This venue was so professional and well-run. I am actually so impressed that this is a family-owned wedding venue. The location was perfect, and the bridal suite was to-die-for! I had the cottage-core wedding of my dreams!

We had the absolute best experience working with the team at Jefferson Street Mansion! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. Kaitlin, our day-of coordinator, is an absolute joy to work with! She was incredible—organized, professional, and so patient with our guests, families, and my husband and me. She took the stress off our shoulders and made sure every detail ran smoothly, all while having a smile on her face. We had a blast at each of our meetings and we credit that to the wonderful ladies of Jefferson, Kathy and Sophia. Their joyful personalities made the planning process so much more enjoyable, and their great communication helped us feel at ease the entire way through. They truly listened to our vision and brought it to life even better than we imagined. Thanks to Kaitlin, Sophia, and Kathy, our wedding day was seamless, beautiful, and full of joy. We can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, patience, and dedication. Highly recommend this amazing team to any couple looking for coordinators who will not only execute your dream day but also make the process fun and stress-free!

I knew Grand Tradition was our perfect venue from the moment we stepped on property. They were able to accommodate a larger guest count, their ceremony site options were gorgeous, Beverly Mansion was exactly what we were looking for for our reception, the cocktail hour upgrade was icing on the cake! The property is immaculate and is very clearly well cared for. One of the best descriptions a staff member gave us was that it's like Disneyland - you, and your guests, never see behind the scenes - and it was true every step of the way! The bridal suites were updated and spacious, while still feeling intimate. Everyone on staff was amazing! We ate brunch at The Veranda several times throughout the planning process and were always well taken care of. I loved building a community where I knew we'd be spending the best day of our lives. Sandra at the front desk was helpful on so many occasions and we could tell she honestly cared about us and our journey. Our coordinator Jasmine was our PERFECT match. She was professional, responsive, helpful when it came to decision making or anything we were unsure about, and we never felt like she was trying to upsell us. Bonus points - she never made me feel like I was dreaming too big or like any idea was a dumb one. Jasmine offered honest opinions based on her expertise and experience that only benefited us in the end. She consistently went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with every part of our wedding day and to accommodate our crazy schedules to make all our meetings happen. Jasmine was welcoming and fully involved from day one. We could tell Jasmine truly cared about us, our families, and making everything work - even when there was a difference in “wants” between families. There was no doubt in my mind that our wedding day would be anything other than perfect with Jasmine on our team. I’m sure every coordinator is incredible, I’d expect nothing less from Grand Tradition, but we are so blessed that we were paired with Jasmine. I credit Jasmine HUGELY for the magic of our day!

We just had our wedding at Willow Heights Mansion a few weeks ago and loved it! We felt taken care of from the beginning. Communication was clear, consistent, and caring. Willow Heights is more than just a venue, they also provide catering, bar, coordination, DJ, florals/decor, and even rooms upstairs for getting ready and/or staying overnight. Because these vendors are in-house, we felt more at ease while planning our wedding. Our wedding day went smoothly and beautifully! We had so much fun and so did our guests. The food was great, our schedule went as planned, and we were really happy with everything. The reception area looked amazing and it was great seeing our vision come to life. The venue is gorgeous and we chose to have the outdoor dance floor option, which was such a fun way to end the night. Special thanks to our venue coordinator Claire. Our check-ins with her prior to our wedding were really helpful, and she was always very responsive to all our questions leading up to the wedding. She was very caring and attentive on our wedding day as well, so we appreciate everything she did for us. Overall, we would definitely recommend Willow Heights Mansion to future couples. We are so glad to have chosen this venue. It made our day so special and memorable.

The students and staff who put on the event were all fantastic! Everyone was so professional and kind! My wife and I didn’t get to try any appetizers so when we sat down for dinner we asked a student if they could bring us each one and she came back with a whole plate full! Another student (completely unprompted by us) boxed up some of the delicious cookies they made us in a to go box because we didn’t get any of those either. Their attention to detail was phenomenal, and all our guests (and us) absolutely loved the food. Many people told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. If we had to do it over again we would absolutely return to sesnon house!

Extremely professional staff from start to finish. Derek and the bartenders were truly doing God’s work throughout the night. Every detail was handled smoothly, and the team stayed on top of everything without ever being intrusive. Their professionalism, awareness, and calm execution helped the wedding run flawlessly and allowed us to actually enjoy our day without stress. From guest needs to timeline flow, the staff anticipated issues before they ever became problems.

We had a wonderful wedding day at this venue! The price was lower than many other venues we looked at, and the beautiful outdoor property with flowers and towering redwood trees made for an incredible backdrop. Set up and break down were completely handled by the staff, so I didn’t have to lift a finger on the big day. The team was friendly and professional, and while communication could be slow at times, they eventually answered all our questions. One of the best parts is that their package includes food, cake, linens, and bar service—making it easy to plan everything in one place. Overall, a great experience and a gorgeous setting for our wedding.

