Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa is a stunning resort wedding venue located in the beautiful desert setting of Rancho Mirage, California. Facilities and Capacity

Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa offers 10 wonderful event spaces, guaranteeing that you will find the ideal place to host your celebration. Couples have a choice of six outdoor venues including the Fifth Fairway which can comfortably accommodate up to 500 guests for a ceremony or reception. The Starlight Terrace is the only private rooftop wedding venue in all of Palm Springs, boasting 10,000 square feet of space and breathtaking views of Mount San Jacinto.

For indoor options, the property offers the Las Palmas and Fiesta Ballrooms, each featuring 10,000 square feet of space. These elegant rooms are adorned with luminous chandeliers, high ceilings, and ornate decor. For a more intimate gathering, such as an engagement party or rehearsal dinner, The Wine Room is an ideal choice, featuring a private desert theme.

Couples and their wedding parties can prepare for their big day in luxury with the resort’s wedding spa packages which include a variety of massage options, facials, and full-body treatments to choose from.

Best choice ever

Omni Rancho Las Palmas was the best venue we could have ever chosen. The venue is effortlessly beautiful and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. I was constantly in contact with Tina and am so grateful for how quickly she responded and found the answers to all my questions. We were given a lot of great vendor recommendations from the hotel and we were over the moon with the harpist that they recommended for our ceremony music. The food tasting was such a FUN experience and our guests are still raving about how amazing the food was on the day of our wedding. We are SO SO happy we chose to have our wedding ceremony and reception here! If you are looking at this to be your wedding venue- TAKE THE TOUR AND BOOK IT!

Dream Wedding!

I had the absolute best wedding at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas!

Tina was my saving grace when planning this wedding. She was so responsive and stepped in to act as my coordinator so many times. I don't know what I would've done without her. Nadine was also extremely accommodating and lovely to work with! I had my ceremony on the Las Palmas
Lawn and reception on The Starlight Terrace. Both locations were magical and my guests did not stop raving about the atmosphere.

The food tasting was awesome and again everyone was so accommodating when we wanted to switch things around. We ended up doing live taco stations (delicious!) and a salad bar, which again, was a huge hit with the guests!

The only area for improvement is the alcohol. They use an outside service for the bartenders and the recipes we tried and tasted did not translate at all. This was of high importance to us and something we stressed, however the signature drinks were a miss. I've discussed this with the hotel and I believe they are putting systems in place to fix this problem.

The bridal suite was absolutely incredible and HUGE. This was the best get ready spot with my bridesmaids I could've ever imagined.

I highly recommend DJ Alex Updike for any event you have here. The music was incredible and he kept the flow of the wedding so perfect.

Overall, I cannot recommend the Omni enough. There is so much value within their packages. Much more than other hotels in the area. An absolutely magical place for a wedding.

Absolutely amazing

OMG, I can NOT say anything bad about this venue. Carly (our venue coordinator) was absolutely wonderful and a delight to work with since day 1. The hotel staff was so accommodating from the staff checking in guests to the staff serving our entrees at the reception. They made the whole process easy and fun! Even though we hit a record high of 109 on our wedding day, everyone was so happy and friendly and made our wedding truly special and amazing. The venue is beautiful and truly one of a kind.

Tina Rodriguez moved to the valley in 2016 from the Very Sunny & Rainy State, Florida. After working at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells for 5 years, She decided to join the Omni team in 2020. Her time was very brief time due to COVID.

During furlough, she decided to try out many job positions and even became a real estate agent. But after time she missed the resort very much and was happy to return as a Catering Sales Manager.

When Tina isn't helping clients, you can find her wiping her little one's sticky fingers from her laptop, snuggled with her 14 year old Chihuahua named Biscuit, or showing homes on the weekend!
