the train moving so the planning process is smooth, and helping put together an epic Tasting Event last month that was delicious and beautiful. We only wish that it was October already because TCI has done THAT a wonderful of job of keeping things fun and personal and dream-like. Thank you, Devon, and thank you, TCI! -

Our best day yet...
Temecula Creek Inn is such a beautiful place for a wedding. We had our wedding at The Meadows and it was perfect! We loved every moment and we were sad when it was over. The staff works really hard to make sure everything is perfect. They are responsive with the planning process and make sure you have everything you need during the wedding. They were also very helpful and flexible during the unexpected heat wave that weekend. The pictures turned out amazing, we can't stop looking at them! The food was also delicious and our guests couldn't stop talking about TCI. They were all impressed. -

My Fairytale wedding
This wedding venue was my fairytale wedding come true. I truly felt like a princess. From riding in on a horse and carriage to the beautiful outdoor secluded ceremony and reception area. It was all gorgeous. The staff was also very helpful and kind. Shout out to Cara! They also made the wedding night special with wine, treats, and a gift in our provided suit. Every guest enjoyed the food! I can’t say enough good things about the venue. They even had special pricing for my micro wedding. -

Temecula creek inn exceeded our expectations! Stephanie was amazing to work with! She was so quick to respond to emails and always on top of everything I needed! The day of the wedding, everything ran so smooth! All our guests said the food was the best they ever had at a wedding! It was great!! The views here are beautiful, we got married at the meadows! Would definitely recommend this venue!! -

When I first toured the venue in 2019 I immediately fell in love. It was love at first sight. I booked it immediately after already viewing other venues. Pictures don’t do justice you have to actually be there and get a feel. Not only is the venue perfect but the staff was amazing. I met Devon initially at our venue tour. She was so sweet and professional. I go to her on everything. After booking, I was handed off to the catering mgr., Cara. She was so sweet and so great. Then Covid hit and they refunded all of our monies and closed. I was disappointed but with the pandemic going on I totally understand. When things came back to some normalcy Devon reached out and luckily we were still planning on getting married and I jumped to the new date. And the rest was history! I am so grateful for choosing TCI. I was not disappointed! A huge shout out to Patricia, TCI catering mgr. I was hesitant at first because I have already built a relationship with Cara. But she left for maternity leave and I was a little broken because I hate change. But I know now change can be good. Patricia and her team did above and beyond! We booked room blocks and a rehearsal dinner. It was really all so magical. It was worth every penny! Our day was fantastic because of TCI. Oh I have to include the foods....our guests love the foods and it was in everyone’s mind. It was so good! Mission accomplish. ! -

This venue speaks for itself if you ever tour it! We did 2 years prior and couldn’t forget it after seeing it in person. The grounds of the Inn and Stone House are absolutely stunning! What we loved most about it was that its an all outdoor venue with no 10pm noise ordinance. Not only that but we loved that it is so stunning on its own we really didn’t need to add much for decorations. The staff we worked with were so helpful and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better service! Our room was so cute and my husband sure enjoyed the golf. The food and open bar was awesome and we had no issues at all at anytime during the planning process or anything day of the wedding. -

Caylin Sent on 11/16/2016I fell in love with the Stone House at Temecula Creek Inn the instant we visited. It was exactly what I was looking for. After we booked, everyone at TCI was always SO helpful and responsive, they make you feel very valued.
The tasting event is very fun and even gave us a chance to meet new vendors who we eventually hired. And the food is delicious!! We had guests tell us it was the best meal they'd ever had at a wedding - we didn't have any leftovers!
Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch, in big part due to TCI staff and their helpfulness. My friends and family were so impressed with everything and I was able to have a virtually stress free wedding! Perrin was our on site coordinator and she was just amazing. Always available to answer my random questions and ease any worries I had.
Our guests that stayed at the hotel loved it and now talk about going back to stay again. The groom and groomsmen stayed at the Creekside Guest House, which I definitely recommend as they had an awesome time golfing and enjoying the house that weekend. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our wedding at TCI.