It's true what they say, "finding the perfect wedding venue is like finding a great partner". We reviewed and visited SO MANY places to have our wedding and stumbled upon a rare gem in the Bay Area - The Allied Arts Guild. We discovered them on Here Comes The Guide (online wedding platform) and it looked promising! Independently, one of our really good friends also mentioned that AAG would be perfect for us so we finally decided to check it out. The second we walked onto the premises into the garden, we knew it was our place. The feeling it gave us, the wonderful weather, the local cats moseying through the rosebushes, the stunning wisteria covered trellises - everything about it was perfect. We met the venue coordinator, Tiana, that first day and we were pretty much sold. Working with Tiana has been such a wonderful experience while planning our wedding. She is massively accommodating, flexible, kind, welcoming and a true pleasure to work with. From the get-go, we let Tiana know that we wanted to have an unconventional wedding with unique aspects that were authentic to me and my partner and Tiana was so supportive of all our ideas. She helped us figure out cool ways to use the entire space of the Allied Arts Guild, let us explore unique seating arrangements, dream up a magical cocktail hour experience, fold in an live acoustic performance and dished up the most AMAZING food + cocktails for the evening. I just have to reiterate the food comment again - QUITE LITERALLY THE BEST WEDDING FOOD I'VE EVER HAD. The passed appetizers included mini beef wellingtons, lamb riblets and shrimp tostadas and our mains consisted of an incredible beef short rib & grilled salmon dishes that we could literally hear our guests raving about. As a bride, the biggest advice I kept getting was "make sure you remember to eat during your wedding". I mean, I already knew how good the food was from Cafe Wisteria (the restaurant at AAG who catered for our wedding) and when I say I cleaned my plate during our wedding dinner, I'm not exaggerating. It was DELICIOUS!!! Tiana and whole Allied Arts Guild team went above and beyond to bring our our wedding dreams a reality and we had the most magical day of our lives. We have so much gratitude for everyone there, especially Tiana - it was more than we could have every imagined. So professional, welcoming and wonderful to work with. Working with Tiana has been such a positive experience for us and not only did we have the most wonderful wedding, we also gained a wonderful friendship with Tiana through the process. Thank you to the entire AAG team for hosting our wedding. We had the time of our lives and can't thank you all enough for everything!!! xo Monica & Eli

It's no secret that the grounds and setting at Vizcaya are beautiful but we were also so impressed by the overall experience. If you're looking at Vizcaya and are worried about the past reviews about coordinators dropping out, let me ease your fears! We originally booked Vizcaya in March of 2025 and we were worried about the reviews we'd seen about coordinators dropping out on the regular. Unfortunately even though each of the coordinators we worked with were great as individuals, that fear did briefly come true when our coordinator dropped out 4 months after booking with Vizcaya and another a couple months later. Thankfully!!!! Management at Vizcaya made a change in order to address the issues they'd been dealing with. They've since hired Chelsea and her team and they brought such a sense of security and professionalism to the wedding planning experience at Vizcaya. We worked with Kyrah as our onsite coordinator and she did such an amazing job. As most families do, we had a couple of awkward family dynamics that needed to be managed both in the planning and during the day of the wedding and Kyrah addressed them perfectly. Kyrah was also incredibly responsive in the months leading up to the wedding. She addressed all of our questions quickly and made it so easy to work out any kinks we ran into as we were planning. Additionally, the venue and the overall team set up an AMAZING day for us. So many of our guests have raved about the layout of the venue and how it enabled a really great flow for the event and made the dance floor feel like a dream. We opted not to do a tasting before the event and were so happy with how the food turned out on the day. The vegetarian wellington, bruschetta, and ahi tuna were all amazing! I really can't say enough nice things about how Vizcaya worked out for us. The event itself felt like a giant party but the planning felt like an intimate service, a truly perfect balance for setting up the wedding of our dreams!

We really hit the jackpot of OC wedding venues when we found the Muckenthaler Mansion. We got married two weeks ago on August 8 and it was incredible. Special shout out to Sheree, our day-of coordinator through Colette's Catering and the Muck, who worked with us through the entire wedding process. She helped our vision come to life. She was the one who helped us update our contract or go through everything every time we had a new suggestion or something fun. And on the wedding day, she made sure everything ran smooth I didn't have to lift a finger. The Muck is so beautiful and the day was perfect. The entire event was outdoors except the last hour which was inside the mansion and that was so so much fun. We had about 180 guests and the venue was perfect for the ceremony and reception. We had the best day ever. I’m leaving this review on as many platforms as I can so people know what they’re getting. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking to get married!
