Quail Ranch in Simi Valley California is amazing! The grounds are lush with greenery, shade trees, and flowers. Every square inch is impeccably groomed, and the Spanish Revival architecture of the home, combined with the landscaping details, fountains, and surrounding avocado groves and citrus trees, provide unending photo opportunities for the bridal party and guests. Quail Ranch is perched high on a hill with a “golden hour” photo setting unmatched anywhere. The guests at my daughter’s wedding were raving about the food and bar service provided by their exclusive caterer, Command Performance, and couldn’t stop talking about the gorgeous surroundings. By the time the evening lights came into play, guests were calling it a fairytale setting, magical, and wishing they never had to leave! Joanne and her staff are professional and kind, making each person feel like a truly welcome, special guest. Another real bonus choosing Quail Ranch is its privacy. Not only is it secluded, but they only host one event per day, so the entire venue is yours alone. You will find tons of space to move from one area to the next: A unique ceremony space with a grand staircase (and a refreshment area with pre-ceremony iced tea, water, and lemonade from their own lemon trees!), an expansive lawn for cocktail hour, and a charming reception area behind the house with room for dancing. Our guests also spilled onto the brick circular drive, accentuated by an enormous shade tree draped in lights, where we stationed a gelato cart and some fun outdoor seating. I honestly can’t imagine hosting a wedding and reception anywhere else!

Quail Ranch is truly magical! The property is absolutely stunning, every spot feels so special and picture-perfect. Our wedding day was seamless thanks to the amazing team who handled every detail and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was. The team also recommended the best vendors, and we truly believe we had the dream team! Everything turned out even better than we could have imagined. We only wish we could do it all over again! If you want a breathtaking venue with wonderful staff, Quail Ranch is the place!

Where do we even begin? We truly can’t thank Joanne, Michael, Samantha, and the entire team at Quail Ranch enough for giving us the most incredible wedding day. From the start, we knew the venue was beautiful—that’s why we chose it—but the experience went far beyond what we imagined.
The owners of Quail Ranch, the in-house planning team, and the rest of the staff involved at QR made our whole wedding planning process feel so easy and stress-free. Even in the days leading up to the wedding, we felt calm and taken care of. Everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and warmth that we were able to focus entirely on each other and the joy of the moment.
The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous Quail Ranch is—many said it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever attended.
Every detail was thoughtful and intentional, and it showed. Our guests felt welcomed and cared for, which was incredibly important to us. The grounds were immaculate, the coordination was flawless, and the entire day felt like a dream.

We have visited many places before deciding to go with Quail Ranch, and I am glad that we did. Your recommendations of Valet Service, Isabel with Floral, and the Security Team are all fantastic.

Michael and Samatha are an absolute JEM!! Their dedication and professionalism are uncanny. From the very beginning, they have made what is a stressful process seamless. The event was executed in a very organized manner, and it was clear that they take pride in what they do, which is evident in their actions. I don't give many reviews, but this is one that I must make an exception for. They are simply amazing.

My Husband and I fell in love with Quail Ranch the second we saw it. It feels as if you are transported to a different world. Surrounded in gorgeous flowers, fountains, native plants, fruits etc. The coordination team at Quail Ranch is top nouch and made this process so EASY for a new bride. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Quail Ranch is such a hidden gem! You would never assume that a little driveway off a main road in Simi Valley would lead to this beautiful venue. We held our wedding here in May and got so many compliments from guests on how perfect the venue was. We liked how there was separate areas for each event (ceremony, cocktail, reception) within Quail Ranch, and the locations of each allow for a seamless flow of the night. The owners are extremely welcoming, organized, and have wonderful relations with their preferred vendors. Great how they offer in-house rentals and planning services as well. It is on the pricier side for a venue but was worth it to us, especially since it felt unique from the other venues in the area. We toured upwards of 10 other places in the surrounding area. Note that there is valet and security requirements so factor that into your planning. Definitely recommend if it's in your budget!

Quail Ranch is an absolute dream wedding venue. On top of a hill nestled in orchards of fresh fruit, there are 3 separate areas to take advantage of - ceremony, cocktail hour, reception - so at each part of the day your guests are surprised with yet another gorgeous area surrounded by nature. The Spanish style house is a gorgeous backdrop, enormous trees are everywhere, great photo ops, etc. One of the things that makes Quail Ranch stand out is it is not only is it the most gorgeous, private property, but Joanne, the owner, is the most detailed oriented vendor owner you'll meet. She has thought about every single detail of the flow of a wedding, from where the caterers should line up to provide the first drinks to guest to the angle of the stairs for the grand entrance and everything in between. I didn't think we would find someone who puts this much care into the details, but Joanne proved me wrong!

If you have the opportunity to have your wedding here, I highly recommend it. It's stunning in every way!

My husband and I got married August 20th of 2022 and Joanne/her team could not have been more amazing or helpful! Though there are rules, they aren't impeding and are there to make the grounds safer and more enjoyable.

All three separate spaces for the day - ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are incredibly special and beautiful. We are still getting compliments several times a week on choosing such a beautiful space.

Quail Ranch is one of my favorite venues in the Simi Valley! So many great spots for photos and the ceremony spot is spacious and beautiful! I photographed a wedding there recently and the staff+ vendors involved made the whole day run so smoothly!