Carrie Sent on 07/12/2016If you're looking for a venue that has that natural rustic look to it, Temecula Creek Inn is definitely a place you want to consider. My husband and I chose the Stone House as the location for our ceremony/reception, as we felt it would set the tone for our big day. We fell in love immediately upon visiting the site for the first time, and our deposit was made right then and there. The staff was warm and welcoming, not to mention very accommodating. But Perrin especially...she was a godsend for us. She made us feel completely at ease, and she is definitely someone you would want to have help you plan your wedding. If I could get married at Temecula Creek Inn again, I would. -

User2558723 Sent on 03/22/2016My (now) husband and I got married here in early March after selecting the venue back in July 2015. The Stonehouse venue is absolutely beautiful and magical (it's also completely outdoors...good to note for a rain plan).
Going into the wedding planning/venue selection process we heard NIGHTMARE stories and so I was incredibly hesitant to lock in on a venue. However, at TCI in June 2015, Crystal the Catering Sales Mgr greeted us and, despite not having an appointment (*not recommended), showed us around the property and provided us with a quote to consider. I was overwhelmed by her welcoming demeanor and impeccable customer service, by far the BEST experience we had at a site visit...and there were MANY. In addition to her help onsite, Crystal was frequent with her follow up to make sure all questions were answered and helped us to a place that accommodated our budget.
Fast forward to November/December, after a bit of staffing changes/shuffling, Crystal made the hand-off to Cara (a brand new hire) who was going to be the one to help make the day happen. I was skeptical at first but she was so sweet, thorough, and all-around lovely, I left our final details meeting with a really great feeling about her.
Fast forward to the week/day of the wedding...PURE CHAOS...in my world (lol...okay, well perhaps not "pure chaos", but there was a lot of moving parts I was trying to keep track of vendors to confirm, final payments to be made, miscellaneous details and decor to be packed, etc.). On top of it all, El Nino decided to be a VERY special guest at our wedding (think of that drunk uncle who is just wayyyy to loud and really doesn't know when to leave). Despite the inclement weather we pushed on (with the entirely outdoor venue + last minute tent). Cara was AWESOME, she provided her cell # and kept in constant contact with me. In addition, the hotel staff were SPECTACULAR, accommodating ALL our needs and making us feel like valued guests throughout the wknd. -

Brittany Sent on 03/31/2014The second we set foot on the Temecula Creek Inn property I knew we had found something amazing. As soon as we took the tram to the secluded Stonehouse location we were sold! The Stonehouse ceremony/reception location was everything I had imagined and more. It was rustic yet romantic all at the same time. The venue had so much to offer I knew adding décor was just a bonus. The actual Stonehouse served as a focal point and was complemented by a built in bar, fireplaces, dance floor, etc. With a guest list of 150 it was by no means a "cheap" wedding. But we can honestly say, parents included, it was worth every penny. The wedding coordinating staff, Sharri Picard in particular, was nothing but fabulous the entire time, from the planning until the day after the wedding. They were all responsive, professional and so helpful. I could not have asked for a better team to help create our dream day. They coordinated all of our vendors, got all guests checked in early before the wedding and set-up a fairytale ceremony and reception site. I honestly did not get emotional until I saw the venue all set-up so perfectly. From the rustic outdoor setting, to the fabulous food and dancing the night away under a sparkling chandelier our guests are still ranting and raving about our big day. It was a dream come true and I highly recommend this venue...it's gorgeous! -

Christy Sent on 08/18/2011I had the MOST amazing and stress-free experience with Temecula Creek Inn. First of all, the Stone House wedding venue is probably the most magical and beautiful of all the venues i've visited. My guests have said that once you are dropped off to the location, it feels like you just stepped into a whole other world. It's THAT pretty! Brides, if you are interested in a Temecula wedding, this venue is MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL than any of the other wineries in the area. The Stone House location is just so beautiful, private, cozy and quaint! Do not hesitate to make an appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend Temecula Creek Inn to any bride!
Service-From my very first email to them to our wedding day and departure, I have received nothing but top-notch service. They respond in a timely manner and was on top of every detail on the day of the ceremony. Our on-site coordinator, Ally, was SOOOOO awesome, we actually upgraded to the day-of coordinator package for $300 extra...she was definitely worth it...in fact, day of coordinators will typically charge between $500-$1000+ for their services...she made the entire day stress free! I would highly recommed Ally...she provided outstanding service!
Responsiveness-Emails are always responded to promptly (less than 24 hours)...they were always available for tours and was extremely attentive to our needs on the day of the wedding...and the weeks leading up to the wedding.
Professionalism-Ally and the entire team was always professional, the waitstaff, bartender, hotel personnel, driver...everyone was top notch!
Value-Now, this is NOT a pocketbook friendly place...I consider myself a VERY thrifty person...I clip coupons, bought my wedding dress on ebay for $49, did a lot of my flowers...but this was definitely worth the money...that's why I gave it 5 stars...the food was FABULOUS...and there was a lot of it...they include a one night stay in all packages and provided two bottles of wine on every table, which helped save on the bar tab. I had to shave off the guest list to only close family and friends (we had a total of 65 guests), but it was well worth it.
Flexibility-Since it is technically a hotel, you don't have the flexibility to bring in your own caterer, but I did get to do my own dessert bar, did NOT have to use their preferred vendors. I did not have a florist to help with the floral decor but had my friends and Ally the coordinator help set up, they worked with us on earlier start times to set up since a lot of the decor was DIY. -

