We had the absolute best experience working with the team at Jefferson Street Mansion! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. Kaitlin, our day-of coordinator, is an absolute joy to work with! She was incredible—organized, professional, and so patient with our guests, families, and my husband and me. She took the stress off our shoulders and made sure every detail ran smoothly, all while having a smile on her face. We had a blast at each of our meetings and we credit that to the wonderful ladies of Jefferson, Kathy and Sophia. Their joyful personalities made the planning process so much more enjoyable, and their great communication helped us feel at ease the entire way through. They truly listened to our vision and brought it to life even better than we imagined. Thanks to Kaitlin, Sophia, and Kathy, our wedding day was seamless, beautiful, and full of joy. We can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, patience, and dedication. Highly recommend this amazing team to any couple looking for coordinators who will not only execute your dream day but also make the process fun and stress-free!

Our wedding day was truly perfect from start to finish. Everything leading up to the event was well organized, and the day of the wedding went more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and created the perfect setting for our special day, with a high-end elegance that impressed everyone. Our coordinator, Nicole, was incredible. She helped with everything throughout the planning process and was especially amazing on the day of the wedding. She was always available, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her support genuinely reduced my stress—if anything, the team helped mediate and ease it rather than add to it. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and clearly well-coordinated. Everyone communicated seamlessly and knew exactly what needed to be done, which made the day flow effortlessly. The venue was also very affordable, and there were no unexpected stresses or issues. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food, the atmosphere, and the overall high-end elegance of the venue, which meant so much to us. Overall, we had an amazing experience and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Five stars is truly not enough to reflect how satisfied we were. I would absolutely book this venue again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-run, and stress-free wedding venue.

We had the most amazing wedding in July here at Willow Heights Mansion!!! Our day was beyond perfect. Everything from the planning process to the day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to all of the vendors and especially our coordinator Christina!! We were so nervous leading up to the wedding day, but once we met Christina during our rehearsal we knew she would do an incredible job. She made sure to update us throughout our wedding day, kept track of all of our guests, made sure we had a meal/drink ready at our sweetheart table waiting for us after our ceremony and kept checking in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything else. She kept us on track and on time for everything throughout the whole day. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I could not recommend this venue and Christina enough!! We cannot thank this team enough for making our day so special and memorable❤️

The students and staff who put on the event were all fantastic! Everyone was so professional and kind! My wife and I didn’t get to try any appetizers so when we sat down for dinner we asked a student if they could bring us each one and she came back with a whole plate full! Another student (completely unprompted by us) boxed up some of the delicious cookies they made us in a to go box because we didn’t get any of those either. Their attention to detail was phenomenal, and all our guests (and us) absolutely loved the food. Many people told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. If we had to do it over again we would absolutely return to sesnon house!

Extremely professional staff from start to finish. Derek and the bartenders were truly doing God’s work throughout the night. Every detail was handled smoothly, and the team stayed on top of everything without ever being intrusive. Their professionalism, awareness, and calm execution helped the wedding run flawlessly and allowed us to actually enjoy our day without stress. From guest needs to timeline flow, the staff anticipated issues before they ever became problems.

We had a wonderful wedding day at this venue! The price was lower than many other venues we looked at, and the beautiful outdoor property with flowers and towering redwood trees made for an incredible backdrop. Set up and break down were completely handled by the staff, so I didn’t have to lift a finger on the big day. The team was friendly and professional, and while communication could be slow at times, they eventually answered all our questions. One of the best parts is that their package includes food, cake, linens, and bar service—making it easy to plan everything in one place. Overall, a great experience and a gorgeous setting for our wedding.