Susan Sent on 05/17/2011Alison, Milene, and Ally were absolutely wonderful to work with at Temecula Creek Inn. We had our Scottish wedding at the Stone House in April, and it was the perfect venue to create a setting of rustic elegance. Throughout the year of planning, Alison and Milene were available at a moments notice via email, phone, or in person ... Including Alison coming down to the hotel close to midnight when I (the bride) had problems with my room the hotel gave me.
And on the wedding day itself, the staff was absolutely amazing with making my husband and I feel improtant and making sure we were happy!
Such a great place for a venue! It felt like something out of a storybook! Definitely a dream come true! -

Her experience and profesioanlism really shined and every aspect of my wedding ran completely smooth and just as we had discussed. The food and location are also amazing! -

This was our dream venue and our wedding turned out to be everything I wanted and more. Danielle originally first helped us when we booked and she was amazing. Stephanie was our catering manager during the planning process. She was great at communication and really did her best to accommodate all of our requests. Our guests had a blast and said the best compliments about the staff, the venue, and the overall ambiance. My only complaint is that the logistics with the Stone house can be rather challenging having to figure out how to get everything there since its down the golf course. However, on the day of i was proven it was all worth it and more and I would do it again. Our guests said it was such a magical wedding weekend and most of them stayed on site which was a HUGE selling point for us as we are all about convenience. We loved staying here on our wedding weekend and we are looking forward to coming here for anniversaries in the future. If you are looking for the venue that has it ALL this really is the one! -

Kate Sent on 08/13/2008Well to be honest in the beginning I was a little upset. I had a hard time reaching anyone and we had some non cookie cutter requests that seems to be just immediately shot down.
But as things got closer my dad talked to them and things went relatively smoothly... as far as at least I know. Also we had a fluke ridiculous downpour the week before the wedding. I was very upset as my wedding/ reception was outside. The staff was AMAZING they really just made me feel ok like they werent going to let my wedding get ruined. I felt bad because I didnt want to be that bride who is crying and whinning but with my mom in the hospital, best man cancelling 2 days before the wedding, my dress in a size too small etc.... I was at my wits end. I cried and appologized and they were so sweet. They made it perfect. I told them I really wanted to get married outiside even if it meant I got wet and that the guests could just be at the reception if they didnt want to come in. But they decided they would put up golf umbrellas so the guests could sit and stay dry. They moved the reception inside because it would get cold and it was still gorgeous.
Lukily for us it didnt rain on that day and it was beautiful. they did a WONDERFUL job and I would highly recommend it to anyone! -

There were a few huccups with the hotel rooms and a few other small things along the way, but over all I was very happy with the way everything came out. -

This hotel was aesthetically nice (on the inside), had enough rooms for a large wedding block, and was located in a convenient area. But, management-wise, although they are well-meaning, they are disorganized, confused, and slow to respond. The women in charge of events, Devon, is very hard to get ahold of and incredibly inflexible. She does not make you feel like she's trying to make your wedding weekend special at all. For instance, they will not hand out welcome bags to your guests upon check-in, so don't even try. Also, I lost a wedding gift ($800 gold necklace) in my room which they found, then 1 day later they called me to say they lost it again while it was in their care. They offered me a free 2-night stay as a consolation which is ridiculous because I probably will never stay there again.