It's true what they say, "finding the perfect wedding venue is like finding a great partner". We reviewed and visited SO MANY places to have our wedding and stumbled upon a rare gem in the Bay Area - The Allied Arts Guild. We discovered them on Here Comes The Guide (online wedding platform) and it looked promising! Independently, one of our really good friends also mentioned that AAG would be perfect for us so we finally decided to check it out. The second we walked onto the premises into the garden, we knew it was our place. The feeling it gave us, the wonderful weather, the local cats moseying through the rosebushes, the stunning wisteria covered trellises - everything about it was perfect. We met the venue coordinator, Tiana, that first day and we were pretty much sold. Working with Tiana has been such a wonderful experience while planning our wedding. She is massively accommodating, flexible, kind, welcoming and a true pleasure to work with. From the get-go, we let Tiana know that we wanted to have an unconventional wedding with unique aspects that were authentic to me and my partner and Tiana was so supportive of all our ideas. She helped us figure out cool ways to use the entire space of the Allied Arts Guild, let us explore unique seating arrangements, dream up a magical cocktail hour experience, fold in an live acoustic performance and dished up the most AMAZING food + cocktails for the evening. I just have to reiterate the food comment again - QUITE LITERALLY THE BEST WEDDING FOOD I'VE EVER HAD. The passed appetizers included mini beef wellingtons, lamb riblets and shrimp tostadas and our mains consisted of an incredible beef short rib & grilled salmon dishes that we could literally hear our guests raving about. As a bride, the biggest advice I kept getting was "make sure you remember to eat during your wedding". I mean, I already knew how good the food was from Cafe Wisteria (the restaurant at AAG who catered for our wedding) and when I say I cleaned my plate during our wedding dinner, I'm not exaggerating. It was DELICIOUS!!! Tiana and whole Allied Arts Guild team went above and beyond to bring our our wedding dreams a reality and we had the most magical day of our lives. We have so much gratitude for everyone there, especially Tiana - it was more than we could have every imagined. So professional, welcoming and wonderful to work with. Working with Tiana has been such a positive experience for us and not only did we have the most wonderful wedding, we also gained a wonderful friendship with Tiana through the process. My 5 star review is ONLY because of Jackie Mendoza & the day of service provided by the Vizcaya staff - please read!! I got married at the Vizcaya on Sunday, September 14, 2025. I believe I booked the venue in early January, so I had about 9 months to plan our wedding. What my husband and I loved about the venue right from the jump was seperate bridal & groom suites with personal bathrooms/showers, and 3 seperate areas to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Of course, you can use any of these areas if you choose, but we chose to use all three for the day of our wedding. The venue is also a perfect mix of indoor/outdoor, and the package comes with a coordinator. Unfortunately, our first coordinator (Andrea) left the company and quit on us about 3 months before the wedding. Although this was difficult to hear, she was professional and let me know ahead of time and that the company would reach out to me to connect me with my new coordinator. With a little back and forth, I finally got in contact with my new coordinator (Alexa) who at the time I was excited to work with. I could tell she was overwhelmed which was understandable due to her having to take on multiple new clients right before their wedding day. Unfortunately, she also decided to leave the company but she did NOT notify me. She left the company around 8/1/25, but did not let me know. I had texted/emailed her about 5 times since then, and did not find out until 8/15/25 that she quit. I even reached out to the venue as well. This is when I received a email from Jackie Mendoza. From the very beginning, she was quick to respond, knowledgeable, organized, friendly, and EXTREMELY professional. I met her in person less than 1 month from my big day, which caused alot of anxiety and stress. After our first in person meeting, I immediately felt relieved. I could tell Jackie was passionate about her job and would do everything in her power to make our special day come to life. Her and I worked through every detail, and although we were on a time crunch, she did it with a smile on her face the whole time. I could tell she was genuinely excited for my husband and I. The day of our wedding at the Vizcaya went perfect! Obviously there were little things here and there, but nothing could take away from how amazing the day went. Our family and friends were amazed by how beautiful the venue was, the flow of the day, and how detailed and thought out everything was. All the details I wanted, all the behind the scenes, this all happened thanks to Jackie. I remember looking at my husband during the middle of our reception and saying “Wow, today is the best day ever”. Everything went smooth and we were both in pure bliss. The staff was phenomenal day of wedding! The drinks were coming out quick, and the food service went great! Everyone received their meals on time and quickly, I could see the servers were bussing the tables as soon as possible. Everyday, I look back on my wedding day which happened a little over 3 weeks ago, and just think “Wow, I miss that day” because it was that beautiful. Yes, there were multiple hiccups leading up to the wedding. But once Jackie Mendoza became our coordinator, that’s when my anxiety dropped and everything started coming to life. I really hope she stays with the company, and that Vizcaya appreciates her, because she turned my whole experience around. This review definitely would have gone a different way if it wasn’t for her. The venue is beautiful, classic, and timeless, as long as they keep up their services, I would recommend this venue to anyone. It’s all inclusive, and I appreciated their open bar/BYOB type policy- this is something that definitely made them stick out from other venues we looked at. I am super sad my wedding is over, but I am so happy with how it went. Thank you Jackie & the Vizcaya!!!

We toured the Muckenthaler Mansion for our wedding and fell in love with the venue right away. The whole booking process and getting details ready for our wedding was made seamless and effortless by Sheree. We are grateful we found this gem. Not only is the venue beautiful but Collete's catering staff (S/O to Anthony) is amazing and truly what made our whole experience and wedding day unforgettable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
